Regarding above case # by privacy of the room owner, he/she has the right to block/ignore or ban any individual from his room:
HOSTING A CHAT ROOM. In accordance with the Terms of Service, you have the ability to create your own room on Paltalk. If you are the host of a room and another user is not behaving in a manner that is consistent with the Terms of Service as applicable to your room, you (and certain people authorized by you), have various options to address such behavior. By "RIGHT CLICKING" on the name of the person that is not behaving appropriately, you will see a menu of choices, including: (a) removing that person's ability to speak ("Remove Mic"), (b) removing that person from your room ("Bounce"), and (c) alerting Paltalk personnel ("Alert Admin of Misconduct" ). In addition, you can add the user to your PalList, RIGHT CLICK on the
user's name and click on "Block User,11 which will prevent the user from contacting you (except if you are in a group with that User). When creating your own room, more information will be available to you. You understand and agree that any room you host and Content thereon may be displayed in whole or in part on any page of the Paltalk site including, at Paltalk's sole discretion, the homepage.
Also we cannot help with banning issues from individual based on their words. Formal complaint should be created thru Paltalk website: [redacted]. Our admins start watching the room/room owner as soon as complaint received. If room owner violates TOS nick name and room gets banned immediately.

Review: Well, I do not see the point in paying 49.95 a month on [redacted] name ,. It is 499.95 for a full year on my other [redacted] . I do not understand all of the benefits and after being on prime for a day or so I do not see the benefits there is still many issues. I feel like its overpriced for what you get. They provide you licence (YES) [redacted] need too really re-think we after provide the Hosting & Servers they have not thought about the cost of our Hosting. Due to the in-packet I had to sell the company as there no profits in [redacted] – Hosting anymore as [redacted] have there own hosting and providing FREE Extreme nicknames and Gold Nicknames. I think this scam I think all the hosts on [redacted] should come here and vote and leave your comments.
Please low your prices or bring back life-time codes be used on CDS.

Review: Yes I went into the help lobby to get help on what I could show on my cam I asked [redacted] ([redacted]) to assist me in understanding the ToS and he helped me and talked to [redacted] however my issue still was not resolved and I was given incorrect information . I was told I could not show cam snags ad I can its in the ToS and I was told I could not show nude images of cartoon charters or nude videos there is nothing in ToS that says I cannot and I also called the [redacted] office and I still have not received a answer and I want to know why I am being treated badly told to file a bug report file a complaint ETC when I do nobody answers and it seems like its going in a circle that is never ending hand off to one person to the next without resolving my issue and this has made me very frustrated as they wont even discuss the ToS or give me the business number I had to look these up myself and they were very rude saying they will watch me now and see if I put snags up and threatening me on [redacted] basically. Review: Paltalk.com (A.V.M. Corp.) inadvertently (either through direct and/indirect means - referred to as such) removed the [redacted] and company observer established by a member of Paltalk Corp's executive team. The system administer has restricted access onto the software to this user (a violation of the agreement with the established subordinate of the Paltalk Corp. listed under [redacted])
Upon attempted access onto the program, the [redacted] of the entertainment division was restricted access, resulting in a miss-communication that resulted in the inability to use the software provided. Upon investigation into the matter, and a request for additional help, the issue was unresolved. They (referred as "The Walt Disney Company") were unable to remedy the situation and obtain contact with the administrator in charge of the account.
This is a violation of the 2013 agreement made on behalf of Paltalk.com. Prior to further action, the Walt Disney Co.'s representative, [redacted] (per named above) seeks to resolve this issue without legal proceedings as made evident in the agreement mentioned above.Desired Settlement: Reinstatement of the account status and privileges. A thorough investigation company-side.

Review: I was on this site talking with a personal friend of mine who was mentioning my myself that he had an issue with the paltalk program and had asked myself for some assistance. I had taken him into a program that we both use on a frequent bases called team viewer as we have done several times between each other so that he can show me what his problem was and that so I can try to help him resolve the issue. Had tried my best to help him out and there was nothing that I could assist him with with the issue we we both wound up within their help lobbies. Had explained to the administrator within the help lobby of the steps that I had taken with the person and how I had done so to make sure that we were all on the same page. Within 5 minutes of doing so, my account was totally restricted off the program and his was restricted from entering the help lobby. I personally sent in a ban and restriction form saying that we were in the help lobby to acquire help within the program and having my account being restricted from entering the program and the other person from entering the help lobby was a unnecessary step when we were being polite to the helper and just explained the steps of what has been taken. Soon after had a response back saying that the restriction would stay due to me accessing the other persons computer to assist him. Had wrote back that he, himself and I have knowledge of the program that we had used and were both willing participants of using the program and by myself and himself using the third party program does not break any rules and regulations of the terms of service of paltalk. They had responded saying that they can and will restrict anyone's account as they see fit and the restriction will remain.... We had communicated back and forth in a couple e-mails which I do have saved upon my computer for if yous would like a copy of those.Desired Settlement: Would like their terms of service be more clear when it comes to users helping users rather it be ones self sitting in front of ones computer or using a program that both persons are aware of the program that they are using for assistance from another person. Also would like the person who had applied the two different restrictions for the same issue disciplined in the proper fashion. Would like a possible extension on the current premium service I have on my account due to this incident.

[Your Answer Here]The original ban which had/has been modified was for myself to be banned from the paltalk software and the other party that was involved at the time was restricted out of the help lobbies. No where in the terms of service within paltalk does it say that by using any third party program for a user to help a user before or during entering the help lobby(s) would there be a restriction upon ones account. Yes we did use a third party program for myself to make sure his computer was properly updated before even touching paltalk and after had made sure that he had properly uopdated paltalk by their standards. If using any third party program between users it should be stated within the terms of service of what is and what is not allowed. It does not state that by a user helping a user outside of the help lobby(s) or within of what is and is not allowed. Only thing the terms of service states upon this request is that any administrator can restrict ones account for any reason at all.

[Your Answer Here] As far as reviewing incidents, Was given 1 warning before not several not to enter help lobbies unless requiring assistance. On this case, I was giving a administrator steps of what had been taken for this user of what had been done for this user and truly would not make any difference if I was sitting in front of his computer and/or remoting for any other possible issues. There was no disturbance at all as I had answered the questions that the current administrator had asked about the situation and she had asked for the person themselves to come into the room which they had just joined the room when she had asked them to. At that point, my conversation had stopped for them to continue with that person. In this case, this would have made it easier for the administrator to look further into the situation as needed with that person. There was no disturbance other then asking on behalf of a person for assistance. No rules and/or terms of service were broken on either parties end. During this process will again say that there were two different restrictions applied for the same situation at hand originally before one parties restriction was alterd for speaking up in a professional calm manner. Also want to ask that if there was several warnings that can be supported by the paltalk administrators, would like to see the documentation within the paltalk server that was sent to the person as I only have one PM that was sent by [redacted] ([redacted]) towards the end of June, beginning of July. Also want to state that since the terms of service have been changed over the years for various interest, no proper notifications have been properly sent out to users via paltalk notifier and/or e-mail saying that there has been a change to this, please read.

Review: Dear sirs, as a paid customer of A.V.M. Software ( Paltalk) i'm thoroughly disgusted in the way I was treated and how they are handling a situation. Paltalk has a privacy policy ( [redacted]l ) that states -

They have a user by the name of [redacted] that creates 100s of names to boot people (using a 3rd party software), slander, intimidate, bully, imitate and to literally harass people non-stop on a daily basis. I made AVM aware of the problem ( which they have had endless complaints about him ). Well i've emailed them, talked to people in their help room numerous times, offered to show them proof of the booting taking place on video, I have a saved conversation with [redacted] threatening to boot our chatroom non-stop. Just today while talking to a person in the help room, they got a [redacted] to come in and basically tell me if I don't enjoy chat not to use their program, that there is no flaw and to use the security features they have in place to protect myself from a booter which won't allow me to run my chatroom properly. Then [redacted] ( [redacted] promptly disabled my chat from the help room and booted me without giving me a chance to respond. If we ban [redacted] from the room, he uses a roaming IP address and just creates another name to bypass the ban and to come back into the room to boot people non-stop. Another flaw in their software.
Well I happen to enjoy chatting there a lot and this [redacted] person is violating AVM policies and they are choosing to either ignore the situation or are unable to protect their customers without limiting their ability to chat with others FREELY. I videotaped [redacted] 17 using a [redacted] name to try and boot me. I offered to show them, they said NO!!! I have a saved conversation with [redacted] and offered to show them, once again they said NO!!! I have what I believe to be his IP address( [redacted]) and offered it to them, once again they said NO!!! This guy is clearly violating numerous AVM policies and they won't do anything about it. I have a long list of sick names he uses to abuse others. That's why i'm writing you today. Please help me get this situation resolved. Thank You.Desired Settlement: I wish for AVM to watch this video to verify that its actually taking place. I want them to repair their software so others can't do the same thing. I want [redacted] and his paid accounts to be banned permanently. I want all his names he has used to boot others removed from the database( I have a list). These types of names are clearly unacceptable and violate their privacy policy. If AVM chooses to do nothing, I would like you to alert their sponsors of the ongoing problems and AVM's inability or willingness to fix it and last but not least, I would like the FBI contacted. Through information I gathered from several of his friends, I believe [redacted] lives in San Marcos TX area. Users have a variety of privacy tools including blocking contact from non-pals, blocking individual users in total, and other banning, ignore features within their own groups. We also provide privacy tools on their profile pages etc. If users take advantage of these tools they can stop virtually all contact from anyone that they have a conflict with.
We will place the user being complained about on monitor (his other nick names) and warn them to stop if we see violation of TOS.

Dears sirs, 30 days is a start but its not even close enough to the punishment [redacted] deserves. I was told back in January of 2014 that [redacted] was banned for either 30 or 60 days back then. But he uses a roaming IP address, so he just creates a NEW NAME and continues to do the same damn thing over and over again even when banned. [redacted] has booted, harassed, slandered, imtimidated, threatened, bullied, imitated and literally ruined the chat priviledges for 100s of people violating your privacy policies and this is the 2nd time he is facing a ban and all you want to do is give him 30 days??? Honestly, thats a joke and totally unacceptable!!!! Just last night [redacted] used the name [redacted] to try and boot me and a bunch of others in a chatroom, i'm not sure if you(paltalk) did something to prevent that or if his booter wasn't working right because it allowed us to just close out the invites without getting booted. If paltalk attempted a fix to the super im flaw then it could be working but will need to be tested further. The only security provisions in place that work are the Do-Not-Disturb mode or IMs from pal list only, but as a room owner they limit the contact admins can have with the room people and the hundreds of new people we get per week so we can't properly run our rooms. We can ban, ignore and block responses from the name [redacted] yes, but he uses a different IP address and contacts us with a new name.Thats also unacceptable!!! Sometimes paltalk will kick you offline then online real quick, this resets your messenger list and places you from DND mode back in online mode making us vulnerable to [redacted]'s attacks once again if we are away from the keyboard and can't change it back. I want paltalk to click on the find a pal feature and type in these names : [redacted] - there are 31 versions of [redacted] names he uses to boot people and 5 names created by others to slander [redacted]. Everyone of these names need to be deleted from the database before I will be happy. You need to type in the word: [redacted] - there is 100s of sick names [redacted] created that need to be removed - he has made similar names from [redacted] and [redacted] and many others. I want [redacted] banned permanently, he has done nothing but wreak havoc on your site and he has kept dozens of people from enjoying my chat room so they won't come in there. In gmail's eyes these are the same email address. I did not create the [redacted] account. I have used every resource available to me to try to resolve this issue with no success. The phone number on the [redacted] website is an invalid phone number. When I try to go the back-door route and reset the password for the account by having [redacted] send a password reset link to the email address associated with the account (my email address) the link comes back as invalid. Review: Paltalk, a chat service, is owned by this company. Several times I have been harassed, due to religious issues by a user, who goes by [redacted]. This user is religiously harassing me because I use the user name [redacted]. I have attempted to contact what the users call the "read hats" and they will not do anything. I have even attempted to explain this source of harassment to users that are in the position of adminship such as [redacted] and [redacted]. Instead, this harassment, which has been happening, has occurred for three weeks, and has only been addressed by one person without a resolve of the harassment. Since the "red hats" have been addressed, and [redacted] and [redacted] have been addressed, the harassment has NOT ended. This is now an issue of intimidation since [redacted] has attempted to write a letter to get me banned from Paltalk, admitted to [redacted] and others - a source of libel. I have already said to them that I will notify corporate HQ of the company if this continues and it has continued. We cannot help with banning issues from the individual based on their words. Formal complaint has to be created thru Paltalk website: [redacted]. Our admins start watching [redacted] names/rooms as soon as complaint created.
Users have a variety of privacy tools including blocking contact from non-pals, blocking individual users in total, and other banning features within their own groups. We also provide privacy tools on their profile pages etc. If users take advantage of these tools they can stop virtually all contact from anyone that they have a conflict with. We will place the users being complained about on monitor and warn them to stop if we see violation of TOS.
Unfortunately, refund for $59.95 cannot be processed since subscription was purchased 9 months ago (Started: 2013-11-** Expires: 2014-11-**). Bank doesn't allow access for transactions older than 6 months. Instead we can extend VIP subscription for the next 6 months for free for the inconvenience [redacted] experienced. I have been using [redacted] (parent co. A.V.M. Software) since 2001. In 2009 the novelty of the application was wearing off and I rarely logged on. A year ago I started logging back on to [redacted] and after a few weeks ran into some issues with the application so I stepped into one of the [redacted] rooms, which I have always had great success with. The people supporting customers in these rooms are typically volunteers. The person who spoke with me about my specific issue, was asking me silly questions, she was apparently new and did not know what the issue was let alone the resolution and became angry when I pointed out several times what I need help with, so I left the room thinking later in the day another person will be working in the room and could help me. I was wrong. The admin [redacted] was worse than the 1st [redacted] admin. I did not use a mic (it was not working in the application) so I only communicated in text in the room. Over and over [redacted] asked what I was there for, finally I got tired of having to hear him ask this more than 4 times in succession so I told him if he didn't read my initial text then he needs to wait for customers to finish typing before he repeats himself. Ignoring my initial text about why I was there [redacted] got angry at my last comment (it was nice to see he could read) about his not waiting for customers to finish typing and he started berating me on and on, then said "Why are you here?" !?!? I guess he has selective hearing. I had just paid to use the application and this is the people they have offering what they call "Support"???? When I asked for a phone number, email or address to submit a complaint he said there isn't one. There is a phone # on the website and I pointed that out. I guess lying is common practice because I tried again to get assistance and this time I got someone who said my problem is that I don't have a valid email address on my profile. After a few minutes she said she found it, yet she couldn't read either because she had no idea why I was there. This time I called the phone #. [redacted] said she couldn't do anything. Then she said she only handles billing issues, so I asked for a refund. She said I had to use live chat for that. I guess she decided she wasn't billing any longer. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said I could not. After pushing for a supervisor she said I could use live chat for that. After 20 minutes of getting no where with [redacted] I went to the live chat page. She lied. The only "support" available through live chat is billing. And I'm sure she's working live chat since she paused repeatedly to type copious amounts of text to someone. BEWARE of this company. They use their revenue to push new versions that only update with more ways to get your money (like stupid points for virtual gifts, what a waste), and even though subscribers should not receive ads, I get a pop up from the application soliciting their other ways to "spend money" with them.
