Hello my name is [redacted] just got a title loan from Kirkwood Hwy Delaware they are
Awesome I would go any where else

I was happy with my service and support I received in person and how quickly I was in and out of there

Deciding to get a title loan was a difficult decision, but one that I needed to make. I found Auto Equity Loans of Salem, NH after a Google search for Title Loans in ** and had them and another Title Loan Company recommend for my needs. I went with Auto Equity because I was told they were known to have slightly better interest rates and ability to offer a longer loan duration. I was very pleased with the location and office, it was very clean and professional. I met with Nicole who was very kind and patient. She very clearly explained everything about the Title loan process and answered all of my questions very clearly so I knew exactly what I was doing. I was only there about 45 minutes and walked out with my check.
I would highly recommend Auto Equity Loans to anyone who finds themselves in a pinch that has no other alternative. I do suggestion other options first, but as I know sometimes that is not possible.

They were very helpful in helping me apply for my loan. They were also very informative as well. I highly recommend them.

I have used this business for several years now specifically the
Kirkwood Hwy location and find the employees to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The interest is considerably lower than
the other title loan companies

I went to Auto Equity Loans in Manchester NH even though I live in Maine. James was great!!!!! He answered all my questions and I was in and out in no time. They truely want to help and are willing to work with you. I will use again in a second if needed!!!!!

All personell I have dealt with has been great. I truly feel they care about me.

I never once talked to anyone from Auto Equity loans over the phone before driving to Delaware. I talked to a brokerage that fields inquiries and sets people up with possible loan options. So nothing was explained over the phone. I also lost half my income, so yes when the loan first started I had twice the income. I am trying to work out a settlement to still have the company make money and still work with me. My income is less than 1000 a month. The car payment is $615.00. Tell me can you live on less than 400 a month, and still eat, pay for medications? pay for doctors co-pays? I am on disability, but you don't want to work with me because you want to take a car worth $25,000 and sell it for $10,000 which is ridiculous. This loan is now current. I have made 5 payments on it leaving 19 payments to go.. 19 payments at 615.00 is $11,685!!! plus what I already paid.. making this $5,500 loan cost over $14,000!! I am trying to work something out with you that is reasonable to all parties. I see that you will not budge nor bend in anyway to help a customer, very disappointing and I hope you never find yourself in a situation where your income is reduced and yet your auto loan company won't work with you to help keep your vehicle and still make money. Such a shame. Holding a vehicle hostage to extort a ridiculous amount of interest is frustrating, infuriating and disappointing. You are telling me I can pay $5000 and come and redo loan for balance. I am unable to come in and do anything. I have paid $1200 so no longer even have $5000. I now have $3000 I can pay, but if it doesn't reduce the loan payment then paying it does not help me. I can NOT continue to pay $615.00 a month and still live, I need a reduced monthly payment or settlement.

Auto equity loans were very helpful and curtious in getting me my loan when I needed it.

All the girls at auto equity loan company are great and honest they treat me with the up most respect when I talk to them on the phone and follow up on all avenue s with my questions I would suggest to all looking for a short period loan to call them asap . thank you [redacted]

I visited the Kirklwood Highway location for my loan.
I was totally impressed with the efficiency of the loan process. Everything was explained to me in detail and Jessica was very professional. I really appreciate how fast the entire process was conducted.
Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Overall, the lady was nice. It was quick and she explained everything clearly. Although I thought it was ridiculous to go by my pay rate when I am risking my title willingly, I didn't get the amount I needed and had to settle for a half the amount I was asking. But I liked the lady I had, I believe it was Jennifer. Not too sure

You can speak to a manager in the ARD department by calling [redacted]. We will transfer your call to the manager in charge of that department so that you can further discuss your account. There is some discrepancy on the amount you are stating you have already...

We would also be more than happy to furnish you with a payment history that will show the actual amount paid back on the loan to date, which is much lower than the number you have stated. Unfortunately, because we were unable to reach you during most attempts, because we were unable to secure payment to bring your account current, your account was placed into further collections and eventually the collateral was repossessed. Several attempts were made to speak to you about your account options, several calls were made daily to attempt to bring the account current before further activity occurred. When recovery of collateral  occurs due to non-payment, there are additional fees accrued on the account. Please refer to your signed contract for an explanation of those terms or contact the ARD department for an explanation of those terms.

Fast, simple, and professional, there were no hidden fees, answered all my questions and gave me what I was asking for! Will be using them again!!!
