Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] While the bare bones of Bella Labs response are accurate, it does not begin to explain the roadblocks we have encountered trying to unravel this situation name is [redacted] , [redacted] is my wife, I am writing this response in her behalf.She must have supplied her credit card number and pushed the right buttons to have the product shipped I would contend that the agreement and details of the trial period are in very small print.When my wife ordered the facial cream she also ordered Encante eye wrinkle reduction Both items were shipped from San Diego in the same bag When we started to work on cancelling the shipments we used the Bella Labs customerservice phone # Dealing with customer service was difficult Being able to understand the agent was a trying experience at times, getting any kind of help took several calls We subsequently we found out that we would have to call a separate number to cancel the agreement with encante When my wife challenged the charges on her card the Bella customer service agent said she could not help us because we had challenged the charges At some point we started receiving identical product from Santa Ana, California (this is where Encante apparently conducts business) At first we assumed this was just the original order still being shipped Then we found out the Santa Ana orders were being charged against a different credit card I cannot offer an explanation as to how the second credit card got involved in this situation at this time We have challenged the charges with the second credit card company to figure out how the Santa Ana charges got started We kept calling Bella labs to stop the shipments but they said they did not know anything about product coming out of Santa Ana When we finally noticed the charges on the second credit card, there were phone numbers attached to the charges, there were two phone numbers, one in Rhode Island, [redacted] for face serum and one in Oklahoma, [redacted] I would note these phone numbers are completely different from the two original customer service numbers for Bella and EncanteAgain we had to call both unique numbers to stop the shipments.It is my impression that the credit card companies are the only ones who are wiling to assist us with gathering enough facts to resolve this issue We are still waiting to hear from the second credit card company.That is one reason I do not wish to consider our complaint as resolved.The second reason is that my wife is starting to receive phone from someone who is difficult to understand but appears to trying to interest my wife in talking about facial products To me this implies Bella Labs is sharing their customerinformation [redacted]

Very deceptive practicesvery vague language hidden in small print on the website The product says you will see a results in days but you only get days from when you order the product and it ships in days Therefore, you have days to try a product that is supposed to give you results in days Once you don't realize that the days has expired and you didn't return the product, they begin to charge you $per month After realizing this deceptive practice we called Bella Labs to ask for a refund and that we would return all of the unused product I was encountered with a script response about their policies and procedures and that they would only refund 50% of the latest chargeI called our credit card company and they were able to reverse these charges immediately This is why you always use a good credit card for these type of transactionsDo not conduct business with these scamp artists!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Dear Revdex.com: I am satisfied that BellaLabs decided to refund my money I am very thankful but my whole point is that the Revdex.com already have 80+ complaints on BellaLabs about their business practices I wanted to try the free sample but the wording on the advertisement is very misleading on purpose, I believe to deliberately scam people If I had known that the trial period started when I put in the order, I would not have ordered it because it does not make any sense to start a trial period to include the mailing time because by the time you receive the product the time is up and they automatically charge your account That is exactly what happened to me I didn't even have time to try the product! I live in Manassas, VA and the product is coming from California I didn;t receive the product until the evening of the thirteenth day Where is the integrity for this company? There should be time to receive the product, open it, and use it to be able to make a decision on whether or not you want the product They need to come up with a system where this can happen If they advertised a thirty day trial instead, it would give the customer a chance to receive the product and use it to make a decision about the product So my question is if this is not a scam then why are they not more customer friendly or willing to satisfy the customer?
