We needed a new thermostat. The technician arrived exactly on time. He helped us choose a new device, thoroughly explaining all our options. He was impressively precise when installing, programming, and testing. He made sure all our questions were completely answered and that we understood everything about operating the thermostat. He was professional and efficient yet very friendly. We are pleased with Korte's service and confident in the company.
Rudy did a great job repairing our service. He checked the original installation and made sure the repaired installation was securely anchored. He remained on the site until the utility reconnected the service and checked the power after energized. He is friendly and answered questions and worked in a safe manner with good housekeeping.
Justin and Brian got here to replace the AC unit at the house and did an amazing job. They were very professional & courteous and had the job done in half the time they estimated. I will recommend Korte to everyone I know who may need service for their homes.

I have been a customer of Korte for over 25 years. At no time have I been disappointed. They are always there to make things right. I had a heat pump installed by them in the summer, no problems. Went to turn on the heat for the first time last Friday. The heat pump worked fine but could not get the furnace to turn on. Called Korte. They sent Brian P to look at it on Monday afternoon. He thought he had fixed the problem. Furnace would not kick on. Called Tuesday morning and Brian said he would be out that afternoon. Brian had taken the time to research the problem before he came out to the house. Brian is an asset to this company. Knowledgable and he cares about his work. He is not the only employee like that. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees there. That is why I have been a satisfied customer of Korte for all these years. They make it right. They work with their customers to keep us all happy. I cannot say enough about Brian. He was going to stay there until the problem was fixed. And he fixed the problem. Told me if I have any other problems to call immediately. Another satisfied customer. I send all my family and friends to Korte.
Neal K was the service tech. He arrived at the time he was supposed to, fixed the stopped up sink and called another tech to get additional info. All done in a professional manner. Very clean process in handling a very messy job. Well done.
