Hello Revdex.com,I see my case was closedThis has not been resolvedI spoke with *** from Revdex.com and she told me to send this email and hope you all open this back upTheir complaint was partially correctWe did cancel the one appt because my husband had a meeting he had forgotten about he needed? to attend*** never called us on 12/like he statedHe did call 12/17/and we made an appt for him to come outHe came out 12/21/to see what all needed to be doneHe said he would contact us after first of the year and hopefully get this fixedThe new year has come and no word from ***I called *** on 1/5/16, no answer but left message for him to call my Husband's cell phone and left the numberNo calls yet on either phone (cell or home).? I have pictures showing my leaksIt was five days after one of the latest rains that we still had puddle of water in our floor (got pictures)? and in different areas wet on the edgesThis room must really be leaky and holding water somewhere for it to be leaving puddles in the floor after days of no rainWe have mold in a different corner.? of the long wallIt is our standard procedure to install wood 2x backing to the aluminum framework of the sunroom to install the wood jambed entry doorThis wood jab has in the past been replacedBecause the underside of this slab is hollow, the concrete becomes very coldThe warm air in the room condenses on this cold surface around the perimeter (sweats)This moisture is drawn up into the wood jambs and may cause them to rotI investigated the customer complaint on 3/20/and found that the area at the base of the door was moist but there was no rotted woodWe sealed the corners of the room at this time because the cauld had cracked a bit.Because this slab is a cistern cap it is going to be more exposed to cold than a slab that is not hollow underneath and will be more likely to form condensationBecause there is no way to insulate this floor, this is a circumstance that is not under our control.Sincerely,

First, to clarify, this is the first time I have ever heard of *** ***All communication with Champion has been through *** *** and the technicians that have been on-siteIf Mr*** will review his notes, he will see that I had agreed to forego getting the window screens repairedAdditionally, I agreed to pay Champion Windows the sum of $to replace the patio door screen (see email dated 10/19/2017)With regard to the basement window, the outer metalic cosmetic trim had been bent from grass mowingWhen the technician came to re-measure the window, I straightened it back in placeThis only left the fogged and cracked window needing to be repairedSince March 29, 2017, Champion has sent someone to measure the glass for replacement no fewer than three timesStill the window stands unrepairedI have been given excuses from the glass they received was the wrong size to the replacement glass was shipped to the wrong locationI have waited nearly a year to get this window repairedI think I have waited long enoughAs a side note I now have another window that has malfunctionedHowever, I have not contacted Champion for repair

Mr***,? I know we have been out to your house twice to fix the problem, and it was not marked? Anyhow, we are happy to come out and fix the problem for you? All we ask is that you are present when we come out to make sure it is corrected? I think it is extremely unfortunate
that you felt the need to send a complaint into the Revdex.com for this as we have tried to work with you all along? ? Although, you did try and scam us for $in the past? First time that had ever happened in my time with Champion.? Please let us know when we can get this corrected for you.? Regards? ?

Thank you for the feedback.? The glass was received from the factory in Louisville on 3/29.? Our local installation manager will be calling Mr*** to schedule the service.? I have also left the homeowner a message with my cell phone number in the event additional support is needed.? Thank you

I am sorry about the delay in answering this complaint The email was sent to my Division manager who is no longer with the company .? I am the installation manager who has been dealing with this customer The customer called in for a service to have some screens rerolled , when my service
tech got to his house all of the screens where laying different places in the back yard The patio door screen had been laying there so long the rollers had rusted off of it They had torn the wrap off of the basement window and wanted me to fix it under warranty I informed him that abuse was not covered under warranty but I would give him a estimate to repair all of the issues His reason for the screens laying in the back yard with grass growing through them was they had wholes in them so they where not doing any good anyway He did not want to pay to have them fixed ! Later he called back about a window glass that needed? to be replaced .? That glass has been ordered and as soon as I receive it I will get with the customer and get it installed .? Thank you Roger Bratcher?

We are expecting to receive his new window sash this week? As soon as we get it in we will get it replaced?

It has gone from bad to worseEIGHTEEN weeks in!!
