Stay away from this dealership! They are misleading, deceitful, lying, manipulative scam artists. I put 10k down on a 2019 altima - I financed the remainder of the car. They quoted me 28,900 on april 30, 2019 plus taxes, dmv fees, and bank fees for a 2019 altima sl. We only asked to have leather and the parking sensor that we later found out was standard in all sl models. My husband has great credit and we were approved. No further communication was shared about the vehicle except when we were to come in to finish the deal and pick up the car. We go into dealership on may 2,2019 and get brought to the finance guy's office where we were told if we wanted the sensor (that come standard in the model we were getting) we had to accept this car that had a bunch of add ons that we did not want or like and brought the car 3,000 higher than we agreed upon. I relayed we did not want these upgrades and the finance guy continuously said you have to take this car if you want that sensor (which is bullcrap because it comes standard in the model we chose) I knew something was off and I should go with my gut but I had my two young kids with me and we were there for 3 hours at this point so my husband just signed so we could get out of there. We drove straight home and talked about it and realized something wasnt right I shouldn't of had to accept a car woith a spoiler and a bumper protector among other things we did not want. I called the next morning and spoke with the sales manager reggie who was so rude and did not want to help me and spoke to me so disrespectful like I was a child. I decided to go into the dealership because I could not get the help I needed over the phone and get an explanation as to what happened that we were forced to take this specific car. Noone helped me at the dealership because they could not come up with an answer all they could say is im so sorry I dont know why this happened. Well I know why - they wanted more money - they gave us an "end of the month" price an did this to recoup more money. I asked to speak to vinny freund the general manager but it was a friday and he was out of the office. I left the car there and text vinny and he said he would be in the office monday and would call me so we can find a resolution. He did not call me all day monday so finally around 4;30 I went in there so he couldnt avoid me. He sat with me apologized to me and promised he would talk to the owners and get back to me within 2 weeks with some type of compensation for the misleading and unprofessional behavior of the employees here. That was on monday may 6, 2019 - it is may 23,2019 and I still havent heard back from vinny fruend - no returned calls or texts. He just told me that to get me out of the dealership and left me hanging. I asked several times to have an owner contact me or give me an owners contact info to no avail. This whole dealership is unprofessional and a bunch of crooks. There are so many better nissan dealerships with honest trustworthy employees - stay away from this place and you will save yourself aggravation and unnecessary extra charges

The Carfax report provided to our customer stated that there was a POTENTIAL rollback, which means someone may have made a mistake when noting the
mileagePerhaps the vehicle mileage was noted incorrectly during a New York State inspection a while agoI spoke with *** *** who stated that he was satisfied with my explanation of the Carfax report

We have been receiving multiple complaints from this consumer.the issue seems to us since we have meet with them many times is that husband and wife cannot agree on what products they want and want to keep.we will cancel anything they wish as long as they give us the okay and agree

I contacted Nissan's corporate office and the business responded through them Bay Ridge Nissan sent me
a check for the wrong amount and in the wrong name I bought my car from them, therefore, they know exactly how to spell my name It should have been payable to ***, instead they made it payable to ***The cheCK also was supposed to be for the amount of $125, instead it was for $Due to the name mispelling, my bank informed me that the check will most likely be rejected

At this time, I have not been contacted by Bay Ridge Nissan, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***The attachment included is the type of safety inspection and and the quality of work they do they are unprofessional and all they are concern with making profit and any expenseI recommend they the government inspection be conducted on their business practices until then keep away from them Google and yelp their business and you will learn that they deserve to be closed and fine by the governmentI am lucky that safety is always a concern with me I took my car to a pepboys and had the entire suspensions replace and new brakes plus new tires thanks to their unprofessional work lack of safety concernThey cost me another $but its a lesson learn and I will continue to spread the word out since Nissan Corporate can not help me since they independently ownWhat abd excuseSo please remember once you buy the car from them they will schedule an appointment fir service and then they will take you for a ride and never respond to calls or concernsKeep away
