Just wanted to state that the service provided by Korte Brothers and [redacted] in particular were outstanding. Called them to advise of a furnace issue to schedule a visit. They called back within the hour to advise that they could come that morning. [redacted] arrived, identified the problem, ordered the part needed and had everything wrapped up in approximately 2 hours. [redacted] was courteous and explained everything that he was doing, which I appreciated very much.

Trevor and Zach conducted yearly checkup on furnace & oufr AprilAire system: They were great! Promptly on time. Absolutely professional. Friendly & quick to respectfully answer questions, instruct. Neat & clean presentation. Also, Trevor followed up a few weeks later to owner's questioning an on-going sound that didn't seem normal &, by her description,Trevor decided could be a problem. He promptly responded that same day. As happened, neither owner nor Trevor heard the sound that she had been noticing, but he thoroughly checked things out anyway just to be sure all was performing as needed. Korte services my HVAC system twice a year. Their technicians are always very professional and personable. They record the readings from their instruments on my service report. On a couple of occasions I've followed them around and asked a lot of questions. They didn't mind that at all, and they even gave me more information than I really asked for. I always feel confident that they've done thorough testing, inspection, and cleaning. And I feel that I can trust them not to try to hoodwink me. I'm hoping they'll keep my 17-yr-old HVAC system running smoothly for a few more years.

Called Korte on August 25 to make a plumbing appointment. Appointment was made for August 26 between 1-4 PM. Korte's dispatcher called around 1:30 saying a technician was available. Mike B arrived shortly before 2PM to snake my kitchen drain. Mike provided the cost and after I accepted he unloaded his equipment. Mike was professional, courteous and very personable. He did an excellent job and had my drain open and flowing freely in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Korte for a similar plumbing problem.
