Dear [redacted], I am truly sorry you were not explained all the details of your loan and I will try my best to explain them to you. You are approved for up to a $500 a month payment. Your loan is not based off your credit, rather it is based off your income and ability to pay. Your loan requires the trade of your open auto loan. The bank will not allow you to have 2 open auto loans at the same time. The banks policy is one open auto per licensed driver. Now with there being 2 licenses drivers in your household as you mentioned, what can be done is if you add the other licensed driver to your loan you wouldn’t have to trade in your car and you can get another car loan. We can help you obtain almost any car that fits within the guidelines of your approval. If we do not have the car your looking for we have the ability to outsource vehicles to get you what your looking for within the perimeters of your loan. If I can help you in any way please contact me at ###-###-####

Dear Customer, I apologize however I believe you are confused. You do not have to do a Va inspection that was done prior to you purchasing the car. At time of purchase we let you know you would need to get the vehicles emission done, in fact you sign a document acknowledging that. Will you...

Dear [redacted],
I would like to start by saying you are approved with no money down. Which is something the finance manager explained to you when you first summited your online application and also told you when you arrived at the dealership. The discrepancy with the...

garnishment on your paystub is something the bank wanted us to ask you about. They needed to know if it was paid in full and no longer coming out of your paycheck. Which you explained to us and we passed the information on to the bank. I'm sorry the process was not as quick as you expected it to be. We have to provide the bank with the information you provide us and we also have to wait for them to process everything. With that said everything is processed and ready to go. If you would be willing to give us another chance I will personally assist you at this point. As for deleting your information out of our system, that is something we are not allowed to do. By law we have to keep all customer info on file for 5 years. All customer information is stored in a secure system. As for the trailer, It is only temporary. We are in the process of building a state of the art facility to better serve our customers. The building should be complete by early 2016.Again, If you would be willing to give us another chance I promise I will make it a wonderful buying experience.
Please contact me directly at ###-###-####
Sincerely,

[redacted],
Our records show we have been trying to collect the money you owe since you purchased the car but have been getting declined because you did not have funds in the account to cover what you owe. Again we have a signed credit card authorization and this was part of your deal purchasing the vehicle. If you would like to discuss further you may contact me at ###-###-####

So this is a company (Auto Connection) that preys on people who wants a car but doesn't have good credit.. That have Call Reps from somewhere else in Virginia or at their homes calling you, telling you that the only have to bring your pay stubs and and a bill and they guarantee you that they will finance a vehicle 100%. First nobody is who they say they are. They are all liars. The person who calls you, name is Tina R[redacted] the finance rep. You hang up the phone and call right back and she is no longer available. She called to confirm reservation and give you another name. They tell you to ask for Tony, Chris or Jay but they are not there because they doesn't exist. You tell them what kind of vehicle you are looking for and they said we have hundreds and when you get there they have none!. Never really show you a vehicle but the tax and tags are $1500. Previously you were told you will not have to put anything down because they take care of the Taxes and Tags. When I stepped into that Dingy, dirty, unprofessional car dealership I knew I was lied to. The So Called Manager was very unprofessional and very unapologetic for the false advertisement. I was actually glad they didn't have what I wanted because that is the last place I want to do business with. Beware!! watch out for places that you cant even write a review.

I put a down payment of 1,400 dollars at Car Lot Auto connection and I had a reminder of 1,200 left . I was not given a particular date to pay my down payment in full . I was told that I could pay partial payments until I reached my full payment of 2,600. Today at 2:23pm I called The Owner "[redacted]" to discuss my payments arrangements. I was told that my past payment of 1,400 was voided and in order to keep the car I had to pay an additional 3,000 because the value of the car(2006 Passat) increased due the new year. I told him that I had receipts of my past payments and I would like a full refund because his business practices are unethical. The Owner "[redacted]" stated "I'm not going to give you your money back and it was none of his concern" and that I needed to talk to the salesman that was selling the vehicle to me and hung up the phone in my face. This salesman that he referring to does not work there anymore. . I have a disabled son and I needed a reliable vehicle to transport my child's to his doctor's appointments and school. earlier in the phone conservation I explained that to him and he told me that wasn't his problem. The owner "[redacted]" is trying to keep my funds illegally and he doesn't care how my life is being affected due to him keeping my money. I want my full refund .Product_Or_Service: 2006 bw passatAccount_Number: 039450,039474,039531Desired SettlementI would like my Full refund of 1,400

Complaint I bought a car from Mr. [redacted] on February 2,2015. I put $2000 down on the car. Mr [redacted] didnt give me all the paperwork for the car nor the title. Also, he switched out the cars initially. I went back and forth continually asking him about my paperwork but he always brushed me off and came up with excuses about the paperwork. I also claimed to him about things needing to be fixed on the car, but he kept charging different prices. Therefore, I paid to them fixed on my own. On February 27th, he finally gave me one piece of paper towards the car and it was the leasing agreement. He didn't give me all the other paperwork. He told me that I had to pay my car note on the 28th ,then the 1st of March, I was confused because he kept changing things up. Then on March 3rd, my drive out tags went out and I went to him the day before to let him that I needed another drive out. He told me that he couldn't give me one and he didn't place my order for my tags. Therefore, I didn't pay for car note because he wasn't cooperating with me. On March 9th, he came and repossessed the car. I went to court and filed a lawsuit against him on March 9th to get back the money I put down on the cat and for the things I fixed on the car. Desired SettlementI want the money back that I put down on the car because I didn't even have it a month before he repossessed it and put it back out to sell and the money for everything I got fixed on the car.

Dealership sold me a raggedy car that I had to get fixed. Payed for the warranty and never received it. Owner is a disrespectful and rude con-artist.I leased a car from this dealership and my down payment was $1500 dollars. My note was supposed to be $250. The dealer jacked my car note up to $300. I drove the car for a day and it broke down on me on the interstate. The axle and wheel barring was totally messed up on the car before I leased it but the dealer blamed me for it after only a day of driving it. I had to pay for a tow truck, and to get it fixed. I purchased a warranty that I never received. The dealer has cursed me out on numerous occasions and even pulled a gun on my children's father. The dealer is a con artist who has tried to get money out of me anyway possible. I am disgusted with him and I no longer want to do business with him.Desired SettlementI no longer want to do business with this dealer. After research I found that this dealer has an F rating @ The Revdex.com with 7 complaints already. I would like a full refund of every penny I put in to this car and he can have his car back.
