Steve Bwas the technician He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and took care that nothing was scratched or damaged Demonstrated the operation of the new unit and waited to see there were no problems

My two service men were very polite Their appearances were very neat and clean.They were more than willing to answer any questions I had They even took pictures of my new AC, the outside unit and Furnace so that I could view them for myself since I am somewhat handicapped and would have some trouble getting out to the garage They instructed me well on the use of my new thermostat and even gave me a manual for reference

John Felger came for the second year to do the maintenance review on my furnace He is very thorough and explains the working of the furnace as he inspects and cleans it He checks all the safety features of the furnace and explains how they work I highly recommend him I appreciate knowing that the furnace will be working efficiently and safely this winter
I had Korte install two car chargers in my house The price was the same as I had estimated They showed up on time, and completed the job in the time they said they would I was very satisfied with their service
Had trouble with the office scheduling a free maintenance appointment within first year after installation of generatorBut once I was able to schedule that appointment, pleased with Ryan M, the mechanic who came and performed the work, and did it well
