Review: I pay for a premium room on that Software and has not worked, I was having issu with sound and webcams ,some time I have no sound in room ,I went to so called" help lobby" explain them that my room doesnt have any sound the restarted my room many time issu was still there I went back but they took my voice away and give me a red dot, I pay for that room its not free,they can find my room under my email. I went many time help lobby but no body listening,I made a transaction for 84.95 for Deluxe room for 100 member on 2014-12-**Desired Settlement: I want my Room subscription extended with a level 6 crown if you guy can do I would be the happiest person on [redacted] I spend 3000$ since I am on [redacted],I have more then 8,9 [redacted] names and I also color my friends too but since last month [redacted] service going down again and again,can you guys do something to take the pain away?

Being long term [redacted]'s user [redacted] should be aware that Help Lobby doesn't handle and cannot fix tech issues. Ticket has to be created for technicians to look into and fix the problem http[redacted]. There were no trouble reports and tickets found regarding sound and video issues in connection with provided room owner: [redacted]. [redacted]: [redacted] currently doesn't owe any premium room subscriptions therefore there is nothing to extend. As a courtesy we issued a refund $84.95 for the last payment made via [redacted] on December *, 2014 (Refund Unique Transaction ID # [redacted]). Also for [redacted] information: crown level 6 can't be granted manually. It is given by server and being earned by sending and receiving gifts.Best regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting my response because I didn't get my basic room back to premium,I *never* requested the refund.I was told by [redacted]'s online help lobby admins that my issu have been reported to people who working on server,in2014 my room crown level 5 was gone after 2 days. I aware about 60 days but it was seriously 2 days, I reported to help and on line chat support they told me its a bug in my room its never fixed and I never get level 5 back on room.I am rejecting the response I rather have level 6 or level 5 back on my room for all the damges over the years I sm requesting the premuim room and level 5,6 crown after all the money I have spend on [redacted] for the mental and physical damages. Please tell us that [redacted] still care about new and old coustmer s!!

Only users who win contest or prize winners have gold [redacted]s. Gold [redacted] cannot be applied manually. Only green or VIP can be applied manually. Regarding captured snapshot: there is nothing wrong with what the palsupport said. The reds were told to get room numbers and pass them to technicians. Tech didn't find any issues with the room and advised to go back to the room. There are no timestamps on a snapshot so no idea when it was. Official complaint has to be created thru website: [redacted]. So far there was no any bug reports and tickets created regarding sound and video room issues.

Review: I have been sharing my music and listening to other Individuals share as well.
This since 1998.
As of recent I cannot hear any sounds in the rooms I go to.
I think it is because I am not getting a pay for color nic name from them.
I wrote a letter to them in New York but have received no reply.

[redacted] should've specified the [redacted] name he has a sound issue with. Basic unpaid subscribers have same sounds setting as paid users. If sound problem persists it can be adjusted thru settings to accommodate various sound cards and can also help with a weak internet connection. To get to this window select 'setup preferences' from the 'file' menu on the main [redacted] pal list window. Place checkmarks in the boxes to activate the desired functions. Larger packet size reduces breakup in audio. Longer delay may help 'garbled' soundHeadset mode (AGC and Echo canceller off). Noise Suppression Off ( most users will only have box 5 checked ).
Also bug report can be filed and our technicians look into the problem [redacted]

(Uninstall the old and install new build). If problem persists [redacted] can go [redacted] help lobby and talk to Paltech or file a bug report thru [redacted] site [redacted]

Review: Hello I have been a long time customer of [redacted] I have many nick names and I don't really have a problem with [redacted] but I have a big problem with there staff and there service it seems every time I go into the help lobby to report an issue I am banned and turned away I have bought lots of VIP subscriptions and I do not like how I am being treated by mainly one admin [redacted] ([redacted]) He is very rude and seems to have a personal problem with me . I have been on [redacted] for years and now I am being banned and also I can't talk too my girlfriend they banned TheNetworkMaster just because I complained about server issues I was not rude and I did not curse and the admin did curse on the microphone I want this issue resolved asap because I don't want too go on a program that does this too me its not right I have a mental issue as well and people keep harassing me the (reds)I don't do anything wrong but enjoy my services with [redacted] I think if you pay for a paid nick name you should at least get a better level of customer service. I ask you guys too please look into this issue and not be one sided I just want justice because I do not believe I deserve this treatment and if they are goanna treat me like such I am going to take my 119$ a year and spend it else ware. Review: I had purchased two paid accounts to use the software called PALTALK as an online chat service. I began being harassed by some people online around six months ago. The harassment has included the following:
1- posting of my personal information (legal first name); 2- creation of a blog defaming my character and using photos obtained by cracking into my [redacted] account and using PALTALK to advertise said blog; 3- posting of my address online; 4- going from one chat room to another, harassing me; 5- making harassment calls from my business website and to my cellphone to where I had to take down my business website and change my phone number due to harassing calls.
I had complained through proper channels, via on PALTALK and in email TO PALTALK, including their so-called "legal" department ([redacted]) with no action nor response. I even called without any return call whatsoever. Their terms of service clearly states that HARASSMENT IS A VIOLATION of the terms of service. I provided them on more than one occasion with screen captures of the harassment on PALTALK itself.Desired Settlement: I give up getting PALTALK or AVM to do anything where my harassers are concerned. I guess bullying and harassment aren't worth their time to track down offenders. I do have the information needed for PALTALK to do it, but they haven't shown any interest. So my desired outcome is a refund for both [redacted]names. One is "[redacted]" and the other is "[redacted]". I had hoped changing [redacted]names would alleviate the problem. It has not. Both are "blue [redacted]names".
All I want is my money back.

However there is no refund option for [redacted]: [redacted], because PayPal doesn't allow refunds for payments made more than 45 days ago. Payment for [redacted]: [redacted] was made on 2013-12-**. [redacted] can try to request a refund directly from PayPal.com.
We didn't find any related complaints regarding her being harassed by some other people. If [redacted] can provide with ticket number she filed thru Paltalk site [redacted] and specify [redacted] names of who was harassing her, we would be glad to resolve it.
