My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars with Furniture Row, in May of this year (2016) we received a "Thank You" card from them in the mail with the following text
"Congratulations! You have earned $in reward points at Furniture RowPresent this card at your next purchase and we will apply your reward points to any purchase made at Furniture Row! Ask for Clayton"
Sounds great right? It's important to note that there is no notice of point expiration on this "thank you" cardOn December 16th we arrived at Sofa Mart in Austin TX, less than months after getting point notification card in the mailSpoke to Clayton and was advised the points are expiredI pointed out to him that there are no expiration dates on the card we receivedClayton advised he could only email corporate and see what they sayMy wife and I are done spending our money at this business and will be buying all future furniture from other businessesWe wanted to advise the Revdex.com and Furniture Ro

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I've ever had! Furniture Row/Sofa Mart should not be in businessPLEASE CONTACT THE Revdex.com if you experience any issues such as we did!

After approx6mths, we noticed incredible deficiencies in the craftsmanship of our couchThe sofa is sinking in two sitting areas as well as both foot rests and head restsAt 8mths, August, 2017, we started contacting the companyFirst, locally, then through their national customer service email complaint systemI was told by the HEAD Complaint Officer that they don't refund - that their 1Year Guarantee isn't anything at all!!! On January I purchased a "Chocolate Leather Sectional" I've been having issues with the furniture the time I received it I contacted them immediately to let them know of the issues and they were talking as if they would take care of the matter Well a couple of months passed and I finally got the recliner replaced that was fading in color on the headrest section I had issues with a few more of the other pieces, which was suppose to be ordered with the recliner supposedly As you can see, this is March and my issues have not been resolved concerning the other pieces being delivered Just recently the recliner that was replaced started to shoot sparks out of the left side standing in front of the sectional The other part of the recliner the front right side has a hole on the side of it Apparently when they delivered the pieces a hole was punctured while trying to open the box I have made the company aware of all these issues regarding my sectional and apparently,

I recently brought a product claim to the attention of this company regarding my leather couch I purchased less than a year ago from themAfter speaking with many different people at the store where we purchased the furniture, and the customer service center, I finally was given the name of Alfonso G***, Regional Sales Manager at Furniture Row Companies, to speak with
My main concern and complaint is that our leather couch we bought, was delivered to us with a spot on it that had the inside, soft leather exposedIt is the size of a lime, and it is directly on the cushion where you sit, and the back of your legs rub on it every timeWe assumed that this "worn in spot" was part of the "look" of our couch, but then in less than one year, that "worn in spot" broke open to expose a holeUpon that happening we quickly realized we had assumed incorrectly and this was a defect in the leather and not the "look" of it

Back in February I ordered a rug from Furniture Row and was told I would receive it in 2-weeksWe are now at weeksI've called the company multiple times and nobody has been able to tell me where my rug is, just that it would be in within the next two weeks

I purchased furniture and a warranty package from my local Sofa Mart I have been waiting since December 23, for my broken chair which has warranty to be repaired

I bought a couch and it was under warranty, a spring broke so they took it back to repair and after days they couldn't repair it, after another days I contacted their home office and was offered $and my broken couch back or $store credit towards a new couch but they wouldn't take the chair or ottoman as they was nothing wrong with them even though I paid $1800,for the set months earlierSo I chose the $option as I felt it was a lesser *** than the other choice and to add insult to it all they returned the couch without the feet!!! We received a new couch in January 2018, a couple weeks later they had to replace one of the cushions, the cushion was ok for a couple weeks but then it startet to look like the previous oneSomebody was sent out to fix it, he took the cover of and noticed that the padding was not glued to the pillow like it was supposed to be, so he tried to stuff the pillow back in the cover, he could not get it in the right way, and told us they would order another replacementThat was about month agoWhen we call them they keep telling us it is on the way and the latest it should be here is 7/18/we called them today to check up on it and were told that it has not shipped yet
