Hi I saw all the negative reviews on this company a day after I purchased my superchips ftuner which was purchased feb 7th after dealing with a recent purchase with another company that looked similar had the same deals so I will admit I was a bit scared about sending them $of my hard earned money so I called and unlike the other company they actually answered I was amazed so I kinda felt good about the return so I asked them to return the item so I could get something else later that day I noticed that didn't have it on the site so I talked to the live chat rep and informed him that I would just like my money back because they didn't carry the item so they cancelled the order and told me that they will try to stop it but its not guaranteed that it will be stopped from shipping since it is a fast shipped item I got a bit scared because everything they were doing I recently heard from the other company but then they hit me with a deal that sounded great they told me if it ships when you receive it we will send you a label you wont pay anything out of pocket and that they actually carried the other item which was the newest and latest version out there and that they would return the old one as soon as the shipping company had logged that I have received the package and sent it back once that was logged they immeditately would ship the new order and I would pay the same price as the old order so I was like ok lets do it old (old order was $free shipping- new order was $369.95) they gave me a $discount out of the kindness of their hearts (new order total $349.00-free shipping) so when I got the package with the old order on feb 10th,I told them I had gotten it they emailed me a label I taped it to the box called fedex scheduled a pickup for feb 11th, couldnt ship it any faster then that since it was fedex ground for return so I was able to send it back on the 11th I called them and told them that fedex had just picked it up no longer then seconds then verified that info and said ok we will return the old order and use the funds from that order to pay the new one and it will ship on the 11th if not the 12th of February I said ok I didn't mind the wait since the order was with free fedex 2day shipping got an email while at work saying it shipped looked at the tracking number and saw the expected ship date of the new order was feb 12th I was astounded sure enough on the 12th I got the new package with my brand new tuner works great was still sealed in the box I am honestly happy with their customer service,shipping choices,products,packaging so my experience overall 10000000000000/ Thanks AutoAnything! and to the people that read this whole reveiw thanks for taking the time for reading this long reveiw

I want to start and say this is a negative complaint against AutoanythingI recently was about to purchase some new Spyder head light new low / high led kits to total about $which is quite a bit for headlights Anyway I chatted with one of there agents on the site and he quoted me $for just my Spyder headlights which included discounts and stuff so I thought that's a great deal, cant pass it up I started placing my order like entering credit card info, shipping info and everything else you have to enter before you buy I was on the very last of the order all I had to do was submit my order and it was shipping out, just before I submitted I noticed the bulbs for my low beam were for a Acura so that's weird I have a ram truck, so I opened a chat and talked with another agent he said those do work for my truck and so I thought ok no problem Here's where my complaint comes in, the agent noticed I was getting a great deal on these He even said himself as employees they cant get them for that price, he claimed the price expired even though everything went through on my order form and said nothing of expired, so he jumped into my order form and charged me $more for something that I was already told that's what I would pay So I didn't buy a thing since I was getting blown over like that As a business that's something you don't do especially when I have pics of my order with the $Spyder headlights on it So I encourage people if you buy from them make sure you don't get screwed over like I did, because it sounds like the agent was more upset I was getting a great deal Anyway good luck with that site, will not be recommending id go to Realtruck.com

To Revdex.com 7/10/I have attached copies of email conversations to AutoAnything on 7/8/at 1:02:p.mand then again email conversations on same day 7/8/at 4:28:p.mIn these conservations it was clearly known that AutoAnything was not going to pay for a return shipping label for return the wheels that were not the correct wheels I orderedAnd since I could not afford to return the wheels that were the wrong wheels they sent to meAnd after my Jeep had been sitting in Imperssive Auto Garage for days waiting for my wheel problem to be resolvedThe garage had put a new lift kit on and had my new tires sitting thereThe garage needed the wheels Anyway since I could not reslove anything with "AUTOANYTHING", I went ahead and put the wheels on my JeepI had no choice but to keep the wheels I "DID NOT ORDER" and "THEY WERE THE WRONG WHEELS"Any I was clearly unhappy with the incorrect wheels that AutoAnything sent to me I feel AutoAnything should compensate me $for all my problems! I am sure this would have been the cost of the return label they were finally going to send after way to many emailsAll of my emails have proven I was 100% correctThe order confirmation showed the wheels I orderedThen with me having to go through the horrible service was un called forThey have lost my businessMy next order of a Body Armor Front bumper I will be ordering from someone else!!!!
