I applied for a car purchase with Auto Credit Sales in Spokane Valley, Washington I explained my vehicle purchase circumstances and concerns I was shown vehicles that would fit within my budget
Upon filling out the credit inquiry along with a secondary person, I was told that I would not be able to purchase the vehicle of choice That the secondary person I applied with could purchase the vehicle that I wanted if they had a co-signer with them but that my name would not be associated with the vehicle
I was then told that the other choice I had was to contact Car Hop Car Sales
The advertisement that is on the building as well as on the television, states that everyone is approved for a car every day
This is in my opinion misleading

I bought a vehicle from them a month agoI asked it if it had a clean title they said yes but happened to not tell me that it had been in an accident and the airbags deployedTalking to many other car lots they say they make people look at and sign carfaxs I was not provided oneI went back in after finding out this information and said want my to transfer into another car, my money back, or the car I traded inThey refuse and say there’s nothing they can do but sell me a car much more than the one they sold me to get rid of all the negative equity I’m inI’ve barely had this car a month haven’t made a payment on it yet

Yesterday, February 24th, I purchased a Dodge Avenger from Auto Credit SalesI purchased the vehicle after doing a thorough inspection of the interior and the exterior of the car, including the engine bayI test drove the vehicle for a minimum of minutes with maximum speeds of miles per hourAfter I went back to the dealership, I was decently satisfied and decided to purchase the carOn my way home from the dealership, I had to get onto the freeway where the speed limit is miles per hourAfter about 61-miles per hour, in fourth gear, at around RPM's, the vehicle started to surge and almost felt as if it was misfiring, however the computer did not push out a codeI called back to speak to the manager and requested my money and my trabackThey said that all they could do was fix the issue if there is oneI do not want the car even if the issue is fixed because if not even miles down the road the car begins having issues, what else is wrong with the v

On July 5, I purchased a *** ***I financed it on a month contractAt that time I also signed a contract for GAP insurance #***In May I purchased another car and the *** was paid ofcording to the contract, I have a refund for any unused funds for the GAP insuranceAccording to the contract I am to contact Auto Credit for the refundI contact Auto Credit twice VIA email On July 16th and the 24th of July Both times I got no response at allAccording to my calculations I am entitled to around $which is no small amount

In a recent purchase of a Chevy Silverado 1500, we were rushed through process since we had two toddlers with us and they were closing, and they added a service contract and a finance charge to the agreement without telling us upfront The service contract is $and the finance charge was $1, Every other dealer that I have dealt with has told us upfront what the extra charges were at the end In the end, we signed thinking that we were paying less than we were When we tried to re-finance with a new bank to get a better loan, we then realized that the added costs were not what we had agreed to To top it off, less than a month after buying the truck, we started having electrical issues that mechanics haven't been able to figure out It randomly won't start some days I'm so disappointed with their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone Horrible business

I had previously purchased a car from this company, then decided to trade it in for a better car, I went to Auto Credit with my info for a warranty cancellation that I had purchased from them the day after I purchased my vehicleHere we are days later they dropped the ball on getting my cancellation done immediately like they were supposed toNow I have a check that is going to go through my account for my down payment on my new vehicle that I purchased from Consumer Auto Liquidators (they assured me people use the warranty refund as a down all the time) tomorrow and Auto Credit is giving me the run around telling me that they no longer have my check!!!!!! They were rude, thieves and liars!!!!!

They sold me a car that broke down 16hours later and has over heated and sent me into a dirch.air bag light stuck on

this place is a joke for real!!!! I never in life such nonprofessional people in all my life!!! I don't know how they got my number and I told them that on Wednesday! they call tell you what you're approved for then send you a text then want you to come in the very next day and I did in-spite of the uneasy feeling I had about themso yesterday Thursday evening I go and I am immediately turned off because it looks like some run down rankly shack place for real! nothing i'm use to at all!!! then they tell me all what they need just a whole bunch of non-sensethey want you to take what they want to give you but I wasn't going for it and the cars weren't that great! anyway, I settled with one, well kind of I had to give more info and all my references so today Friday I call get all the info they told me to show proof of which was my address never mind the fact they forgot to give me back my drivers license! they tell me they will bring the car to me which I said no and that I would pick it up myself because I can't drive cars! they did any way! only to call me like a crazy person saying I lied about my address!!!! are you kidding me now! the finance manager Jared (jay) tells me he needs proof from my bank I guess what my credit union sent on their letter head with my account numbers and when I joined and became a member wasn't good enough!!!! so he threatens to come get the car and tell him to come get it! they come back to my second job and Chris sent some white guy to come in and he says he's here to repo my car!!! the nerve! i'm like first of all your car is in Chantilly and my car is parked out front but here are the keys!!! all I know is...I better not see this on my credit!!! they are shady and I had a bad feeling from the beginning! lesson learned! always trust yourself, gut and instinct! never again! they deserve a negative (-5) five! I'm just praying they are not so crazy as to try and put this on my credit! If so, then we are going to have serious problems and issues!

I would like to share my positive experience with Auto Credit Sales Spokane Valley WAI purchased a car from them on 9/30/2016..My 1st encounter with Sayne was over the phone..Nice guy! so when I went into the Dealership I had the pleasure of him & Marshall helping me They bent over backwards to find me a suvMy credit is not the best do to some Medical bills & life They worked with me till they could find someone to finance me The whole time making me feel it was more important for me to be comfortable with the auto & the financing...So about a week later I had a small issue with the check engine light on..I called the Dealership & had the pleasure of meeting Dave the Service Manager..He too took care of my concern & my auto...then about a week later had the same issue Well I picked it up today & Dave assured me I would have no further issues with it & he also stated it seemed to have a little more pick up & go so I should be careful on the gas pedal..So needless to say I am very pleased with everyone I have dealt with thereI did not have too much interaction with the other sales people but whenever I walked in there they greeted me very nicely So if you are in the market for a new or used rig give these guys a try! I dont think you will be disappointed!! Thank You!!

This guys will waste ur time!!! Sat around for hours to get told theres nothing they can do for me!

I paid cash for a vehicle from the Post Falls location with an agreement an oil leak would be fixedAfter attempts at that location for repairs, we made arrangements to have it repaired at the Sprague location (after diagnosis by my own mechanic!)To their credit, the service staff was friendly and accommodatingThe repair was finally done! However, when my daughter picked it up the transmission was "running rough" we brought it back thinking they had made an adjustment to it, as it was fine when it went inWe were told the transmission was bad and had to pay just over $for them to put in a used transmissionWhen repairs were complete, I drove the truck home, other than moving it in the driveway, it then wasn't driven for a couple of monthsWhen my daughter started driving it again, the tranny fluid was lowShe brought it back to *** *** and was told the filter or screen was blocked and that was the problemOne month later, fluid is once again low My daughter brought it back in and was essentially told there was nothing that they could do, as the tranny they put in was "used" There was nothing they could do or were willing to doNot even a diagnosis!!! I have to question if the tranny was ever replaced! I'm beginning to question if my original suspicion that they did something to the tranny, was actually the case! I see other people's complaints and the business response of "you should have brought it to us" Well I did bring itand I was (over) charged for repairing a newly purchased vehicle from them and then they don't stand behind the part or service! Everyone is so nice and friendly UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM! Not only would I not recommend this business to anyoneI will tell anyone who will listen to my story to steer clear of this business!

My daughter has been trying to get her car repaired for three months now and has just been getting the run around. It took forever for someone to finally call her back. She took the car in and before the day was out her engine light came right back on! They said a part needed to be ordered and now she hasn't been able to get another appointment (3 months)! I should have followed my gut instinct when I first walked into the place. It was filthy and run down. The word of God said to be anxious for nothing. Me trying to help my daughter was the biggest mistake I made, at that place anyway! I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THAT PLACE. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!! WARNING.....
