From the customer service person on the phone handling my order to the drop off and pick up associates, everyone was very kind and professional. I would DEFINITELY use this company again.

Our organization has dealt with this company on several occasions. From the first email through the final pick up, their customer service is exceptional, the communication is excellent, and their service is beyond reproach. We will continue to use their services at all of our events.

The service is great, I have used this company 3 times over the past past 5 years and they have always been on time for setup and removal. The guys who came to set up where very polite and responsive to any additional questions on site. I would refer them to any and everyone and have !!!

Backyard Amusements customer service is absolutely great! I will certainly use them in the future for my family events. I truly appreciated the quick response time to my questions and concerns, as they were very accommodating. They arrived early to set up the mounce bounce and came to pick up later than expected, which gave the children more time to play around. I give them 5 stars!

I would like to thank you for the good service. Chair, tables and carnival games were delivery on time. Choo Choo train arrived early which it was good so I did not have to worry about showing up late. Our guest were thrilled riding the train. The conductor and assistant were very professional and very pleasant. They were great!.

We as a Church have been working with Backyard Amusements for many years now, and have been extremely satisfied with their level of customer service and professionalism. We use them 3 times a year now for our events, and have never found a reason to use anyone else.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! This is my 3rd year using them and I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone. The staff is very friendly and have great customer service skill.

My daughter turned 3 and we rented a purple inflatable castle. The online process was very easy and simple. The prices were competitive, delivery was on time, rental was clean, setup was quick and pick up was on time. The entire experience was easy and I will definitely be renting from them in the future!

Our school uses Backyard Amusements every year for our Family Fun Night. They are always friendly, professional and they do what they say they will do. The workers are accommodating, professional and very good with children! Their products are clean and new choices are added frequently. Very good company to work with!

I had a wonderful experience using Backyard Amusements for my wife's birthday part on July 29, 2016. Chris and his team showed up on time, worked in a professional manner to setup the equipment and arrived promptly to pickup and pack it up at the agreed upon time. I would gladly use Backyard amusements again for my next event.

My experience w/Backyard Amusements was extremely favorable. Their prices are very good; the owner and staff are very professional and pleasant to work with (which is a big deal for me & hard to find these days). They are very responsive and they do what they say, when they say it. The owner provided me with all the information and requirements for payment and pickup up front so there were no surprises. If anyone ever has a bad experience w/Backyard Amusements, I'd urge you to contact the owner. He was fabulous...and I'm a military--it takes a lot to impress me! They will be my amusement POC for the rest of my time in the NCR!

This is the second year I have used Backyard Amusements for my daughters birthday party. They are extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of the bouncy house was also great. I would highly recommend Backyard Amusements for any party.

The customer service from start to finish was amazing. The staff engaged the children and adults. We were very happy.

The staff provided were professional and appeared to enjoy their jobs. I rented the game truck and an interactive inflatable game for a birthday party of 50 children. The children had a wonderful time. Will use again.
