A little over a year ago I bought my car from the Hayden auto creditI spent an extra $for what they claimed to be the best warranty for a use vehicle, which included any work that needed to be doneMy salesman even told me if I needed a new transmission, they would put in a brand new transmissionThe ENTIRE time I’ve owned this vehicle it’s had nothing but problems, I’ve taken several days off of work to bring it in to their “mechanics,” I’ve had to barrow one of my bosses vehicles(which should of been paid for as a rental due to the fact the warranty included that.) and I’ve paid deductibles when bringing my car in to be fixedEvery time I brought it in, they told me they fixed it but I always found myself going back because it was not fixedMy car to this day STILLhas problems, I know several people who have had nothing but issues with this businessTheir customer service is crap at every location! They just want a deal and once the deal is done, you’re on your ownI’m now pregnant with my first child and have an awful, unreliable vehicle with no way of getting rid of itThe manager of the auto credits and pheonix financial( Neil ) claimed he could help whether he was there or not, if I drove out to their Spokane locationSo what did I do on my day off? I drove out to the Spokane location and left disappointed when I received no helpA kind man named Dave (the service manager of the Spokane location) could only help me by taking some notes down so maybe they could come up with some ideas of what’s wrong with the vehicle, and I yet again need to take off work to bring it in for the dayI do appreciate Dave’s kind attitude and wanting to figure things out, but as far as any other employee out of the three locations near me, they have no idea what customer service isA Spokane employee even told me these exact words, “we put our best employees at this location for a reason, the rest are kind of off.” A mechanic at the Hayden location told me I had a bent rim but didn’t know which rim it was, he should know that right!? I mean this all doesn’t make sense to me, this business and management is so twisted, I’m not sure how it’s even up and running as a successful businessProbably because it’s AUTO CREDITAnyone can get a car there but once the deal is done, it’s doneYou’re stuck with the car you thought was reliableI will never recommend this business to anyone for as long as I live, I will never speak another good word on this businessNeil told me through email there is no one higher than him so he’s claiming to be the highest level of management or the owner as far as I’m concerned, if there’s absolutely no one higher than his position so I will also be getting to the bottom of that as well because my situation is not okay what so everThe local Toyota told me I had a cylinder going out and auto credit waited for my warranty was up to act like they could fix it.( I would have to pay shorty mechanics thousands of dollars since my warranty is up) when I first brought it in They offered me a used part from a junk yard after telling me if I needed a brand new transmission, they could get me that if I spent the $on the warrantySo why offer me a sy used car part, if I spent so much money on a warranty to have brand new parts if needed? Nothing but liars and thief’s! If you’re looking into buying a car from this place, it’s absolutely not worth it what so ever

HAVE ANY CAR YOU LOOK AT INSPECTED BY A 3RD PARTY SHOP!
This has been one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever hadI'm not new at buying cars, but here I made the huge mistake of being overly trustingI guess I just hadn't done it in too longThey tell you that the cars have all been thoroughly inspectedI asked about taking them to a 3rd party for inspection and they said we could, but it would be a waste of moneySo being on a tight budget, I didn't
We went here to purchase two cars for our two year old daughtersThe sales people were all very friendlyWe ended up speaking with Steve JrSuper nice guy, and at first I felt like he was doing his best to get us a couple of good cars
One car was a VW Beetle purchased for $4,Steve actually went out of his way to find this one for us and bring it from Spokane to HaydenIt drove well and seemed in pretty good shapeIt did have the check engine light on, but Steve assured us that it was only the Osensor and was a cheap fixI wasn't too worried about thatAfter we bought it, I ran some tests on it at homeThe Osensor code did pop, but so did a proprietary VW code
We decided to take the vehicle to a VW dealership and have them give it a thorough lookThey knew they wouldn't be doing any repairs, only telling us what needed to be fixed so we could take it back to Auto Credit for repairThis made for an unbiased reportVW came back with $4,in repairs that needed to be doneAt least half of that was immediately necessary
We took the car back to Auto Credit, and they split the labor costs and gave us the parts at costWe had them do all of the most important repairs, and the cost wasn't too bad, but it still added to the overall cost of the vehicle
The worst of the two was the Mazda that we bought for $5,Our daughter saw this one in the back of the lot by the shop and she really liked itThe car didn't look like it was in very good condition and had a wheel missingSteve initially told us that we didn't want that car because it had too many problemsWe went with him to some of the other Auto Credit lots and saw several other cars, but our daughter was stuck on the Mazda
At this point he had been on and off the phone with the Hayden lot a few timesI told him that our daughter was still stuck on the Mazda, and we might just have to skip that car purchase at the moment since the Mazda isn't a good carThen he told us the Mazda was fineHe said he was talking about a Toyota that wasn't good beforeBIG RED FLAG! I didn't really believe him, but I wanted toAnd I wanted to believe that the Auto Credit shop would have the car fixed up good before we took it homeDuring the purchase, it came up that the car had a rebuilt titleANOTHER BIG RED FLAG! They assured us that it was ok and didn't negatively affect the history of the car
We bought the Mazda and the VW together and took them home a week laterThey had the cars cleaned up very nicely, and we felt good about them at the timeAfter dealing with all of the issues the VW had, the Mazda started leaking fluidsMostly oil and coolantWe took the car to *** *** *** for an inspectionThey showed us the various places oil was leaking from, couldn't find the coolant leak (turned out that a hose was cracked and the pump needed replacing), the transmission was from a salvage lot, and more issuesThey said they would never have purchased this car
Auto Credit did the same deal as the VW and split labor costs and gave us parts at costThe shop manager was nice and seemed to do everything he could to make things right for usNow it's been a couple more months since the repairs, and it looks like the starter is outThis car is big pile of crap
I blame myself for being so naive, and giving in to what my daughter wantedShe could have been mad at me for a day if we didn't buy the car, and we could have bought a much better carThe sales people at Auto Credit are nice, but super shadyWe bought the cars with cash, and they took advantage of that

I was very disappointed in the truthfulness and character of the salesman at this businessI visited this establishment (Sprague location) because of a vehicle I viewed on USAAI was told I could view the vehicle at the Ruby locationWhen arriving I was then told the vehicle could not be viewed and it was not the price advertised by USAAI have bought many cars using USAA's car buying service and have never experienced a salesman not honoring the price quotedI ended up purchasing a Chrysler Pacifica which I was told was AWDWhen I took the vehicle in to fix the tire that was flat the next day I was told by the mechanic that my car was not AWDI contacted the salesman and was told it was an honest mistake and that he would find a different car for me that was AWD or 4WDHe found a 4WD Jeep Liberty which I traded the Chrysler forThe following day while driving the Jeep Liberty my check engine light came onI took it to the mechanic and am now paying two grand in repair billsLast time I checked when purchasing a car it is not standard that you need to repair it the next dayThe business practices and professionalism of the salesmen are very much lackingI would recommend avoiding doing business at this establishment as they are highly untrustworthy

On 8/19/I purchased a ford f, the salesman Ron Y*** Told me the truck was selling for 5995, but he dropped the price down to Which is still high because of the high mileage But I paid it because I can't be picky with my bad credit and limited financing options hours after leaving the dealership my wife and I checked online and noticed the truck I paid for (financing) was listed only,e at So we screenshot the webpage before they took it down I am angry that the salesman sold me the truck for $ more than it was listed forIt doesn't seem right to doI want them to readjust my loan to reflect the actual sale price instead of the inflated one

Bought an Pontiac Sunfire and the engine was clearly dying They agreed to turn the car in and get me a better car so I put down more money and got a car and haven’t even had a day a Honda Accord that once you start going up a hill it stops and the check engine light comes on something is wrong with the car the engine light goes on and then it won’t go Twice they had to tow it to the shop in hours so this is the third time now That their mechanic who is rude as extremely rude is working on my car what he calls working I don’t know what he is doing but it seems like he’s just lieing and getting over on me Then when he came here to tow the car from my house he had the nerve to get an attitude with my boyfriend and told him that it was my fault and his fault that the car drives the way that it drives If anybody should be Mad about this, it is me Not their lazy mechanic not even the general manager or the financing company or the sales me the one paying out ** *** for a car that won’t run do not go to this place it is a lemon lot I am a customer I have every right to voice my opinion and every which way I want and they chose my business and I bet you any money every day for days while that car keeps breaking down on me because I’m taking advantage of their little warranty they will hear from me Then naturally I will go to my mechanic who actually knows what he’s doing

On Dec 15th, we purchased a vehicle from Auto Credit Sales in Hayden IdahoWe were told that the vehicle had a clean accident history reportWe took to the vehicle for a test drive and noticed a few issuesThe financial officer assured us that if we purchased a warranty from *** that they would fix the issues after a month waiting periodWe decided to purchase the vehicle
Over the next few days we started noticing many more issues with the vehicle that had clearly been concealed from us at the dealershipWe decided to take it to a mechanic and found that there was a long list of major issues which would require many thousands of dollars to repair (including major safety issues)We asked the dealer again for the accident history report and they finally provided itThey lied to us about the accident history as we found out that it had major front end collisions on the report
My husband called the vehicle warranty company to ask if they would cover a vehicle that h

I went to the dealer looking for a small pickup preferably a 4x4, (Toyota, or ford) I stand 5'4" talland told the sales person what I was looking for, in a price range of to thousand dollars! the dodge ram slt; that they sold me was the smallest vehicle he showed me, and with every one he showed me I told him no it's to big for me, I want a smaller vehicle, in the picture on the web site it looked smaller, but it wasn'tafter going to another lot to get it, again I told him it was to big! for the next hour, he did everything he could do to talk me into, even though I told him repeatedly no, he kept pushing it
finally tired of telling him no, and him continuing to push it, not thinking I would be approved, I told him fine, BUT after it's rejected, I want the first truck he showed me! mins later, he had me signing for it, as if I'd never told him no
apparently the costumer is not right at this dealer; what ever they push on you is what you are stuck withI went and ta

Auto creadit did not fix what they said they would fix on my truckAnd they also put in falty parts not telling me they wear used and causing me to miss work to figure out why my truck is not working to then find out the parts they pit on are wrong and should of never been in my truckAnd they never told me they wear putting used parts in my truckKnow $in work on my truck due to a PCM that is not reading right and $in front brakes that was part of the deal when I bought the truckAd well as lost wages stress and time

I purchased a Volvo on February 23,I test drove the vehicle and it ran great no lights on the dash indicating any issues and so I purchased the vehicle for $with $downOne week later I noticed a coolant leak along with the vehicle overheatingI called and spoke with Tom, apparently head mechanic, and took the vehicle in to be repairedThey replaced the radiator fan and said all was well with the vehicleAfter that point the temperature gauge did not work and the transmission error light came onI called frequently never getting through to Tom and always being hung up onAt this point the vehicle, which is an automatic, is shaking while driving, first gear comes and goes along with reverse, the car continues to overheat and require coolant non stopThis car is not dependable or safe to drive or have my four children inThe issues keep getting worse and no one there seems apt to help meI believe this is horrible business as now I am in debt on a c

I will attempt to make this short I am really upset with the car I am in & what auto credit did to meSo basically I purchased my car at Auto credit about years ago realized after a year something was wrong I was supposed to have a 0$ down with my trade in come to find out they added $for trade to the cost & they told me to my face they made a mistake but were not willing to try to make it right when my car broke down & I had to put $in repairs in the car so I have been paying $monthly and with the high interest rate only a small portion is going to the carI still owe over $the car is maybe worth $The manager I spoke with in hopes they could at least help with the mechanical work was very rude and not helpful obviously & when someone bluntly tells you to your face we made the mistake but oh well unless you have $to get into a new car I can't help you will never receive my business againClearly my fault for trusting and not reading thoroughly through the contract but Out of cars purchased through them this is the first horrible experience I have ever had so extremely disappointed!!!!!!

Appalachian Underwriters was recommended by another broker that had expanded into the P&C market Before we could even look at their system, we were charged an annual fee Upon receiving login information, only small carriers were offered, none of which we could quote because the system was busy After trying unsuccessfully to quote online, we called their underwriters for assistance They were not available by phone, so we left messagesFor three business days, we received no calls back We are in the central time zone, and they are in the Eastern time zone, so when they close up at 4:or 5:00, we still have customers to assist and there was NO ONE AVAILABLE
By the time I finally got a person on the phone, I had lost my patience My marketing rep was not available, so I spoke with the VP of Sales He stated that our account would be cancelled and our annual fee refunded As of this date, there has been no refund Thankfully, I used a credit card to pay so I can dispute the charge!
Any brokers looking for a MGA to support their P&C business would do well to find a different service provider than Appalachian Underwriters

I can produce estimates and tow bills that say that this car has been on a tow truck more than driven, and that it is Highly unsafe to even be on the road

I obtained a kia soul + from them for loan amountI paid down payment to themAfter driving it for a week, I discovered that the alignment was off, the seat cushions are stained beyond repair, it smells of cigarette smoke, the reaview mirror doesnt stay in place, there are pieces missing from inside the car, the door lock mechanism doesnt workWhen I called and spoke to the manager steve he was very rude, cut me off mid explanation and said, "ive already spoken to you about the alignment." When I asked if I could bring it in and exchange for a better car with my husband on the application he very rudely informed me that I still owed them another for the down payment and they wouldnt do anything until that was paidWhen I spoke to gim two days after I got the car he was very rude that day as well and pretty much said that I couldnt do anything until I pay the remaining He said "And you still owe us 1000.00."

I traded a car into auto credit and bought a new car under the contract agreement that Auto Credit would fix the speedometer and odometer but they are now refusing to fix the issue and are refusing to return the original car I traded inThe contract is void because they did not fix the problemI addition I will be taking them to court regarding the voided contract and my original car

I purchased KIA Sorento at POST FALLS Auto Credit Sales on 9/23/with miles. The vehicle ran good on the test run up the street. The cost of the vehicle was $4995.No trade in.We financed the vehicle at 29.99% on a month contract. We gave $down & had $debited weeks later $cash down. After sales-tax/doc fee amount financed threw *** FINANCIAL was $over months. The Finance/Insurance Manager at closing automatically included the GAP Insurance for $& the MOS Engine Replacement insurance for $900.This was a surprise to me as they didnt tell us about it prior I had to ask what it was.Manager was irritated that I asked him what it was & when I asked if it was required he said noI told him that the car I financed was only $4K & the insurance they wanted me to buy was 1/of cost.It was removed & papers reprinted. We signed. It was 7:50PM,they closed at 8PM.At 8:Wife & I drove car next door to our other vehicle & KIA

We purchased a car from this dealer in 2016, We were told that the engine was replaced, months later the engine brokeWe had asked to purchase an extended warranty only to find out it did not make it into the 2nd set of contracts that were signedWe were not notified that the contract had changedWe were then told the finance company does not finance extended warrantiesWe worked with the dealer to get it fixedWe spent over $to fix the carmonths later the engine breaks again.and will cost $to fixI realize that the car is used but I have never had a car that I purchased used from a dealer cost almost as much as the purchase price in repairs in the first months of owning itI also found out that the finance company that financed the car is owned by the car lotDON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANYTHE CARS ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE

I went to auto credit north hoping to get a reliable car for a decent priceThey sold me a car and let me drive it off the lot with a broken motor mount and no air bagsThey also sold it without having the titleA month later they called me back so they could fix the contract and would not lower the priceAfter they put in the airbags and fixed the motor mount they told me they would not detail the car as they promisedI should have sued when I had to deal with thisThey air bag light is on after months and has been on for almost a yearTotally illegal and totally messed upDO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I purchased a Chevy Suburban in March At the time of sale, the vehicle had just been inventoriedThe vehicle had a spare tire and steel wheel on the right front and the flat tire and alloy wheel was in the spare carrier under the rear floorThe vehicle was filthy as it had not yet been detailed, and pulled to the right when drivingAs part of the purchase agreement, the seller was to replace the tires, do a full detailing, and sublet an alignmentUpon picking up the vehicle I noted that the tires had been replaced, but the spare that was on the right front was missing and there was no spare tire/wheel in the spare carrierThe vehicle still pulled to the side indicating the alignment needed to be reviewed, and during cleaning the detailer had torn off the "picnic tray" from the back of the right side center chair and severely bent the metal of the chairThe dealership promised to obtain the repair parts and set up another alignmentI returned to the dealership several
