DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYThe customer service is terribleThe products are TERRIBLEOnce you open the package it's yours no matter what the problem isIt took forever to get the products and once I did they were defectiveSince I had taken it out of the package I was pretty much screwed I should have just driven down the road and thrown my out of the window Maybe someone would have gained some pleasure from finding it because all I have to show for it is a pile of crap chrome trim

There is a chance I guess that if you ordered something that was actually "in stock" as it said it was, and there were no screw ups then maybe you could have a good experienceIf, however, there is any aspect of your order that requires them to be efficient, competent and exercise followup then you're solI had to return a Christmas present my wife ordered and it's now Feb and they still haven't shipped anything to meEvery time I call there is some reason the order hasn't been processedAnd they were paid back in DecemberIt's ridiculousIf you can, find what you need somewhere else

I purchased a RetraxPro tonneau cover from AutoAnything in Dec and all was well for about a year Then I experienced some minor hail damage which caused the cover to start leaking I understand that this is not warrantied and didn't expect anything I have also owned a Retrax tonneau cover that survived several hail storms with no problems Now we get to the problem I wanted to leave a product review so other customers could know the differences and possibly avoid the same problem I had with the Pro model cover Guess what? The ONLY opportunity AutoAnything provides for product reviews is by a 3rd party and is emailed to SOME customers approximately 2-weeks after the product is received 2-WEEKS! Really? How am I supposed to evaluate a product like a tonneau cover in 2-weeks? This is obviously a just a good means to guarantee lots of positive product reviews and suppress true customer opinions The response I received from customer service was basically "that's our policy, sorry too bad" They clearly are not concerned with good customer relations I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Decided to leave feedback after getting no where with your customer service agentsI order a dash mat for my new car (keep in mind this is my 2nd dash mat from you guys as I also ordered one for my other car as well) and when I went to install it, I found there was a large cut out in the middle of the dash, like for some sort of storage compartment top or somethingWell my car doesn't have a storage compartment and I expected it to be flat without this cut outAfter speaking with your rep to discuss why it appears I got the incorrect cutout, they advised me that the cut out was there to allow the airbag on the passenger side to deploy (I KID YOU NOT!!)Really? Airbag need an opening in the dash mat cover to deploy? Do you think I'm stupid? Anyway, now that I want to return the dash mat and buy another one from a manufacture that actually has the right design for my car, they are now insisting that I pay the $return shipping fee! It's not the right mat for my car and the lies and excuses that you are stating of why it is the right mat is unbelievable and crazyI'll never order another thing from you guys again, you just lost a customer for lifeI hope others avoid you guys too

I had a warranty claim on a tonno pro tonneau coverI have went through about customer service representativesEvery time I got a new one, I guess they figured my problem was to much for themEventually they completely dropped contact with me until I would write the main email once againNow that I sent my warranty product back they have had it for weeks now and have failed to refund me my money nor will they contact me backI advise for no one to order from this company do to the lack of respect and courtesy of the customer serviceWorst costumer service I've ever encountered!!

I placed a order and paid in full for a set of SKU: Description: BedTred Ultra Truck Bed Liner by BedRug for my Ford F-on 11/2/and never recieved my Product so on 11/30/I placed a call to find out where my product was almost a month later which then I was told that I was sent a email reguarding a refund for the total amount of purchase price back of $on 11/15/The $was refunded on 11/17/which was days from the date of purchaseI was told the reason for the refund was because they could not provide me with the product I paid for in full until the middle of January so they returned my money because they could not fulfill my orderThe product was supposed to originally arrive in two weeks from the day of purchase I asked what can be done to resolve this problem and I was told that I can call back in January to replace my order or choose a different product for purchaseI said to them that this is poor customer service and and that this is not how a company should be ran and the woman on the phone agreed but would not offer me another solution I would never buy from them again unless I want them to hold my money for days and then return it with nothing but a sorry

I placed an order in early DecemberThe week of Christmas, they informed me that they no longer carry that product The salesman talked me into a different product that would ship after ChristmasOnly half of the product arrived in January I called to get a refund and now I must pay freight on the returned item The customer service person completely ignored me when I asked why I had to pay When I questioned again and request to speak to someone else about the return fee, she said "like who?" I had to tell her a manager All managers were busy and could not come to the phone They got me for $and I hope they enjoy it because I will not do business with them at all The customer service group runs block to keep anyone from contacting them I looked at their web site and I cannot find any place to review the product and company Yet they claim to have thousands of favorable reviews
