Great experience with [redacted] Does It All this past week. Our furnace stopped working on a chilly morning and service tech [redacted] was out to our house within a few hours. He was professional and experienced, fixing our furnace (problem due to a few chipmunks), did a tune-up and cleaning all at once. I would highly recommend both [redacted] and [redacted] in the future. Prices were average.
In one day, both my water heater and furnace broke down. The service guys they sent out were polite, and worked quickly to get us up and running. They gave us options on the available repairs and realistic pricing. I would highly recommend Korte to everyone.
Tom L. was a wonderful plumbing technician to work with. He was very thorough and took the time necessary to answer all of my questions. I felt he went above and beyond what I had expected when he replaced the toilets in my home. We ran into some unexpected issues and he took care of each of those and stayed until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Korte Does It All.
Woke up on a cold Saturday am to find our furnace not working. Called Korte, and they had someone out the same day. Our serviceman was slammed because of the weather, finally made it at 8 pm, got us up & running quickly. John had been working since 7am, still had a few more customers to see after us. He was pleasant, efficient, definitely knew what he was doing. We will definitely use Korte again!
Called office in am. stated lost water,and we hv geothermal heat. Heather informed me that all tech were out as soon as one was free she would send them our way. Soon rcvd verification that they were on their way.
Explained situation to the 2 and they stared to find the problem. Explained procedure as they went along.They called when they need advice,since not familiar with geo thermal. That was a plus,many would hv just stared not knowing what to do.
They kept me informed,about getting parts and parts delivered. Presented work order,and amt.for complete project.
Explained all and answered my questions.That too was very positive.

John did a great job - getting to the pipe with as small a hole in the wall as possible! He took care of the problem and did some extra work that was needed as well. I am pleased with his work.
I would like to comment on Korte Does it All, especially their technician, [redacted] who serviced my furnace. He was clean cut, properly dressed, respectful and competent. I was pleased with his work. While being professional, he made friends with my German Shepard so I didn't have to chain or cage him while doing his work inside my home. My invoice was explained and he answered my questions about how to set my hot air vents properly.
Korte seems to have a lot of turnover with service technicians. I hope they keep [redacted] on as an employee for my future service needs. If Korte continues to keep service reps like [redacted] I will recommend them to my circle of friends.
