Review: On April 8, 2015 I sent a watch into Authenticwatches.com for a routing annual cleaning along w/ my request for:- Sonar Cleaning- Review of minor time loss- Missing Illuminating MarkersThis company promises and average 1 month turnaround service, however it was not until June 25, 2015 that I heard from them with an email asking for "$1,135. Please remit payment for this amount via personal check or money order"The essentially blamed the delay on the manufacturer / dealer and stated that the watch basically needed a complete overhaul ("new dial, new hands, new crown, and a complete movement servicing").I asked for options and they told me I can either move forward w/ service or have the watch returned as they received it. I chose to have the watch sent back as I had sent it.The watch arrived w/ a broken bracelet w/ missing links and pins as well as a missing external dial marker.Upon contacting Authenticwatches immediately upon receiving my watch on July 9, 2015 I contacted Authenticwatches with my findings.I was immediately transferred to their GM, [redacted] G (did not get last name), who yelled at me and told me "this is how you sent us the watch! we returned it exactly how you sent it! I don't know what to tell you and you'll speak to no one else because I'm the GM!"Needless to say, [redacted] did not own his companies mishap, did not want to discuss and essentially insinuated that I am lying and cheating him...I've already contacted Oris (manufacturer) who claims authenticwatches is not a licensed dealer (which authenticwatches claims to be w/ certificate of authenticity I was initially provided)I am now stuck w/ a $4,000 watch that is broken and in order to wear I must spend a minimum of $400 just for the bracelet, let alone missing indicator on face of watch.Desired Settlement: I would like the watch repaired with the pieces that were absolutely not an issue when sent to Authenticwatches.com:- Bracelet / Band- Indicator on Face (external)of watchI would also like this to be properly logged as a negative mark against this business for any consumer to see in an effort to make them aware before purchasing from Authenticwatches.comI'm perfectly fine w/ the missing internal illuminator and the slight loss in time (which I can happily manually update as I please).

This client sent back his timepiece purchased in 2010. The timepiece had damage to the dial. The client had prepaid for a refinishing service, which was completed.
Review: On Friday, 14 August, I purchased a Bell & Ross Aviation BR-01-93-GMT 1 from Authentic Watches for $3,175. The watch was delivered on Monday, the 17th. On the 18th I reported a defect in the watch, the dual hour hand was misaligned. I requested a replacement watch. But was informed the only option was to have it repaired. By way of accepting responsibility for the Authentic Watches GUARANTEED the repair would receive RUSH service. I returned the watch via overnight express and it arrived back at Authentic Watches on 19 August. I emailed multiple times over the ensuing days in an [redacted]empt to verify Authentic Watches was in receipt of my watch. It took a week for Authentic Watches to even verify they were in possession of my watch. After multiple further emails, Authentic Watches was finally able to confirm they had sent the watch for repair on 9 September - 21 days after they had received it. THIS IS NOT RUSH/PRIORITY HANDLING! I advised Authentic Watches today, 11 September, that I would be contacting my credit card company and the Revdex.com. I received an immediate call. During the call, M[redacted] from Authentic Watches essentially threatened me and stated in no uncertain terms that "You do not want to call your credit card company, trust me." This company is engaged in nefarious business practices. I now doubt the authenticity of the watch I have purchased and will be contacting my credit card company to intervene on my behalf.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. Authentic Watches knowingly shipped a defective watch. They have held $3,175 of my money for almost two months while I have been without the watch for which I have paid. I spend more than $50 shipping the watch back to them in order for them to correct a defective watch they knowingly shipped.

This client did indeed purchase a timepiece from our company. The timepiece was shipped via FedEx and received by the client.
Very easy to buy from AuthenticWatches.
Fast handling. Very nice staff.
The Watch was accurate what I expect.
I am very saticfied with AuthenticWatches.
I really can recommend them.
Place a special order, on a limited edition watch. After a month I emailed to confirm about the watch, AuthenticWatches confirmed they are having trouble sourcing the watch, so I asked about switching the order to a in stock item. Received a call right away, and I paid the difference between the watches and received my watch, all wrapped in the plastic, with tags and warranty card. I am very happy with my purchase.
Total Honesty, superb product, excellent price, and amazingly fast delivery! This company could teach some other big names a big lesson! Highly recommended.
Review: Purchased new tag huerwatch from this company on 12-11-2012, wore watch on a part time basis and kept it in original case storage when not wearing. Watch is in near mint condition When I went to wear the watch and wind for use, the winding stem would not screw properly back into correct position. So I returned the watch as instructed by AW company for warranty repair. The watch is covered with a 3 year warranty when purchased. AW company emailed me after they received my watch to tell me they would not honor their warranty and said the watch had been dropped. AW told me they would repair it for approx $400. I am a 55yr old adult who has owned many watches, rolex etc. Currently I own this tag huer watch and a breitling super ocean watch. I know watches and how to treat them correctly. This watch has not been dropped or rough housed ever, close inspection of this watch shows it is in near perfect condition and pampered when worn, AW company should repair this watch as it is the correct thing to do.Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Repair watch without charge

This client's watch was received with impact points visible on the exterior, the crown was broken, and the movement had loose parts inside. There is not a way to indent solid steel, nor to knock loose tightly packed components, without traumatic force from the outside. The fact that this timepiece has been subjected to impact is not a matter of debate; the timepiece has clearly been subjected to impact or multiple impacts. This is clearly evident to a layperson simply by inspecting the watch visually. In addition, the authorized service center has made the same conclusion.
Review: Purchase a watch from the company which was suppose to be an authentic Omega watch. I Compare the watch to another watch my husband purchase over 5 years ago from a authorized Omega dealer and found out the serial number on authentic watches can barely be seen and the paper to verify that the watch was authentic are also fake. Order the watch 4/9/15 and received it on 4/10/15 . Email company also left a message informing them that merchandise would be returned and full refund request per their return policy. Filing a complaint because the watch is not authentic and the company lied on their website and when I placed the order. Filing also in case the company refuse to return my full refund to my credit card.Desired Settlement: Full refund place back on my credit card, per their return policy, you have 30 days also no restocking fee and If the merchandise is under $5000.00 and the full payment was made by either paypal, master card or visa then the full payment would be credited back to the card the merchandise was paid with.

First, the entire complaint and demand for refund is arbitrary, as the client is already entitled to a full refund less shipping.
Great Company, great services, great prices and very nice products.
I just received my leather replacement watchband for my 1964 model 806-36 Breitling Navitimer and couldn't be happier with my purchase! The band is absolutely beautiful, top quality calfskin and feels like velvet on my wrist. I was a bit hesitant spending that kind of money on a watchband but it's worth every penny, and then some. Coupled with outstanding customer service I had a truly satisfying purchasing experience.
Flawless, highly professional service, and the best price out there. Highly recommended.
I would not buy another watch from them.
2500 dollar tag, 1 yr in stops working, I also bought the extended warranty. send it in to their warranty shop am told 9 weeks later I need to pay 243 dollars for routine overhaul. really after 1 yr??
I call them up and they tell me well u bought it a year ago but the watch could be years old and they need the overhaul every 2-3 yrs to run properly. so they essentially sold me an old stock watch knowing it would need an overhaul and then want me to pay up. screw them, see you in small claims court for the cost of having a real tag certified shop do the work. then it took them 3 weeks to mail it back. go figure
Review: I purchased a Raymond Weil watch for over $1525 which was advertised as authentic and included a Certificate of Authenticity. I also purchased a warranty which was over $100. I immediately had problems with the face of the watch fogging up, which was allegedly repaired and returned to me. A few months later, one of the dials on the watch broke, and it was sent again for repair. The vendor refused to cover it under the warranty stating it underwent "significant impact" and forwarding me a picture of scrapes on the side of the watch. This is completely false because at no time did the watch undergo any impact of any kind. In addition, according to Raymond Weil's customer service department, this vendor is not an authorized dealer. I understand that many other consumers have had the same experience and that the vendor is being investigated by the California attorney general. My complaint is based on the quality of the product; potential false advertising claims; and potential fraud. I question the watch's authenticity and all of the documetation given to me claiming that it is.Desired Settlement: I would like the full purchase price refunded.

Response:
This client had previously sent in the timepiece and we serviced it under warranty as a courtesy, even though our policies clearly indicate that moisture infiltration is not covered under the warranty. This time, the client sent back the timepiece with significant damage. The internal parts are damaged, and the nature of the damage is consistent with the timepiece being subjected to a significant impact. We informed the client of this, and the client replied insisting the timepiece was never impacted. We took a photo of the timepiece and emailed it to the client so that the impact point could be seen, and the client replied accusing us of lying about the status of the timepiece.
Review: I had purchased a watch band as a gift for my son from Authentic Watches. Upon arrival I opened the package and looked at the watch bands and clasp. As it were packaged and shipped. The next day to took the watch and new bands to a jeweler to be installed. Several days later my son was notified that his watch was ready for pick up. Once at the jeweler he noticed a tear in the leather on the band. This year wasn't noticeable until a radius was put on the band. (not at all noticeable when the bands were lying flat as they were when received) He immediately contacted Authentic Watches and sent pictures of the band in a flat position and with a radius making the tear noticeable. The response from the company was to immediately deny the claim as they put the blame on the jeweler who installed the bands. The product that I was sold should be to be of high enough quality to withstand installation and be worn as intended.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund at a minimum I will take a replacement.

This client received his item on 1/27/15. He did not report any problems upon receipt. The client then took the item to a jeweler, left it there for "several days" (as cited in his complaint), and then, upon pickup, noticed it had been damaged. This strap was thoroughly inspected prior to shipment, and there were no flaws whatsoever at the time of shipping. There were no flaws reported at the time of receipt. The band was then left in someone else's possession for "several days" to install a strap. Then, it was reported to be damaged after having been picked up.
I bought a Tag Heuer Carerra Automatic watch, black dial from them. It is 100% authentic as I brought it to a dealer. I also received two other Tags as gifts purchased by family from the website.
I love the watch and will be purchasing a Rolex in the future.
I had a wonderful experience with Authentic Watches! I initially tried to purchase a Michele Serein All gold watch from Jomashop.com. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. They made many promises and kept none of them. They had me on the hook for 6 weeks and then said their supply has no access to the watch I was looking for. I immediately hung up and called Authentic Watches. They had my watch in stock, for less money and I purchased it through Amazon and received an additional year of warranty. I called in the afternoon of 9/10/15 and had the watch in my hands the morning of 9/12/15. NOW THAT IS AWESOME SERVICE!!! I will be back to Authentic Watches for my next watch purchase!
Excellent service...very helpful staff and the product delivered fast and in excellent condition....highly recommended to all. TQ
Awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction. From beginning to the very end receiving the watch the team at Authentic Watches was wonderful. Very happy with my purchase.
Review: I have been purchasing a watch sold through ebay by Authenticwatches.com a few years ago.I bought a Omega 2252.50.00 on the 14th of Sept 2007.A few weeks ago I decided to ask Omega to restore the watch as I have never got any intervention yet since I bought the watch. They sent the watch to Switzerland and after a few weeks they sent me an email saying the refused to practice any repair to my watch due to internal policy. They said that the serial number inside the watch has been intentionaly erased. I have been quite shocked as I have never been aware of any malfunction on the watch. There were no restriction of any kind stated on the ebay advertisement. Now I realize the watch has lost part of its value as I cannot proof its anthenticity or ensure to potential buyers that they can benefit from Omega services anymore.I tried to contact the seller. They refused to propose any kind of compensation for the misleading transaction.Desired Settlement: I request a refund for my watch due to improper description at the time of the transaction.

This client was specifically informed of the condition in 2007, and, as a result, particularly received the item at a discounted price. We are not able to offer any sort of refund or compensation.

I am rejecting this response because:
Review: Oct 29, 2013, my Tag Heuer timepiece was sent to Authentic Watches, Inc for cleaning and battery replacement. On Dec.11, 2013, my timepiece was returned to me in non working condition. Several attempts were made with AW to resolve this non warranty issue. A request was made to AW to cover the expenses to repair my watch to return it to myself in the same condition they received this watch; working. Basically, I have a very expensive non working Tag Heuer that was entrusted care to AW to only receive zero customer service to resolve their fault of returning a non working watch. If copies of correspondence are needed I will be happy to supply those emails.Your assistance in this situation is appreciated.[redacted]Desired Settlement: AW take the sole responsibility in repairing my watch they rendered non working. This watch left my possesion working and is noted in their system as received working. AW needs to take responsibility for this.

This client sent in a watch for a battery replacement and a full refinishing service. The client paid $150 for the refinishing service, which was completed, and the battery was installed free of charge. The watch was tested for 13 days prior to shipping and kept flawless time. The client indicates that the timepiece is not working. If the timepiece is not working, it must be sent in for an estimate for service, as the client's warranty expired in 2011. We cannot conduct warranty service on an item whose warranty has expired.
Business
Response:
We are unable to cover any portion of the service. This timepiece is not under warranty. If, while in our possession, the timepiece actually ceased to function, then there would have been no difference. We would have informed her that the timepiece ceased to function, and would have had to provide her an estimate for service. In this case, the timepiece ceased to function while in her possession, or while in transit, and she still has to send it in for an estimate. Our having possession of an item does not entitle the client to free repairs, and does not in any way extend any warranty. To use an analogy, if I take my car to Ford to change the tires 2 years after the warranty expires, and then tell Ford that my engine is dead as I pick up the car, this does not somehow entitle me to a free engine, nor a free repair, as my vehicle is no longer under warranty. This is regardless of the fact that they had possession of the car. We are sorry, however we are not able to cover the service of this timepiece, nor any portion thereof, regardless of circumstance, as the warranty has expired.

I am rejecting this response because: it has become clear and evident this company does not have a good reputation for customer service. Their analogy is a ridiculous comparison. To imagine they would lose the business of a potential customer that had plans to upgrade two timepieces within the near future because, they will not honor their word or customer service is again, ridiculous. The attorney general needs to become involved and shut this shady business down.
