When I refuse they kept my $1000 down payment for a month..After I threaten with legal actions they gave me another person file with thier credit info..SS#..and personal info and banking details. Good Morning- RE: Complaint [redacted] We have reached out to [redacted] and she is coming in to meet with Manager James A[redacted] Tomorrow, Saturday 12/10, or Monday 12/12 to go over issues on vehicle, and we will address, and make sure customer is satisfied with any issues...

she may have.Thank you!

They advertise for you to come in and that I am already approved to be financed then when I get there they ask me how much money I have. I been there on separate occasions and all they care about is if you have more money. They ask for your bank account information to see how much money is in your account then give you a price. Very bad customer service once they realize they can't get any money from you. They ignore you and act as if you are no longer in the showroom.

Good Afternoon-[redacted] purchased a car from Auto Giants, and we gave her the option to bring car back and make sure it was in same condition as when she purchased, and she would be refunded within 7 business days. After getting the car back, all checked out, and she was refunded...

and not charged any fees. Her complaint regarding a repossession, was a misunderstanding as this was never stated to her.[redacted] is now  satisfied, and cashed her refund check on 3/20/15. Attached is refund check. Please contact me with any questions or concerns, thank you.Bradley M[redacted]@autogiants.com###-###-####

Brought my Lexus RX350 SUV from here in November and only had a 7 day warranty to find out if any thing was wrong and if it was it would be fixed for free, so I didn't pay for a new car inspection from Lexus because they wanted an arm and a leg so I just hoped that all was good, I had a couple things done but nothing major, so as my warranty expired something resurfaced, so I called to see if any thing could be done about it, but when I called I talked to Harold J[redacted] and he told me to bring it in, so I did and it was taken care of with no problem and it was " free", Harold was so attentive to my car needs I didn't feel that this was a bad deal at all, I love it at the service center because they take care of your baby and that makes me happy!!!
Great Place To Be, Thanks Harold J[redacted]!
Ps. All you have to remember is that you have just purchased a used car and giving a chance they will take care of your car at the Service Center :) (smiling)
Glad I stopped by Auto Giants " Great Buy"!!!

Good Morning-Mr. [redacted] contract required W-2's from prior year(2014), as he purchased car in first quarter of 2015 with a financing approval which stipulations (2014 W-2's) were explained to him at the time of sale. It took almost three weeks to get the W-2 from 2014 from...

Mr. [redacted]. By the time we provided his 2014 W-2's to finance company, his first car payment was nearly due. In this case, the finance company requires us to collect first payment from customer in order to complete contract. Mr. [redacted] did not like this, however keep in mind- this is not us it's the finance company who is loaning the money, and this is their process. Mr. [redacted] at this point requested his down payment back, and it was given back to him.As far as his insurance goes, that is between him and his insurance company. We have nothing to do with his insurance. I'm pretty sure(depending on insurance company), will refund him a pro-rated amount(for time he drove car). They may even refund him the whole amount, but again this is not us, this is the insurance company, and the law requires to be insured the time you are driving the car.Thank you, and contact me with any questions. Bradley M[redacted]-###-###-####.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PLACE. Went there with my roommate to get a car- he has bad credit, but this place advertises that they can get you approved no matter what- that's a lie. We sat there for hours while they tried to put the car and papers in his MOTHER'S name since they couldn't get HIM approved. Finally, they said we were approved and started showing us cars that we could drive. After the first test drive, they suddenly said we weren't approved for that car and gave us others to try. Finally, we settled on one and filled out all the paperwork on our end. We were told to come back the next day when they would finish processing all the paperwork to finalize some things and get the car. At this point I had put a down-payment on the car and they told us "congrats! You got a car!". When we came back, we were told THREE different things about what happened to the car that we had supposedly purchased. First it was that the car had been defective and they didn't want to sell us a defective car so they were going to fix it and we could either wait for it to be fixed or pick out another car. Then someone else told us that they had actually sold that same car a few minutes after we left the shop the previous day. The third story was that the car had been sent back to where it had originally been purchased from. This was a car that we had SIGNED FOR AND PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON. Then, we decided to pick out another car... only to be told after numerous more hours, that our financing hadn't come through afterall... (after it had just come through the other day supposedly). So we left angrily.... only to get a call a week later from someone telling us that our financing had been approved afterall. Naturally, we NEVER went back. I'm currently in the process of trying to get my 200$ deposit on the car that we supposedly 'bought' and everyone is being so rude and unhelpful. I've been on hold for at least half an hour and been hung up on and talked down to. When I went there this weekend to get my money back (and was told to call Monday) they said "We don't want your money. We'll give it back to you." in the rudest d[redacted] tone I have ever heard. These are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met.
UPDATE: I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to reach someone today who could talk to me about the money I was owed. Finally, I reached Kim who told me she would check out my situation and for me to call back in 30 minutes. When I called back I was on hold for over 45 minutes.. I finally hung up and called back, only to be informed that Kim had left for the day.
If I do not get my money back, I will be filing a complaint.
Never. Go. Here.

We initially replaced catalytic converter for the customer. The customer ran over a pot hole/road hazard in the unit after being replaced, and it was not our fault. Our Sales Manager personally worked with the customer, addressed issues, and let the customer know that this was not our fault due to...

it being a driving accident. The customer agreed, and was satisfied. We guided the customer in the direction on how to work with her insurance company to go over accident. If there is anything else we can do to help customer, please let us know. But as stated, the customer and Auto Giants are on good terms, and customer is fully satisfied to the best of our knowledge, thank you.

Good Afternoon General Manager James A[redacted] has been in contact with the customer. He is aware he signed as buyer on the contract, and now is satisfied. He was also advised how he can go to a finance company and re finance in his brothers name, to remove himself from the loan. Thank you.

Good morning-we have went above and beyond to satisfy customer in this complaint. We have come to agreement and reached refund to satisfy customer.thank you.

They are the worst. Please don't buy a car over there! You will never know about what you're buying.

Review: The Sales manager was very rude. I was told that the company would price match any other dealer within $5000 but the manager wouldn't budge on the price at all and proceeded to tell me to take my business elsewhere.

Subject: Complaint [redacted]

To: [redacted] <[redacted]>

[redacted] Good Morning-

I bought a N[redacted] A[redacted]a from Auto Giant last August 2014. It was a hellish experience.
The sales person colluded with one finance guy and sold a car which they knew had an inherent problem, with the promise to return within a week time if I didn't like it, I saw the problem two days later, and went to return it, I was told they could not accept it, to make things worse for me I was literally asked to leave the premise. Very very rude.

My wife and I went to Auto Giants specifically looking for a 4 wheel-drive vehicle we could fit our children into. After getting the run-around and being shown vehicle after vehicle that was no where close to what we were looking for, we finally settled on a Dodge Durango that we really liked. There was no 4x4 button to lock into 4wd, so we specifically asked our sales person and he went inside to check and came back out and told us it had all-wheel-drive, which means the 4wd kicks in automatically when needed.. Not being car-savvy people we moved forward - still had some hesitation about the price and actually decided to leave a couple times but were passed back and forth between the salesman and the manager, finally ended up buying since they had a 3-day return policy, we lived over and hour away, and vehicle seemed to have everything we wanted and a fair price. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!! After doing some research we found the vehicle did NOT have 4WD at all, and when we called the next day to confront them about it, no one was available to take our call - we called multiple times over the next few days and were put off each time. When we finally did talk to someone almost a week later, they said we were outside the 3-day return period and there was nothing they could do - even though they misrepresented a feature on the vehicle that changes the value about $4000, and had NO buyer's guide posted on it as required by the FTC. These guys will use every trick in the book to pressure you into buying!!

Review: There are a multitude of issues that resulted from engaging with the place. Here are my main concerns as I can not add all to the drop down box. A sales presentation that failed to disclose key conditions of the offer / A sales presentation that did not disclose complete pricing information / A bait & switch advertisement / An advertisement that failed to disclose all conditions required to take advantage of an offer and The inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel. I began talking with the finance manager Brian (BJ) 2 days prior to me coming onto the property. He was friendly but pushy but what car dealership worker is not? I explicitly explained my perimeters of doing business. I told him how much I was looking to spend, what I was comfortable with putting down, the type of vehicle I was in the market for, what MONTHLY PAYMENT I WAS LOOKING FOR, don't waste my time as I would be driving many miles, ect. Brian told me ok, bring $500 and we can get you into something you like, and to go on the site and view the inventory. When I arrived the gentleman waiting at the entrance were nice showed me where to park my vehicle and enter into the building. I sat down with a well I don't even know what to consider him as he didn't identify himself as a sales man, but said he just takes the appointments and they go on a point system. (ODD) Brian comes over and proceeds to tell me that hes a very busy person, so hell try and get to my paperwork. The appointment taker proceeds to waste time by telling myself and person I brought along with me about his wife, ex wife, 16 year child by another woman, [redacted], his claims issues with an accident on his vehicle all useless info to pass the time. He then leaves the desk and moves over to another part of the office for about 10 mins in this time myself and person with me decide to view the vehicles on the lot as we could tell he was stalling. After I circle the lot and come out with about 4 options of newer (2011-2014) low miles vehilce, he stops me at the front and say this is what I would like to show you. I tell him that is not the car that I would look to get into. He argues (loudly in front of the entrance) on why I need to take this car. I ask wheres the price of the car, what would the monthly payment be. He could not tell me. Repeatedly said I don't do the numbers. Pretty much trying to eliminate himself from coming up with answers. This gentleman Kenny would not let me speak with out cutting me off and diverting my attention back to the vehicle he picked out. I ask to see the next option available. He avoids the question and dis-engages with me (buyer) and trys to convenience the person with me why I need to take the car that he has pulled up for me. I ask where are the prices on the vehicle a rep on the lot tells me that there isn't one. That the bank tells them how much the car is worth???? so I look at a vehicle pull my phone out and start pricing the vehicles the rep says to me why are doing that? why are you looking up prices. I told him because im the one who has to pay the monthly payment for the vehicle. Back to Kenny, after about 10 mins of him yelling at me to take the car he picks, he then says ok well what are you looking to get. I showed him 3 more vehicles that compared year and mileage and he said no to each one. You would have thought I was attempting to get a Mercedes Benz but I wasnt. I then tell him that he needs to get Brian out here to talk to me now. ( not satisfied with Kennys behavior or demeanor in which he spoke to me) Brian comes out asks "Whats the problem". I tell him whats going on and then his attitude changes when he hears I dont want the car that Kenny picked out for me. I ask him how can I get into a car that I dont even know the price. he tells me "THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE DOESN'T MATTER, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE PRICE OF THE CAR". Who in their right mind is NOT going to worry about price when trying to purchase a vehicle let alone a new 2013-14 vehicle that you yourself didn't even pick out. I disagreed with him on that, he became frustrated and both begin to harass and badger and pass judgement on me about my bankruptcy filing. He became very nasty, used the conversation we had on the phone to get me approved for loan to belittle and insult me while on the lot. If I didn't know any better I would have thought I was in a domestic dispute with both Kenny and Brian (BJ). I'm in shock that anyone while working a job would act so unprofessional and with little code of ethics. If I didn't have a friend come with me to attest to this I don't think anyone would believe that this ever happend. I'm appalled at such lack of professionalism. Needless to say they had no other option for me but 1 car. 1 car. 1 car. So if Brian knew that he was going to try and sell me that one car with a $400 car note (when I told him 2 days prior my range was $289-$300, why would he bring me to the lot? If he knew that bankruptcy was in the play why would he want me to go in a car that has a $400 car note. It just doesn't make sense. This felt like a pre-orchestrated plan to get me in that car and get it off the lot. Once Brian and Kenny became frustrated they pushed me and my friend off the lot, get out and go. After driving maybe 10 mins, I realized they never gave me my personally identifiable information (check stubs, bill ect.) and my drivers licence I turned around and went back. I pulled up and the greeters at the entrance (including Kenny) were all saying oh look she came back, she needs that car Kenny. I said no I need my drivers license back. Kenny says to me outside oh we don't have your drivers licence. I said yes you do and pull up to park. go inside the building ask for Brian and they say oh hes outside. he comes in walks past me, as he's walking I tell me I need my things back. he gives me my stubs and other personal information. I ask for my drivers licence, he too tells me we don't have your license. I said yes someone does. You need to ask Kenny where it is because he had it last. Kenny walks in says "oh we have your drivers licences?, no we don't. I told him you were the last to have my license, please give it back to me. Kenny then goes into his pocket pulls of his wallet and pull my drivers license out. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF WHY THE HELL IS MY DRIVERS LICENCE IN YOUR POCKETS WITH YOUR OWN PERSONAL CREDIT CARDS AND ID. We are surrounded by 3 other gentlemen at the time. He then hold my licence up and says "You was having a bad hair day on this picture". I was taken back by his comments obviously done and said maliciously because I left the lot with out taking the car. I asked do you have a bad attitude, he said nothing and I waked away and I was walking away I explicitly told him for the 2nd time ( 1st time on the lot after they verbally assaulted me) that I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com and who ever their corporate headquarters are. I was screamed at, belittled, verbally insulted, tricked, manipulated to come down to the lot. It still makes me uneasy that this man had my drivers licenses in his wallet, and why it wasn't locked up somewhere within the building. Technology today is outrages, there are so many things that could be done with personal information along with a SSN. There response to this will probably consist of she didn't understand the terms, which is BS I understood the term very well. I understood they wanted me to get in a car (a) not worry about the price (b) not let me choose something else in comparison(c) and then Brian (BJ) is a liar (D)--- I will not recommend anyone to this dealership with people who work such as them.. dealer for the people.. no dealer for the people who are dumb and don't know any better. For the people that dont mind someone picking out a $16,000 car for them. For the people that don't mind being harassed by a few MEN on a car lot. This was just BAD!!Desired Settlement: I wish to be reimbursed for my gas for travel $45. Gift Card mail to my home address. It would behoove them to comply after dealing with such unprofessional shenanigans. I was first brought down on false pretenses, then harassed once I got on the lot. I have never in my life dealt with anything such as this. We literally took the whole trip back home asking ourselves WHAT JUST HAPPENED? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There should be no reason I have such a bad experience that I could fill almost 2 pages with negative remarks.
