I am on disability, but you don't want to work with me because you want to take a car worth $25,and sell it for $10,which is ridiculousThis loan is now currentI have made payments on it leaving payments to gopayments at is $11,685!!! plus what I already paidmaking this $5,loan cost over $14,000!! I am trying to work something out with you that is reasonable to all partiesI see that you will not budge nor bend in anyway to help a customer, very disappointing and I hope you never find yourself in a situation where your income is reduced and yet your auto loan company won't work with you to help keep your vehicle and still make moneySuch a shameHolding a vehicle hostage to extort a ridiculous amount of interest is frustrating, infuriating and disappointingYou are telling me I can pay $and come and redo loan for balanceI am unable to come in and do anythingI have paid $so no longer even have $I now have $I can pay, but if it doesn't reduce the loan payment then paying it does not help meI can NOT continue to pay $a month and still live, I need a reduced monthly payment or settlement

James was polite, well informed on the process of obtaining the loan and very friendly As a former VP for customer service in a large bank, I knew the process and was impressed and he walked us through the loan
Forty minutes later, we were shaking hands and walking out the door with a check I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of loan James was confident and at ease with the process I would absolutely go there again if I needed another loan

used as collateral on this loanThis is a short term loan, so the interest rate is higher than a conventional long term loanWe hold a signed contract where you were informed of the rates, with your signatureAt this point as your lender, we have lent you funds on collateral that you have admittedly traded in, although we are the current lien holder on that vehicleDoing that is illegalWe have the right as your lender to file a judgment against you for doing thatHowever we have withheld from doing that to dateWe are simply following fair collections practices and attempting to collect upon a debt owed to us. The reason the charges are happening is because in these loans you are charged per diem (per day) for interest, and if it arrives even a day from after your due date it would be a different amountMy suggestion would to send an over payment if possible or

We can not accept a settlement on the account, this loan is only a few months old at this point, and is a month loan. We are not in the business of any coercionWe thoroughly go over the quote via telephone before scheduling a client to come in for the loanOnce in office we thoroughly
go over the contract, and the payment schedule, to make sure the client is comfortable with the payments before the contract is signedWe have advised the client that we will accept the $payment on her account, which will substantially cut down on the interest accrual for her loan, as most of that payment will go towards principalThis is an amortized loan, so the interest will accrue on the remaining balance onlyWe have made several attempts to discuss the loan with the client and keep the client from falling behind on the loanUnfortunately we are told our calls will no longer be acceptedOur outreach to our clients is simply to assist them in keeping their account currentAgain, the $payment will be accepted, most of that payment will go towards principal on her account, substantially lowering any interest that will be paid thereafterThis offer was made and explained to the client, she declined
