erery time when I contact the car dealer ,they always say ok,come in, we will cancel anything you want,but when I come to see them,they say only can cancel one warrenty for me,and the condition is I need sign some contact,like if I agree to take one refund,then can't ask for other any more refund.so it like only can refund $1068,so I reject the offer,they must be cancel both warrenty that I don't use and useless warrenty.the two warrenty cost me $3068,they can not just add thirdparty warrenty to my contact,then say they are can not cancel,that is fraud .I need get my all money back

They have not responded to any of my calls. They will not return calls either.
[redacted] and [redacted] will not return my calls. The dealer is not under jurisdiction
of Nissan so not even Nissan Consumer affairs can help me. They stated its independently
own and they have no jurisdiction over them as per complaint number [redacted]
with consumer affairs. I have taken all steps in good faith but they refuse to
work with me.

customer never advised of any damage prior to picking up the car.we will fix and credit the expense with a service credit for a good will gesture.

first time I am hearing of this.I will reach out to cust. if prepaid will have lojack installed at home or at br nissan.if this can be reversed I will offer refund.will contact cust.

registration shortage was wavied and registration was mailed and refund was processed.the refund occurred because the customer changed his contract amount at the last minute.I believe there were multiple credit cards used as well.we expressed an apology as well us why here...
