Background Alert

Billed $19.95 after I cancelled the Five Day Trial ($1.00 charge to card) It appears that when I performed another search, thinking that activity surely was NOT CONNECTED to "background alert" the system made

a tie-in with my previous $1 Trial…This is bad business…in need of upper level review by any Revdex.com office…

This site makes you think there is something you need to know about a person you are checking a background on. Then there isn't anything worth noting. Also, I know some things that were NOT listed that should have been so how do I know I am getting what I need to know on other people? There should be information on restraining orders and divorces and more things that aren't listed.

I spent money this morning for background checks and all the phony crap they claim and everyone I checked on had the same information about them outside of name , age and addresses.. What a joke

This firm advertises on Yahoo. At the end of April, I clicked on their site. I was interested in checking my personal information to see if it was correct. When I proceeded, the site advised there would be a charge for $29.99. I wasn't willing to spend this amount and proceeded to leave the site. In doing so, a "pop up" message indicated on a trial basis I could do the search for $1.00. I proceeded and provided my credit card information. My account was charged a $1.00 and then a few days later $29.99. I only did the one search and had no intentions on signing up for their monthly service. When I contacted the Company I was advised I was automatically enrolled for the monthly program for $29.99 and did not "opt out" when I did the one search. Lesson learned --- "Buyer Beware".

This business advertises its free service on Google Ads, but the service is not actually free.

Do not do business with this company. They do not honor what they say. I call and their response is corporate. The customer service rep said he is contracted by "Corporate" and will not give me any more information nor credit an account not in use after cancelling. They just continue to bill.
