I purchased an ottoman in Oct/to replace an existing one in my living roomIn December, I noticed upon moving the ottoman that the feet of the ottoman left stains on my carpetI called three times over a couple of weeks and was finally told on 1-4-assess the damage to my carpet
On 1-6-a man came and looked over the ottoman and took pictures of the ottoman and the stained carpetI was trying to be understanding and did seek some empathy from the man who was at my home to assess the damage and told him that it would be one thing if it stained an area rug, but that this was my carpet and isn't so easily replacedHe agreed and assured me that he would be sending his manager copies of the pictures and that they would be getting back to usHe did ask if we shampooed the carpet and placed it on the carpet before it dried, but it hadn't been shampooed recently and the only thing that I could come up with is maybe our home humidifier was the culpritBut being that we only

ON MARCH 19, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR LIVING ROOM FURNITUREINV# *** & RUG PAD *** WITH JOSH D***I WAS INFORMED BY JOSH THAT EVERYTHING WAS READY TO BE DELIVERED EXCEPT THE RUG PAD AND RUGTHEY MESSED UP GETTING ITJOSH TOLD ME TO GO AHEAD AND HAVE FURNITURE DELIVERED AND HE WOULD HAVE THE RUG DELIVERED LATER AND SET UPTHAT WAS NOT GOOD ADVICE
ON APRIL 11, THE FURNITURE WAS DELIVEREDTHE CHAISE FLOOR MODEL HAD AN ARM THAT KEPT FALLING OFF AND TWO OTHER FLOOR MODEL PIECES HAD TEARS ON THE BACK OF THE FURNITUREJOSH ASSURED ME THAT THE FLOOR MODELS WOULD NOT BE DAMAGED AND IF I DIDN'T LIKE THEM, I COULD REFUSE THEM UPON DELIVERYI DID NOT ACCEPT THE FURNITURE AND HAD IT ALL LOADED BACK ON THE TRUCK
THE PROBLEM IS WHEN THEY WERE PUTTING THE CHAISE IN MY HOUSE ON MY BRAND NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS, THEY DAMAGED MY FLOORS IN TWO SPOTSTHEY WOULD HAVE DONE MORE DAMAGES BUT I WAS DILIGENT TO GET THEM TO PUT THE FURNIITURE ON A PAD TO DISASSEM

I ordered a sofa August 17, 2017, it was delivered October 12, The seat cushions are too large for the couch, I called Salesman and texted a photo and was told they would reorder the cushions and they typically take weeksI called salesman beginning of November and it took several days of leaving messages for a return call and then for them to realize they sent the order to the incorrect email address and they had never followed up on my order to realize it was never placed, I was told they would put a rush on the order and I should have the cushions by November 20thOn November 20th I was told the order was shipped November 16th and would be in the week of November 20th On November 29th I called and no one seems to be able to find out where my order isThere is no follow up, I was told yesterday they would research the order but was told at the end of the day they had no answer, I called today and the manager I spoke with yesterday is off today, and the salesman is at lun

I called Sofa Mart and asked if the warranty I purchased covered the damage I described to himHe told me it did and gave me the phone number for the warranty companyI called the warranty company and was instructed to send an email containing pictures of the damage and the receipt They denied that the damage was from poorly manufactured material, which it seems to meThey said it was from useThe damage is the fabric underneath the recliner is hanging because the thin lining that held it in place has rubbed awayI feel at an impasse because Sofa Mart encouraged me to buy this warranty plan to protect my furniture, but it doesn't cover anything

On 6/28/2014, we walked into Sofa Mart(Furniture Row) in Midland TX looking to buy a new couchMy wife was extremely pregnant, and we were ready to buy a quality piece of furniture to lastThe person who helped us was *** ***, the store managerAfter speaking with him, we decided to go with the Cloud II leather sectionalHe told us it was popular and high qualityIt was a bit out of our budget, but we liked what we heardHe said they take pride in everythingThe seal the deal he said our purchase price of $would include a year full warranty on the entire sectionalNo questions asked, if something was wrong they would repair or replace itThat sold usIf they were willing to guarantee it for years, I looked him in the eye, shook his hand and told him he had a deal

Furniture Row has refused a swap in furniture for years dispite having a warranty, once I'm able to swap my furniture I asked for my money back instead, they would not refund money, once replacement was chosen they would not allow full purchase price to go towards the replacement, once replacement was ordered and someone finally showed up to deliver he was rude and disrespectful, I have asked numerous times for a refund and to take my business elsewhereThey want to only swap the furniture, but will not come on certain days and times and will not call ahead

Sofa Mart refused to honor a warranty claim against a sleeper-sofa I purchased claiming that I "got such a good price they would not honor the warranty." I was a customer at the sofa mart in marion IA and ordered new furniture and was told I would get it no later than two weeksA whole month has gone by and not once did I get a phone call telling me why I have not got my furniture yetI had to call them and every time no one could give me answers or help meI had got rid of my old furniture and was sitting on the floor with a bad backI was told it was being discussed on how they could are this right for me....all that happened was they took off delivery charge which at that point I would have picked it up myself....was give broken promises about taking care of this until I got my furniture and then I was left holding the bag .....very upset customer and will never go back
