Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 5/21/2015 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 5/26/2015 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. We have refunded amount, $87.63, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. The customer placed the order on 4/19/15. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 for shipping and handling and this began the trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply they were sent. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 5/4/15 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 5/4/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. The customer informed us on 5/7/15 that they disputed the charge with their bank and we received a notice from that bank on 5/15/15. Customer again emailed us on 6/17/15 about charge. Due to this complaint, we have refunded the disputed charge of $87.63 back to the customer, however we do stand by our terms and conditions and reiterate that the customer does have to agree to those terms and conditions before they confirm their order. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 07/20/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The monthly membership for the consumer recurred on 08/19/14 and 09/18/14 for the retail price of $87.63. We did not receive any e-mails from the consumer. The first contact we received was on 10/03/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the last charge of $87.63 from 09/18/14 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.
We have refunded the charge of $87.63 from 08/19/14 due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. The consumer contacted our company on 10/20/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was not charged any amount apart from the original $4.95 for shipping and handling. She contacted us within her trial period allowance and is returning the item for a full cancellation. There was no charge of $87.63 applied. Please notify the customer to verify the name of the company that is charging her. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation.

The consumer contacted our company on 01/30/2014 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded half of the charge of $87.63 on that same day as agreed to by the consumer. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. As a courtesy, we are refunding the remainder of the charge for the immediate return of the product. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. We have mailed a refund check, in the the amount of $87.63, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. This is a bunch of garbage, Bella Labs Rep is not telling the truth.  I did not sign anything, and the order was not placed on line, it was placed by phone. And they have not refunded my money unless it was done in the last 24 hrs.  They also, however did not acknowledge that there employee  stold or sold my credit card number and charged some $1,500.00.  I still have my card and had not used it in 6 months when this charge to BellaLabs was made, therefore no one could possibly have access to my card except the rep that took the information.  If they didn't use it then they shared or sold it to someone else.  This is Fraud an should be addressed by Bella Labs.

More information....I attached a screen shot of their link which clearly states "Free Bottle" NOT free 14 day trial subscription membership. This is a link found in Yahoo main page and it directs you to a link called www.womensbeautyusamag.com.  You can't put that website in your browser and find it though. Sneaky sneaky sneaky! But if you put in womensbeautyusamag/362/bravo then you will be able to see the deceptive page. Also if you put in your browser [redacted] you can see other slimy ads for other products.

The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $87.63 that day. I bought a totally different product and was given the opportunity to try this face cream FOR FREE. I mistakenly said sure. Of course a month later I got another bottle of their HORRIBLE smelling face cream in the mail. I called and tried to return it and they said I could not. Obviously they do not have enough confidence in their product (and rightfully so...it's awful) to sell it on its merit. They need to trick consumers into buying it. Do not be taken in!!!!!

The facts of the product sent to me are not completely correct.  It was a FREE gift for taking a survey , and I only would pay 4.95 for shipping.  I received a call from Bellalabs a few days after I received my FREE sample asking if I would like another bottle.  I told the person NO that I would try the product and if I liked it I would order.  I received nothing else until I received the product, not orderd. I Checked my account and saw my credit card account had been charged the 89+. I called bellalabs and was on hold for over 30 min. and then received a recording that told me to leave my name, number and a message and they would return my call. I didn't receive a return call.  I then filed my complaint with Revdex.com about their business practices. After that I called my Credit card co. and they said they would take care of the problem and contact Bellalabs. They also informed me that they had charged my about the 89+ the month before also. I had not received any product the month before so they had in my opinion they had charged me for nothing.  I checked my credit card account a few days later and both charges had been reimbursed. The product was returned to the post office.

We have done everything we can to resolve this issue. As a further courtesy, we have refunded the $4.95 shipping and handling charge, originally billed on 4/4/14, when the customer placed the order for the 14 day trial on the full 30 day supply of the BellaLabs. If Ms. [redacted] had an issue with our terms and conditions at the time of placing the order, she made no contact with us to inquire about cancelling the order or clarifying these terms during the trial period. We have gone outside of our terms and conditions to work with this customer as best we can. She has been fully refunded for all charges posted to her account from our company, BellaLabs, and she may keep the 30 day supply of product she received during the trial period, as a courtesy. The terms and conditions of the trial are provided at bellalabs.com/main. We show the product was delivered within her trial period, and if there was an issue with delivery, we were unaware until after the trial expired. This account is closed and both charges, totaling the amount of $92.58, have been refunded.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused to the customer. The customer's account was closed on 11/3/16 when they contacted us to cancel. A collection notice was mistakenly sent...

via a third party. The customer does not owe us any fees for products and we can assure the customer that this will not show on their credit. We have taken the necessary steps to make sure this does not happen again. The customer is welcome to contact us directly if they would like any further information.

We attempted to bill the customer again on 10/20/15 but the charge was again declined. We successfully billed the customer on 10/28/15 for the 30 day supply they originally received. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 11/3/15 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. The customer contacted their bank after that and stated they did not approve the charge and placed the charge in a chargeback status. We sent information to the customer's banking institution with information on the trial the customer agreed to and signed up for. We stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 1/06/16 with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $87.63 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $262.89, due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Terms and Conditions
You will have 14 days from the original order date to decide if BellaLabs is right for you. You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of BellaLabs. We ship the product the day after you place the order (orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at [redacted] and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing and we will bill you $87.63 for your initial order, and every 30 days thereafter we will send you a new 30 day supply of the product for $87.63. At Bella Labs every customer is given the right to try their first 30 day supply without charge for the first 14 days. After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is unsatisfied with their product, they...

If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on bellalabs.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on bellalabs.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions"  twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website  not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information as well as sent out with the product. We also send a Terms card inside of each package with a synopsis of the Terms and Conditions. 
The consumer placed the order on 04/18/14. This is when they paid the initial $1.99 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. The consumer contacted our company on 04/29/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted time, the customer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 4/24/2015 as explained in the terms and conditions which they agreed to. The consumer contacted BellaLabs on 4/30/2015 with a request for cancellation. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Terms and Conditions are 6 pages long which [redacted] from BellaLabs condescendingly stated "didn't I read contracts before I sign them".  [redacted] from BellaLabs also insisted I must return the product postmarked by Oct 24th,2014 or I would be charged $43.82.  I returned it postmarked  October 21st,2014. Their response is clearly an outright lie. They have taped recordings - please ask for it.  See attached web ad and flyer that was in the shipment.  No where on the package or on the order does it state " If you are
unsatisfied please return to Bella Labs".  Nor does it state anywhere that
if you keep the remaining portion you will be charged $43.82! The
advertising by BellaLabs Face Cream is in conjunction with La Creme and
they mislead the consumer  that all you pay for is the shipping . The
order arrived 8 days into the trial period of 14 days!
