I give Backyard Amusements, LLC (BA) the highest level of rating in the area of customer service, timeliness and quality I've used them several times and have always been pleased with their service Most recently, I reserved the Game Truck for a college graduation celebration The BA staff managing their customer service line was very helpful and patient with making recommendations for entertainment optionsThe Game Truck was a big hit at our event and was used by all ages The indoor and outdoor play options allowed our guests to engage throughout the dayThe Backyard Amusement staff was professional, friendly, helpful and on hand to a ensure that our guests had access to appropriate age level games There were times when they interacted with the guests during play time, which was a plusI can't wait to have another opportunity to reserve the Game Truck and work with this top notch business again! Backyard Amusements did a wonderful job on July 3rd The day started off very rainy, so we called and cancelled, but as the day went on we call back to see if the slide was still available and Yes it was and the driver was able to deliver the slide with minutes of us calling back with no hesitation in sight We will sure be using them again, and thank you to the driver, he was very friendly and nice

I recently (6/11/16), utilized the company for my son’s 1st year birthday celebration The service that I received from the initial call to reserve the moon bounce to the piof the moon bounce was suburbShout out to Mark, who delivered, set-up, broke down, and picked up the moon bounceMark was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficientParty planning isn’t easy and working with vendors can be a burden, however my experience with Backyard Amusements brought ease to the dayI will use them again and surely refer to others…..Not to mention the prices are reasonable!

We had a cancellation at the very last minute from another inflatable local company that will remain nameless, on a Thursday night prior to the planned Saturday event. Needless to say, my company was at a loss as to find someone that would have an entertainment inflatables for us at the last moment. We took a chance on Friday morning prior to the event on the happenstance that Backyard Inflatables could help us. To say that this company goes above and beyond is saying the least. Not only did they come through for us at the final hour, but came out and set up on Saturday morning for our event with an attendant, and midday, one of the owners came by to check on our satisfaction with their service. I cannot say enough about this company. They go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied, and I may add at a very reasonable price. They have certainly earned our future business.

Excellent customer service - pleasant office staff and delivery staff. We also rented the game truck for a high school graduation party. It was a huge success to offer activities to children, teenagers and adults during the cookout.

The two gentlemen that did drop-off and pick-up were extremely friendly and helpful. They not only had the moonbounce set up within the blink of an eye, but also took the time to show me how to turn it on and off to conserve power (delivery was hours before my scheduled party time), which I absolutely appreciated. Customer service was superb and delivery and pickup were precisely on time. I look forward to using this company again in the future.

Backyard Amusements is an A+ company. The top notch customer service started with the initial phone call I made to the company where the receptionist was pleasant and informative. She even stayed on the phone with me as I scrolled thru each moon bounce to figure out which one I wanted! This was a last minute booking and I was concerned that they may not pull thru at such short notice, but they did! When Carlton arrived with the Monster Truck Moon bounce, he was extremely professional, and well mannered. He delivered and set everything up on time and took everything down on time. I was impressed with his promptness and efficiency. Since the party was starting at 2, I was soooo happy the moon bounce was in place for the early birds! I will definitely use Backyard Amusements for our next event. keep up the good work!

We rented a bounce house with a slide. They were professional when they arrived, set it up all on their own. We got the bounce house all day which is nice and they picked up and foldes it up on their own.
