I ordered a sample from this company & paid less than $ They had my credit card number and charged $97.41, 98.41, $and $ Within the month of September without my knowledge

What a SCAM!!! They offer you a FREE sample, just pay shipping except buried in the fine print is that it's actually only a day trial and after that they will charge you almost $for their product that does absolutely nothingAT least not more than a $cream from the drug store would do What a scam It may be legal but it's certainly unethical And it takes them days to refund your money

As we have previously explained in our last response, the complainant did already file a dispute with the financial institution regarding the charges that are being requested for a refundWe are unable to issue any refunds at this time and the decision on the charges is solely up to the financial institution

The return policy was outlined in the terms and conditions that the complainant did agree to when the order was originally placed on March 8, and the policy did state that we did not accept product that was over days oldThe representative that the complainant did speak with did explain those terms and there was a verbal agreement that the last shipment of products would be returned back to us for a full refund on the last charges that were billedTo date, we still have not received any returned products As previously stated, the complainant did file a dispute on each charge that is being requested as a refundWe are unable to issue any refunds at this time and the complainant will need to speak with the financial institution involved regarding the dispute
