Good Morning-Customer's financing did not get approved, therefore we are backing out sale.We had customers traready to pick up on Saturday, but they did not want to take it when they were here, so I'm not quite sure why they filed complaint.Customer will be refunded all

I am writing this letter regarding the deceptive, “bait & switch” tactics used by
AUTOGIANTS.com

Temple Hills, MD Here's WHAT HAPPENED ---
This automobile dealership employs very nice, friendly customer service people to answer their phone when a person like me places a phone call in response to an incredible television commercial advertising $88/down $88/month This nice person goes on to tell how the only requirements and documentation needed are: (1) proof of income, (2) proof of residency (3) valid driver licenseIn addition, NO INCOME REQUIREMENT (I stated mine is Social Security Retirement) POOR CREDIT IS NOT A PROBLEM because this $88/$Program is designed for people with low, but stable incomes & low credit score I asked her repeatedly, in different ways if there would be higher down payment required or a higher credit rating neededThe answer was always: NO, because the company wants to help people, like yourself who are unable to get a traditional loanFull of hope, that I could get a car, so I could drive to a job, I set out on a long & expensive public transportation journey: 1st a bus, then a long subway ride to Branch Avenue where a nice driver person picked me up & drove me to my appointmentI had the impression I would meet with the person I spoke to on the phone Not so The driver was actually a Salesman Ok fine I presented all the required documentationThen, Mike W*** Sales Manager took over He told me I would need a minimum income of $along with $minimum down payment I am livid!!! As I told him: At least instruct your phone people to say: A higher down payment and a minimum income requirement may be needed But they don't! AUTOGIANTS.COM dupes Senior Citizens with advertisement, deceptive, “bait & switch” tactics That is what I experienced on this day, October 29, They should be required to at the very least to TELL THE TRUTH! How about that for a novel approach to doing business Not only do they give Senior Citizens like me A SENSE OF HOPE, BY TELLING LIES, they also WASTED MY PRESCIOUS TIME, ENERGY & THE MONEY I USED TO travel from one extreme end of the Green Line to the opposite end at Branch AveGranted, while I am working on improving my low credit and low salary, THEY MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRICK, LIE, AND DECEIVE IT SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD Aren't there LAWS against tactics like this?

time of purchase that DC inspection is required to get hard tags.Out of good faith, we offered to get customer DC tags(even though this is not required since we already perfected lien at DC DMV)Customer provided updated insurance for us yesterday, and we are sending a tag runner to DC DMV to get tags for customerAgain, this is not required by us since we have already perfected lien, we are just doing it out of good faith.If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us knowThank you

I am rejecting this response because: As stated in my original complaint the salesman wouldn't even consider running my credit because he said that under NO circumstances were the cars that I made an appointment to look at would ever go for what he called a advertisement He stated that the *** *** and *** would never qualify for that 'deal' and then further stated that he would speak to the finance manager that I made an appointment with, that was not there when I showed up after driving for an hour, to clear up what he called advertisingThe company has tried to call me one time, but I was at work and not able to talk at the time and didn't get a call back number They have never called again.

I bought a N*** A***a from Auto Giant last August It was a hellish experienceThe sales person colluded with one finance guy and sold a car which they knew had an inherent problem, with the promise to return within a week time if I didn't like it, I saw the problem two days later, and went to return it, I was told they could not accept it, to make things worse for me I was literally asked to leave the premiseVery very rude

Good Mornihad General Manager reach out to customer and explained the promotion.He also expressed apology for her frustrations, and we have offered customer discounts in service department and on future purchases to make sure customer is satisfied.Thanks!!!

We initially replaced catalytic converter for the customerThe customer ran over a pot hole/road hazard in the unit after being replaced, and it was not our faultOur Sales Manager
personally worked with the customer, addressed issues, and let the customer know that this was not our fault due to it being a driving accidentThe customer agreed, and was satisfiedWe guided the customer in the direction on how to work with her insurance company to go over accidentIf there is anything else we can do to help customer, please let us knowBut as stated, the customer and Auto Giants are on good terms, and customer is fully satisfied to the best of our knowledge, thank you
