Seamless! The transaction online to calling in for more information! The entire process was transparent and seamless. My local Jeweler, who is a personal friend, couldn't even match the pricing (got a GREAT DEAL)

After reading the reviews on the company, I felt "mostly" comfortable purchasing a very expensive Breitling watch for my husband online - but I was still a little nervous. The "mostly comfortable/a little nervous" quickly changed to "very comfortable" and "can't wait to get it" once I completed my order. The customer service (verifying my purchase)was extraordinary! They shipped it overnight to me - the watch is exactly what I expected to get and not only did I receive authenticity papers from authenticwatches.com, but I also received the authenticity papers from Breitling. Authenticwatches.com is the REAL deal and I am so happy to have found them. I highly recommend them as a reputable, honest, high-end online retailer.

Review: I purchase a New Automatic Oris Watch in September 2013 for $997 plus with a lifetime warrarnty against manufacture defect for additional cost of $225. order # 1[redacted]34. Now the watch completly stop working . and Authentic watches still claims the watch was brand new but refuse to provide the sate of Manufacture. my objective is demand the AW provide documention to proof tgat the watch was new and the origin and date it was made . I believe that any NEW luxury automatoc watch should not just stop working unless it was Previously worn and that why AW is refusing to provide to me documention that watch was new at the time of purchase. I want a full refund bc the have yet to orovide me oroof that the watch was sold beand new. and the the dact that watch stop working is make it seem suspiciousDesired Settlement: Refund my money or provide proof that the watch was NEW at the time of purchase. The must include documentation from authentic watches along with Oris watch company bc the watch does have a serial number . . To verify that the watch was sold brand new and not preowned watch .

Response:

This client purchased a timepiece in 2013. It is now 2015. The

timepiece the client purchased was indeed brand new at the time of purchase.

The timepiece is no longer "brand new", as two years have

transpired since purchase.

More importantly: This client damaged his timepiece.

He first called in a return authorization a year ago, fully admitting he

broke his crown. He never sent the timepiece in. Now, he sent it in

because the timepiece has stopped working. He has now called citing the watch

to be "defective", threatening Revdex.com complaints unless we issue a full

refund.

We would like to make a few points:

Once a timepiece is worn, it is no longer brand new. This

timepiece has been worn for 2 years. In that two years, the timepiece has been

significantly damaged on the exterior (pictures included).

- Purchasing something in brand new condition does not mean

it remains brand new indefinitely. It becomes used after it is used by the

client.

This client has damaged his timepiece, by his own admission.

- The client called in indicating his crown was damaged.

No company, in any industry, provides full refunds on two year old

items which the client has damaged.

- Had this client bought this item at an authorized dealer,

they would not issue him a refund. This applies to every industry. There is no

company from which you can purchase any item, bring it back two years later

damaged, and expect to receive any refund.

No company will ever provide any client with an internal purchase

invoice, regardless of circumstance.

- This doesn't require any explanation. To use an

example, I can't go to Best Buy, return a broken Sony video camera I purchased

in 2013, DEMAND to see their invoice of

when they purchased it from Sony, and feel entitle to a full refund if they

cannot provide such documentation. This request is simply nonsensical,

and cannot be accommodated.

Photographs of the client's timepiece are included. This timepiece

has extensive wear for only being in the client's possession for two

years.

- The entire bezel is very badly scratched over it's entirety.

- There is a significant impact point on the 5 o'clock lug of the

timepiece (significant enough to have indented solid steel.)

- The buckle is damaged and the wetsuit extension won't close.

We will not be able to provide the customer with any refund for

any amount. We are not able to provide the client with any internal

documentation. In addition, damaged items are not covered under warranty,

and we will provide the client with an estimate for the cost of service.

I am rejecting this response because:

This a picture I took of the watch before I send it . It's the watch on the top. With the. blue bezel. As you can see there is no broken crown . All it has a scratch on the bezel. All I am demanding that the provide documentation from Oris at the time I purchase the watch was New. The sold me a defective watch . They are typing to blame on me that the crown was broken . That is disturbing to me bc as it's impossible to break a crown and I wear it on my right hand. Second I just recieved an email confirming the got the wAtch and there is no mention that the watch crown was damaged .see attachment .

Response:

I have spoken extensively with this client today. The timepiece was returned damaged, as evidenced by the photographs previously attached. The client claims there is "a scratch" on the bezel. In reality, the entire bezel is full of scratches and impact points. Further, the entire case is full of scratches and impact points.

Review: Just under two years past the initial date of purchase, I sent back my dive watch to Authentic Watches for a simple battery repair. I filled out pertinent documentation with my contact information, the problem with the watch, and the watch id (RM number), and proceed to wait. I was informed that the process wold take several weeks, and I would be notified when the package was shipped back to me. Weeks later, after the repair was complete and I did not receive shipping notification, the package luckily arrived while I was home, and I signed for my watch. Upon opening the box, and inspecting the watch, I discovered that the bezel, the part of the dive watch that spins to notify divers how much oxygen they have left, spun both ways. This is incorrect for a dive watch, and an issue that was not part of the watch before I sent it off to Authentic Watches for battery repair. I immediately called the company and report this, documenting the time, date, and number I called, and giving the identification number of my watch, (RM number) according to my records received from the company. However, I needed the watch in the near future for my education and job, was planning on moving cross country soon, and did not want the watch to end up at the wrong address or sent back, as the company had proven to not notify me when it was to arrive. After moving to my current address a few months later, I again filled out documentation with my contact information, the problem with the watch, and the watch id (RM number) and sent the watch back to Authentic Watches. I received an email reply stating that bezel repair was not covered under my supplemental warranty my family purchased with the watch, and the company would charge me for the repair. Nor, apparently, was the bezel supposed to be harmed during battery repair, and the company reminded me that such issues should be reported within 24 hours after receiving the watch. I was not informed of this information when I initially called to report the problem. I replied again via email with my RM number in the first line (the same number I have been including on all my documentation and communication with the company, that they originally gave to me), included a typed version of my records of the within-24 hour reporting call, and offered to compromise on the price. I understand that it is my word and documentation as a customer against theirs, but I did follow all policies correctly to report a problem with my watch I did not cause. After research on the fine print of such policies, and an investigation with my family members into their records (as the original watch purchaser), I also discovered that despite my correct completion of my contact information, etc. on the companys forms and previous email communication, they had been reverting to my families address and not mine to send notifications and further emails about my watch. I concluded the responding email asking to have my contact information, which I then gave, included in all communication regarding the watch in the future. I received an email in response refusing my offer for compromise, telling me that me records did not exist, again emphasizing the need to report the problem within 24 hours with a drawn out analogy, and further telling me that if I did as I claim, I should have a RM number for my watch. Again, I have documentation of my call that I made well within the 24 hour window, lacking just the name of whom I spoke to (an error on my part to not record the name), and I included the RM number which I had received from the company and had been using for all records, on the first line of the email. They also advised me to either pay them the total amount, or take my watch somewhere else to be repaired. At this point, the question should not be about again proving that I have documentation of myself notifying the company of a problem within a specific time. It is the word of a good-faith customer against a company. I have proven I am interested in maintaining the proper watch care and good working relationship with Authentic Watches by purchase of an additional warranty program for the timepiece, and my offer to compromise on damage they inflicted. Instead, the issue is why a company would not take responsibility for not only their work, but the service and relationship between that company and the customer. If they caused a defect or harm to a customers watch, they should have enough responsibility and pride in their work to fix it and not charge the customer for their mistake.Desired Settlement: In interests of receiving my watch back, I have notified the company to proceed with repair. However, the resolution I desire is to be refunded the total amount of the repair, and if any similar problem occurs in the future (where the company and not customer causes damage to the timepiece), for Authentic Watches to straightforwardly fix the damage for no charge. I would also like my experience be made known to potential customers for consideration of the company.

This client sent back her timepiece to have a battery installed. The battery was installed, and the item was returned to her in April of 2014. She had never mentioned, neither in emails nor through phone calls, that there was anything wrong with the timepiece upon receipt.

Review: I received the product and noticed it was to big, so I requested to return the product back, after reading many negative reviews about this seller on the net as well as finding that they sell alot of fake watches, I made sure to take pictures of the watch and I made a video of the product I documented these thing so I wouldn't have a problem returning this back to this seller, I even made sure to wear gloves when taking the watch out of the box so there wouldn't be any issues, the seller received the product the next day and it took them 7 days and multiple emails from me in order for them to refund my account, they sent me an email on 01/14/2014 indicating they will be refunding my card that day, they then emailed me on 01/15/2014 indicating that I used the product which is a complete lie and that they will be charging me a 20% restocking fee, they use this same scam with everyone of there customers who want to return, you can see these links for proof about there shady business " http://www.yelp.com/biz/authentic-watches-moorpark " as well as this one " http://www.resellerratings.com/store/AuthenticWatches " as well as this link " http://www.trustlink.org/Reviews/Authenticwatchescom-205659582 ", and there are many more if you google there name, I'm not the first customer they are doing this to and I'm sure I wont be the last.I return the watch in perfect condition back to the seller and payed for overnight shipping on my behalf just so I would get my refund processed right away, all I ask is for a full refund nothing more.Desired Settlement: full refund !

This client purchased a Breitling Bentley timepiece via Amazon. The timepiece was shipped in brand new condition, with a "NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED" tag attached. When the item arrived, it was evident that the client removed the tag, and tried to piece it back on. Further, and far more importantly, the client wore this watch for at least a few days. The watch has several scratches all over the bracelet and buckle, consistent with wear. We cannot issue a full refund when a client returns a used watch.

Review: AuthenticWatches.com charged me with a bogus restocking fee of $50. After I complained they reduced it to $22.50. order#10[redacted]MPDesired Settlement: I want the $22.50 refunded.

Response:

The client placed an order for a watch we do not stock. He was advised it would take 8 weeks, and he agreed to wait 8 weeks. After we ordered the item for him, he called and cancelled the order. We do not have the luxury of cancelling special orders. We are now forced to stock an item we don't carry, at a special order price, because the client agreed to wait 8 weeks, and then decided he did not wish to wait 8 weeks. There is a minimum $50 cancellation fee for any cancelled special order. To be clear, we post that it will take 8 weeks on the item page (in two different places, in bright red font, and in black font.) We also verbally informed him at the time of his order that it would take 8 weeks. He verbally agreed. There was no misunderstanding, he changed his mind. As an above and beyond gesture of customer service, we cut the fee in half for him. We assure you this will cost us more than 3 times the fee he has been assessed, and are, quite frankly, shocked that he is filing a complaint. We did absolutely nothing wrong; quite the contrary...we violated our own policies in his favor. We are unable to waive the remainder of the fee.

I am rejecting this response because: The item was "Out Of Stock" and was on their web site for sale..It was not a Special Order. I cancelled the order within approximately 2hrs, therefore; the whole transaction never was more than electronic. They had to do nothing but BILL ME for nothing.

Response:

The scenario this client has outlined is 100% untrue. The client called an placed an order for this timepiece. At the time of the order, he was specifically informed this will take 8 weeks. He specifically agreed to wait 8 weeks. He then called to cancel later in the day. He spoke to Melissa. He cited that there is no mention of the cancellation fee in our policies. She specifically showed him where it was written. He threatened to contact "Consumer Affairs" and hung up. This was not in stock and sold out. The client specifically placed a special order, changed his mind, and is attempting to evade the fee.

bought a Tag Heuer watch that was discounted, however it broke after less than one year (unusual for a Tag as I've had several, but things happen). I returned it for repair under warranty, and was told that it needed 'an overhaul' that was not covered by warranty, and would cost $198. They further stated that all their work is sent out anyway, and none is done in house.

Bought a $3K TAG watch from Authentic watches (AW) .com. When I got it the box had a sticker (MADE in China). One of the side buttons grated when pushed. The clasp broke within a couple weeks of wearing it. The automatic winding wouldn't hold charge overnight requiring the time to be set every morning.

Authentic watches said to send it to them to look at to see if it could be covered under warranty. Sent it off with return postage paid. After couple weeks they finally said it would be $600 to fix the "movement mechanism" and it would not be covered by warranty. I argued that the mechanism should be covered by the warranty. That is when the penny dropped and I realised the warranty was not a described by TAG for all TAG watched.

Had they not been so opportunistic it might have ended there however I started to doubt the authenticity of the watch. VISA company got involved and spoke to Authentic watches. The investigator asked AW many questions, none of which they could answer; where the watch was sent for repair, had the watch been fixed, etc.

The VISA investigator asked AW to return the watch without being repaired. The investigator predicted that we would never see the watch again as it was highly likely a fake. As predicted the watch was never returned and VISA returned our money thankfully.

Complete SCAM. Fake watch and even greedier opportunism when people seek to get their watches fixed. Why VISA companies cannot blacklist such firms is beyond me. Revdex.com's reputation is severely compromised in my eyes if they do not remove this firm.

Amazing service. From California to Worcester, England, in less than 48 hours. Also saved over 50% on price of watch in the UK. Cannot recommend then more highly.

Placed order Saturday night after hours online. Received multiple confirmations within 15 minutes of placing the order. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and very efficient. Just received my new watch today and it is 100% authentic and a great product. Very impressed with this company over value for price and service they provide.

Cannot praise authentic watches enough. Service quality is top grade with very helpful and well informed staff; I ordered a watch from my home in Poland for delivery to a New York hotel a week later to coincide with my 10th wedding anniversary trip with my wife - and everything was dealt with like a well oiled Swiss watch!!

Add to that the fact that the price was unbelievable and for me you can see exactly why this website is so well used and reputed.

My 1st purchase with them but for sure it will not be the last.

Thank you very much to all the authentic team!!

So pleased I was with my recent purchase of a TAG Carrera. I had a great experience with Authentic Watches and I am impressed by the great condition of the watch. Since I bought a store display model, I wasn’t sure how it would look. I received it yesterday and I am extremely satisfied. I’ll be back in no time (ha, no pun intended)!

Great watch very pleased with entire procedure

Everything came fast and as expected.

Review: WATCH OUT FOR THESE THIEFSSS! I purchased a Breitling Transocean watch and returned it because it was too small for my taste. Notice how in front of the website says "No restocking fee" well that is a lie and false advertisement because they charged me a 10% restocking fee on the $6,761.75 watch. Yes, that is correct they literally took and stole $616.17 from me, they did not refund the total amount I paid.Desired Settlement: I want the rest of my money back and have them the remove that link from the front of the website that reads "No restocking Fee."

Business

Response:

We apologize for any inconvenience. The advertisement for no restocking fee is clearly marked with an asterisk denoting that terms and conditions apply. This is the universal practice for all businesses. The text you are referring to is a link that is to be clicked on. That link takes you to the terms and conditions:

Review: On Jan 3 2013 I purchased what I believed to be an authentic Omega Sea Master watch for $2295.00 online via Amazon.comThe watch had issues and Ive had to be send it back twice to the vendor, authenticwatches.com for warrantee repair. When I contacted them, they insisted that I have it repaired through them ONLY and that Omega would not honor the warrantee (which I later found out was false). The authenticwatches did not send it to an authorized Omega service center or an authorized Omega dealer (verified by Omega) and refused to tell me where my watch as been sent or where it is now. In my research I have now discovered (verified through Omega) that the watch is in fact a counterfeit. By definition this is Grand Theft (exceeding the California statue of $950) and was conducted over state lines. The vendor has refused to cooperate insisting that the manufacturer is lying. I have registered my complaint with Amazon.com in their fraud reporting department but that will not prevent this organization from repeating this crime and will do nothing for myself and no doubt hundreds if not thousands of others who have been defrauded as well.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my sales price and the shipping. I would also seek criminal charges for committing fraud and Grand Theft.

Business

Response:

The fact that we have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years proves that we do not sell fake watches. Internet e-commerce giants such as Amazon would not do business with companies like us and jeopardize their reputation.

Review: I purchased a luxury watch as a gift that was shipped out on 7/7/14. The gift was given approximately 2 weeks later and as a luxury item is not frequently worn. Upon the second wearing of the watch approximately 6 weeks after receiving it was noticed that the time set was several hours off of actual time. Time was reset and worked ok for the night. Upon the next wearing of the watch approximately 4 weeks following that it was noticed again that time was several hours off of actual. Time was reset again and not held over the next week. A few days after this on 10/8/14 authenticwatches.com was contacted and directed the owner to go have the battery changed locally instead of sending it back to them. After trips to local jewelers it is around $80 to replace the battery locally. Authenticwatches was contacted again 10/23 and stated they would replace the battery and fix any other issues if the watch is defective but the customer has to pay shipping both ways at $60.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping cost of battery replacement or other repair of this watch. It has not worked correctly since received and again as a luxury item and gift was not worn frequently enough to immediately identify the product was defective. The reimbursement requested is $60.

Business

Response:

We are sorry, however shipping costs are not covered under warranty are cannot be reimbursed. This is in accordance with our warranty policies posted online:

Review: We purchased a $4500 Omega Watch from them in July of 2013. Since that timeit has only worked less than 60 days. We sent it in for repair right after we bought it. Said the "local service cener" was unable to fix it so they sent it to Switzerland to the factory. 4 months later the watch was returned, worked for 30 days and then we sent it back to them. 4 months later again no watch, no expectation of when it can be returned to us. Have had many conversations with Peter , asked for a refund or a new watch many times. All he says is there is nothing he can doDesired Settlement: Want a new watch or a refund

Business

Response:

This repair is indeed delayed, as it had to be shipped directly to Switzerland for service. We apologize for any inconvenience, however we are not able to issue a refund nor a replacement on a used timepiece. We will return the item to the client as soon as we have received it back from the dealer.

Review: On Friday, 14 August, I purchased a Bell & Ross Aviation BR-01-93-GMT 1 from Authentic Watches for $3,175. The watch was delivered on Monday, the 17th. On the 18th I reported a defect in the watch, the dual hour hand was misaligned. I requested a replacement watch. But was informed the only option was to have it repaired. By way of accepting responsibility for the Authentic Watches GUARANTEED the repair would receive RUSH service. I returned the watch via overnight express and it arrived back at Authentic Watches on 19 August. I emailed multiple times over the ensuing days in an [redacted]empt to verify Authentic Watches was in receipt of my watch. It took a week for Authentic Watches to even verify they were in possession of my watch. After multiple further emails, Authentic Watches was finally able to confirm they had sent the watch for repair on 9 September - 21 days after they had received it. THIS IS NOT RUSH/PRIORITY HANDLING! I advised Authentic Watches today, 11 September, that I would be contacting my credit card company and the Revdex.com. I received an immediate call. During the call, M[redacted] from Authentic Watches essentially threatened me and stated in no uncertain terms that "You do not want to call your credit card company, trust me." This company is engaged in nefarious business practices. I now doubt the authenticity of the watch I have purchased and will be contacting my credit card company to intervene on my behalf.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. Authentic Watches knowingly shipped a defective watch. They have held $3,175 of my money for almost two months while I have been without the watch for which I have paid. I spend more than $50 shipping the watch back to them in order for them to correct a defective watch they knowingly shipped.

This client did indeed purchase a timepiece from our company. The timepiece was shipped via FedEx and received by the client.

Review: On April 8, 2015 I sent a watch into Authenticwatches.com for a routing annual cleaning along w/ my request for:- Sonar Cleaning- Review of minor time loss- Missing Illuminating MarkersThis company promises and average 1 month turnaround service, however it was not until June 25, 2015 that I heard from them with an email asking for "$1,135. Please remit payment for this amount via personal check or money order"The essentially blamed the delay on the manufacturer / dealer and stated that the watch basically needed a complete overhaul ("new dial, new hands, new crown, and a complete movement servicing").I asked for options and they told me I can either move forward w/ service or have the watch returned as they received it. I chose to have the watch sent back as I had sent it.The watch arrived w/ a broken bracelet w/ missing links and pins as well as a missing external dial marker.Upon contacting Authenticwatches immediately upon receiving my watch on July 9, 2015 I contacted Authenticwatches with my findings.I was immediately transferred to their GM, [redacted] G (did not get last name), who yelled at me and told me "this is how you sent us the watch! we returned it exactly how you sent it! I don't know what to tell you and you'll speak to no one else because I'm the GM!"Needless to say, [redacted] did not own his companies mishap, did not want to discuss and essentially insinuated that I am lying and cheating him...I've already contacted Oris (manufacturer) who claims authenticwatches is not a licensed dealer (which authenticwatches claims to be w/ certificate of authenticity I was initially provided)I am now stuck w/ a $4,000 watch that is broken and in order to wear I must spend a minimum of $400 just for the bracelet, let alone missing indicator on face of watch.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch repaired with the pieces that were absolutely not an issue when sent to Authenticwatches.com:- Bracelet / Band- Indicator on Face (external)of watchI would also like this to be properly logged as a negative mark against this business for any consumer to see in an effort to make them aware before purchasing from Authenticwatches.comI'm perfectly fine w/ the missing internal illuminator and the slight loss in time (which I can happily manually update as I please).

Response:

This client sent back his timepiece purchased in 2010. The timepiece had damage to the dial. The client had prepaid for a refinishing service, which was completed.
