Very professional and courteous! They even called to let me know they had an earlier opening to come in and perform my APS ductwork evaluation! My Technician Jeff was awesome and explained everything that he was going to do. Can't wait to use them again!

AUTUMN AIR IS AWESOME it was the best service my husband and I have ever had.. They called me to let me know they were on the way, We got a system service agreement they are going to coming out this spring to make sure we are good to go... YA'LL have a customer for life!!!! Hands down the best in customer service! I first had Autumn Air service my store, [redacted] in Phoenix because the air conditioning wasn't cooling the store enough for the customers on a 108 degree day. Most places you call would have told me forget it we are booked solid but Josh the owner knew how important it was to seat my customer through lunch. He came out to service the call himself. Fixed the problem in no time and even sent one of his guys out again later that afternoon to make sure everything was working to his liking. I've also used him for my personal home air conditioning needs as well. Again great personal customer service from a guy who knows what people need. Thanks Josh for caring!

A few weeks ago during our unseasonable heat, I was forced to turn on the AC only to find that one of the units would not cool. With the threat of these 12 year old units nearing life's end, I feared the worst and expect to pay a premium. I get a couple estimates for this AC Heart Attack fix only to find myself nearly having one myself. A couple friends suggested I get a quote from who they swear by, Autumn Air. Thankfully I did. Being naïve in the world of AC repair, the thought of being oversold, unnecessarily upsold and ripped off is my biggest fear. We all want that family/friend in the business to help protect us from that. With these guys, that's what you get. They came in, new what needed to be done and where disappointed in the unnecessary charges the other estimates stated. The owner Josh was involved and actually helped find a more cost effective means to handle my repair. That never happens in this money hungry world. Selfish with my time, I DO NOT take the time to write reviews. In my 47 years of life, I felt this was worth passing on so others could feel as honestly protected as I do with this company.

They are efficient and good at they do. They responded quickly and fixed iur A/C.

Spoke with a woman she passed my number to a tech for assistance with the installation of a new thermostat in my house. He called and helped me for about an hour and a half steady by phone and it turned out to be a small wiring issue of my doing. Fixed it and the ac kicked on. I have all good things to say of him and this company he was extremely knowledgeable Thanks again.

I would like to thank autum air for there promp and reliable service. There tech was verry knowledgeable and solved my cooling issue. I highly recommend them.

I often times find myself at the mercy of service companies, due to the fact that I live in Ohio and operate several rentals in the Maricopa County region. Autumn Air has made me a believer that folks with good ole fashion morals and ethics still exist. I had one of my properties a/c fail this summer. I had another company come out, and proceed to tell me that I needed repairs in excess of thousands of dollars and tried to pitch me a high dollar new a/c system. I called Autumn Air out, because I read a lot of good reviews online and knew that they have built a great reputation in the community. I actually called and spoke with [redacted], whom I later found out was the owner, he was very pleasant and knowledgable, he spent a half an hour on the phone with me explaining a/c terms to me. They dispatched [redacted] to my home, who found the problem to be a bad capacitor and also the previous company had switch wires around on me. Its great to know that a company you could had easily taken advantage of me, instead shot me straight, they in the end received far less money than they could of had, but have earned our business for life. Thanks for being patient and honest with us.

We recently found that we needed to replace both of our AC units. This was due to the age of our existing units and we simply could no longer keep them running. We have maintained service contracts with Autumn Air for many years so we followed up with our service tech who provided us with a great deal of information on unit replacement, current standards, and cost. The owner of Autumn Air, ([redacted]), worked with our schedule and time constraints to ensure that the installation team had all of the information they needed ahead of time to get the job done right the first time. The install went very well and we were provided with all of the information we needed to understand our new AC unit’s as well as the paperwork we needed to submit to our utility company for the current rebate program. The entire Autumn Air team worked with us from the start to ensure that we understood the entire process and they have provided us with peace of mind for the future. To [redacted] and the entire Autumn Air team we offer our sincerest thanks.

Great customer service always on time...great ,clean courteous employees...

All I need to say is that I am very protective when it comes to my family, mother in law included. She was the one at our home when Autumn Air came out. If it hadn't been for the awesome tech and the family background that is Autumn Air, I would have never let a company into my home without myself being there. Autumn Air makes you feel safe and comfortable. That is huge to me.

This company diagnosed the problems with both of my units in under 10 minutes. They had me back up and running in the 115 degree heat In about 15-20 minutes. They even came out the same day I called. My wife and 5 kids were so happy the AC was working again. Thanks to Autumn air I know who to call if anything happens in the future.

I called Autumn Air for the APS Advance Tune Up...they sounded great, came out and all the while smiling and so pleasant while the tech said he does not get a commission he ended up charging me $699.37. He told me a plan, telling me all these things were wrong. I felt he was honest, but was more than the tune up. I ended up with APS bills more than double and not able to qualify for the rebate. I had to have two others come out and fix my AC unit. [redacted] also at Autumn Air when I called to try to get some satisfaction as they say 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on the[redacted]I DID NOT....NO satisfaction.

Really appreciate these guys coming all the way to tonopah and coming up with an easy and great fix for the poor design that was installed first. They came out within an hour of me calling them also. Great and friendly tech and great service

Very honest and reasonable prices employees are outgoing excellent business And would highly recommend them to family, friends, neighbors and anyone who needs any heating or cooling done to there unit.

I have been a personal customer with Autumn Air Heating & Cooling since 2010 and after my first experience with them I added them to my vendor list and highly recommend them to anyone who expresses any needs for heating or cooling. The tech’s who came out to my home were very professional, happy, arrived at the time they mentioned they would arrive. The prices are very reasonably at all times of the year and most importantly in the middle of Arizona summer as I have used them on many occasions for different homes that I have personally owned and managed. I have always had great customer service from the office staff answering the phone, to the A/C technician’s, and even the Owner. They treat your home as if they were taking care of their own personal residence.
