Buyer beware! IF you order seat covers (or anything for that matter) from Auto Anything, please make sure you read all small print These aren't custom fit seat covers and you may be on the hook for the return fee when you find they don't work I ordered a set of seat covers for my sister's vehicle, thinking that the sale price was fantastic (too good to be true) Well, that's what it was When I did a search on their site for a specific model seat cover I got several to select from and placed the order for a nice set Unfortunately, the covers didn't work on my sister's vehicleThere was no way to fasten the back on her vehicle seats and no cut-out for the driver seat controls When I called the company for a return authorization I was told that the seat covers are only "universal fit" Hmmm So I asked the guy why they even sold seat covers for a specific model when they won't even fit I again was told that they were just universal fit covers, which is crazy! He further stated that there is a box on the search results that you can check to select "custom fit" covers, which would be specifically made for the model you are looking for Another hmmmm My search didn't make that specification at the time I ordered, but depending on the way you do your search, that little box will come up on the middle section of the search results Now I am paying a $return fee for the seat covers that weren't even made to fit The only way to waive this is if you order a replacement set They had only ONE set that would work for my sister's vehicle at a cost times the amount, plus they were horrible

Immediately after placing my order with Autoanything, my email inbox was jammed with spam I received in the mail a catalog I did not request and, if my experience with email junk, is any indication, I expect more to come If I had known that my email information would be shared with every hair care, lawn service, and male enhancement company on earth, I would not have bought from this company I contacted the company about stopping the deluge of spam, but no one contacted me back

I ordered a set of shocks (front and rear) on June 24thThe rear shocks showed up on June 26th Great job However, it is now July 11th and the front shocks are no where's to be found I called everyday to find out where the item was as I had two appointments for install of the shocks and no one could tell me anything other than they were shipped or they were missed by fedex and the tracking number shows no info I was finally lucky enough (or so I thought at the time) to finally get an understanding representative that on July 7th placed a new order, over nighted the front shocks to me at no cost, told me the part would be in my possession by today, Saturday July 11thWell here it is, delivery day and much to my surprise the product is not here I track the package and the only thing that says is a label was created on June 9th but the same day I get an email telling me it was shippedI send a message to the company they tell me they fell short No kidding, you think so? They asked me to wait 1-business days while they contact their warehouse for infoI've already been waiting 1-weeks I tried to cancel the order, let's see what happens! This site his highly deceptive I bought what I thought was Anzo bumper lights and Spyder headlights Problem is when I reviewed them on the website they did not indicate they don't come with all the bulbs,, but, display their items as though they have them First of all the headlights delivered were cosmetically damaged and I have to take pictures to and send them to the company to avoid a restocking fee that was never mentioned in the order I placed even if I did not like the quality or part itselfTheir website, in my opinion, is highly deceptive displaying product that they don't actually sell She mentioned the returns policy which was buried in their websiteI was not happy to hear that, to say the leastIt should have been in the order itself I am a purchasing agent and would never do business with them again I would be highly cautious buying any of their product - Caveat Emptor!

My boyfriend purchased me some Weather Tech floormats from this company for my birthday We paid $for two floormats When I received them they did not even fit in my vehicle When I called them they treated me like an it and continued to tell me they are not custom made I understand that, I am not wanting them to be custom made, I want them to FIT in my car They sent me a return label to send them back but want to charge me $shipping for something they screwed up on DO NOT PURCHASE anything with this company This is FRAUD!!!

Dear Revdex.com, Mrs [redacted] called us to return the wheels she purchased on 7/ Once a tire is mounted to the wheel, it is deemed used and no longer returnable We ask our customers to complete a "dry fit" to ensure that the wheels fit before mounting any tires On each call, we asked Mrs [redacted] if the wheels had been mounted and she was unable to confirm, and was going to ask her husband We never received another phone call back from her Our day return policy is for new and uninstalled products Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we are unable to complete a return However, we will be happy to provide an invoice with the price if Mrs [redacted] would like to sell them on her own We apologize that the wheels were not the right fit, but if they were installed we cannot accept a return If they were not installed, we will be happy process a return contingent upon inspection once they are returned to the warehouse AutoAnything Customer Service

I ordered inch Aries nerf bars for my truckUpon installation they looked NOTHING like the picture on the websiteThey left a inch gap between the body and barI consider this a safety concern with my grand children that they may fall and break a leg in the gapI called customer service and was told they had to contact the Aries factory and get approval for me to return them, after all I installed them! How do you tell how they fit if you don't install I waited days and never heard from the customer service agent( [redacted] ) I sent her an email and she had the manufacturer call meHe said I had the correct brackets and this was the way they were to fit, just look at their web siteI did look at their site and the picture there was just as they fit my truckHe said to tell Autoanything I wanted to return it Another three days and I got no rly from [redacted] , finally I have called back to Aries manufacturing and they say the woman is jerking me around! That she should give me a return authorization I told him I knew this that when I buy from Target I return to Target not whatever company made the item I once again contacted [redacted] and told this needed to be resolved I had spoke with Aries once again, and they advised that she was giving me a hard time! She contacted me on Monday and said she would be sending the return authorization for inspection! I asked what that meant and have never got another reply !, if I try to call her amazingly she hangs up, she has not returned email since June 5, I have asked for a supervisor and got no reply Horrible company horrible customer service!
