Last year in November we bought living room leather set in Sofa Mart storeWe paid around $We were told by store manager who sold us this set how this is very good quality and they can't get enough of these in the storeAfter 4/months it's started to wear and discolor around edgesMy husband called them and they wanted to see some picturesAfter he sent pictures they said it is wearing and that's nothing they can doThis was sometime in AprilCouple months after it was getting worse and we decided to go to the store and talk to someoneWell, we went to the store on June and it did not go very wellI believe we spoke with one of the sales representatives that did not have any people skillsHe said it's our body oil that did this to the leatherAfter arguing for a while we decided to leave since we were not getting anywhere with this rude sales personThe worst thing is that store manager was sitting six feet away and did not even try to help with this situat

I ordered a daybed in NovemberThe bed was delivered and set up weeks after the promise dateThe bed was used once for less than minutes and fell apartI went to the store to examine the display model bed and discovered that furniture row did not assemble all the parts of the bed therefore the bed would not stay together when utilized for its intended functionOn 12/the store told me they would have a new bed delivered and assembled within 5-daysOn 1/28/I went to the store to inquire why the bed hasn't arrivedI was told the bed had been there for a while despite no one making any attempts to contact meThey scheduled a delivery for a time and day I would be homeI made sure to not make any plans so I could receive the deliveryNo one showed up or call to rescheduleI called the store the next day and the store manager told me they had no idea no one showed upI still do not have the order that I paid fro in November

Verbal abuse by a woman named Iris de los SantosThis woman called me from this store concerning delivery of a mattress I purchasedShe announced herself then announced when the mattress would be deliveredI was shocked by her tone and attitude and hesitated briefly and before I coukd respond she began berating me and being verbally abusiveI started demanding that she stop and she continued on a tiradeI several times shouted STOP, STOP and she continuedIt was like she was crazyI called the store back and was told she had informed her coworkers that I was upset with the time of deliveryApparently, she did not think there was any problems attacking someone verballyI advised the store emoloyee not to deliver the mattress as I am concerned for my safety and need to arranged to have another person present at my home when your employee is inside my house

We purchased a $sectional at Sofa Mart in Colorado Springs for our new house We declined the year warranty since we had a year manufacturer's warranty on the sofa It was delivered to our home ~ week prior to the scheduled move We only had them bring the reclining pieces into the living room, and had them store the other pieces in our garage The delivery staff put the recliners together in our living room I was not in the room when then did Fast forward to weeks later...when our movers put the pieces in place in our new home they pulled me aside to show me were a seam on one of the recliners was coming apart It was NOT ripped The seam was simply coming unstitched I didn't call Sofa Mart immediately because we were in the middle of the move and were overwhelmed by boxes I called weeks later to let them know we had a problem, and wanted to use the manufacturer's warranty to cover the repairs I sent a picture as requested, and got a call back from our salesperson, Troy Troy proceed to tell me there was nothing that could be done except to call a furniture repair person in our area to see if it could be fixed He added that if we had bought the cleaning kit they would have been able to fix it I asked what the cleaning kit had to do with the manufacturer's warranty His reply was that it would have given us a year warranty Again, I stated that this was likely a manufacturer's defect as a seam was coming apart, and that the year manufacturer's warranty should cover it less than months after delivery He was unable to give me any good answer, and he then forwarded my call to his manager, Tim, who proceeded to tell me than since the seam problem was not documented on any of the delivery paperwork, and that we only noticed the problem when the back of the recliner was removed for moving, that it probably happened during the move, and was not necessarily a manufacturer's defect Therefore, they could do nothing for me When I pointed out that it was a year warranty, and if the seam had come unstitched months after we received the sectional it should still be covered, he was adamant that it probably happened in the move, and they would not be able to do anything to resolve the issueHaving recounted the above interaction, I should note that we had a long conversation with Troy about the warranty when we bought the sofa We specifically gave him the scenario of having an issue with the sofa after purchase while living in a different area He assured us that the warranty would still be good, and they would do what they needed to do to fix it during that first year Anything for a sale, right?
If you are considering purchasing furniture at Sofa Mart BEWARE!!! Their customer service is non-existent They do not stand behind claims made by their sales personnel I would NOT recommend this company

My sofa was falling apart after a week the manager didn't do anything about it

Completely aggravated by our experience purchasing a couch and love seat from this store a few years ago - here's why: they push their "warranty" saying it will cover the furniture for years This is absolutely the furthest thing from the truth The company they sell warranties through - Great White Bottling - is a complete SCAM Go take a look at their Google Reviews and you will see The other reason I am giving one star, is due to the complete lack of quality of their couches and loveseats We should have known when the set we purchased had to be replaced within months due to falling apart Being under the year manufacturers warranty, we actually received a new (or refurbished) couch and loveseat However, the compartment lid for the love seat was misaligned, and both couches quickly deteriorated We thought we were ok, because we had purchased the year warranty Think again!
