We rented a combo moon bounce and pop corn machine for my son's 10th birthday partyThey called before they came and arrived within the timeframe that they setThey came back at the time they saidThe moon bounce and pop corn machine looked brand new and worked greatThey came back when expected for cleanIt was a little pricier than other places but I would definitely use them again

Very happy with the customer serviceI was disappointed in the 38" inflatable obstacle course that we rented There was not enough air in it There was a port for fans but only one was hooked up Also not happy that we were charged extra for late pick up

I am a Resident Services Coordinator for Annapolis Garden Apartments and Bay Ridge Garden Apartments in Annapolis Maryland We had a Unity Day at AG and I must say Backyard Amusements LLC did a fantastic job, from the booking of the event to them coming on the day of the event They let me know what I needed prior to coming (like the correct number of hoses for the water slide and the hydro-blast), they arrived on time, and when done cleaned up (meaning all of the used balloons that were used for the hydro-blast) I am also using them for my second event in a few days at my other property BR and I am more than certain they will be as professional and dutiful as the first oneWould recommend them for any event Very pleased The prices were affordable also!

I hired Backyard Amusements for my son's 5th birthday party this past weekend and I am happy to say that I am a satisfied customer I contacted the company last month for a quote and the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely friendly and was eager to assist me He informed me of their policies and processed my deposit with no problemThe day of my event, they arrived on-time and the gentlemen were very polite They set up all of the equipment very quickly, asked if I had any questions and confirmed the pitime The kids loved the slide and the basketball inflatable and they both were a huge it! Just as promised, the guys returned when they said they would and removed the equipment just as quickly as they set upI was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end and I will be a returning customer!
