Review: I want to dispute and/or reverse a contract between me and Nissan Dealer. Nissan offered me to refinance my new Nissan Versa 2012 that I purchased from them on 10/**/12. I had a car loan with chase and my payoff balance was $14,645.02. Nissan offered me to "refinance" with them with the same payoff, with lower APR because of my better credit. They said it is better for me because I will have lower monthly payments. I have 3 year warranty on my new car. They offered me to buy another warranty for the car for another 5 years. I asked them why I have to buy another warranty for 5 years overlapping They said it would be better for me to have warranty for longer. I agreed to lower APR and lower monthly payments. I received my new bill from Nissan now, with total payoff $17,800.38. I don't have a valid warranty on my car anymore. My car insurance went up also!!!Desired Settlement: I want to pay the same payoff balance $14,645.02 with lower APR and lower monthly payments as we agreed. I do not want another 5 year warranly on the car -- I already have my 3 year warranly on my new car Nissan 2012!!!. I want damages $2000.00 for my emotional suffering and works day lost because of the consumer fraud they commited againt me. I want immidiate reinstatement my Nissan old warranty because I think they cancelled it. I want my car insurance going back to previous amount.

Review: MY AUTO WAS INVOLVED IN AUTO ACCIDENT WHICH IT WAS TOTAL. I WAS TOLD BY DEPT. OF TOTAL LOST OF NISSAN, WHO I CALLED TO REPORT THIS, TO CALL NISSAN WHERE I BOUGHT AUTO TO GET SOME MONEY BACK FROM WARRANTIES THAT WAS PUT ON AUTO WHEN I PURCHASED IT AND I HAD SOME OTHER THINGS TO DISCUSS WITH THEM REGARDING PAY OFF FOR AUTO. MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM, LEFT MESSAGE AND NEXT DAY I CALLED TWICE AND STILL NO RETURN CALL.

cust has appt. with sales to discuss total loss options.
Review: I have repeatedly requested a refund of a $3,500.00 service contract that I cancelled on 10/*/15 presented as an extended warranty and that I later found out was just a service contract for mechanical breakdown. Additionally a refund of $100.00 (plus applicable sales tax) for door accessories that I was sold and where incompatible with the car and never installed.Desired Settlement: For the dealership to send the refund either to my self or the lienholder

I continued to reach out to the business and they have not sent me the $3,600.00 the general manager said I will see what I can do but still refuses to authorize the refund to the lien holder At this time, I have not been contacted by Bay Ridge Nissan, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]
Review: I purchased a 2012 [redacted] Fusion from Bayridge Nissan and an extended warranty. The warranty cost $2300. The dealership advertised that they now service all makes and models of vehicles. My vehicle recently needed service so I brought it to the dealership with my warranty. While there I was made to wait for over 6 hours to be finally told that they had no knowledge of the warranty and that due to the fact that my car was a [redacted] and not a nissan they couldn't service my vehicle and that I'd have to go to a [redacted] dealership.Desired Settlement: I believe that the price of the warranty should be refunded because I can not use it at the dealers location

Review: I was in the process of deciding which vehicle to buy, we decided on a Pathfinder that wasn't readily available.
We were instructed to leave a $100 deposit to secure the vehicle until it was prepared.
We decided not to buy the truck and were told that $100 deposit would refunded to us.
It has been will over month and we have not received the refund.
I have visited the location, emailed and called to no avail.
They have refused give me back my money.Desired Settlement: All I have been asking for is refund.
This has been going on since 2.**.15.
