I was having issues with lack of good water pressure in my kitchen faucet/dishwasher was getting a water pressure error code Neal was quick to check cold water/hot water/dishwasher valves and diagnose that the dishwasher valve was clogged by mineral deposit build up He quickly changed it the valve and the dishwasher problem was solved He also informed me that the faucet was past is prime and would need replacedWe decided to fix the dishwasher problem for now and fix faucet laterGreat service!

Steven Bfrom Korte I had ice forming on my newly installed heat pump causing my outside unit fan blade to freeze Steve took quick measurements and made a canopy attaching it to my fascia using white heavy gage metal and installed it in a day or two Quickly installed and looks very nice and professional! And best of all at NO CHARGE! With the recent heavy snow, it worked perfectly! Not a drop of snow was on my unit! Very impressed and he was also very pleasant and eager to please! I give him and Korte Stars!
After arriving home to a cold house and no furnace running, Cameron was a Godsend, arrived well ahead of the anticipated time, repaired the furnace quickly, explained every step of the wayHe was courteous and quick!

I needed my full house standby generator serviced My appointment was with Ryan M who called an hour prior appt time to identify himself and let me know he was on the way He serviced the generator,replacing battery,plugs, oil and filter as we discussed He explained everything he did and made a couple of suggestions= one optional and the second that he strongly recommended and why Ryan was extremely professional and politeI like the fact that I can request him in the future for generator service/repair It's good to be able to match a name with a face I definitely recommend Korte Does It all>
