I placed an order with JKM Ribbons & Trims on 12/28/- Order *** - for $I have never received the product that I orderedI have emailed the company several times with no success in resolving the issue

I've yet to receive an order from March each time I'd inquire about my order, they'd apologize and and list excuses why they running behind on production, etclast email they told me I'd be receiving my order over a month span...that was months agoI haven't heard from them sinceI've tried calling, but always get that recording that only tells you to emailand I've kept ALL emails I've sent and their emails with their excuses and date in which they plan to send in my order and that's basically how the emails went--me asking for my order or my money back, them saying they can't give me my money, but will start sending my order

I am in a dispute with JKM Ribbon & Trims in New JerseyI ordered some trim for $in Feb of and still have not received itI have only been able to communicate with them by email and that has not gone wellThey will not give me a phone number to speak with someone and they will not call me, saying that email is the best way to communicateI found a phone number for them on your website but it is not in serviceThey have a no-refund policy but I feel that after almost a year that policy should be bent and my money refundedI have bought the trim else where and no longer need itI have logged all emails from them, if needed

JKM owes me $for a refund of an order that I did not receive after four months of waiting They promised me a refund for an order placed 10/26/ It was wrong of them to charge my credit card for the items and then to never ship them I canceled the order after months and they said they would refund my money within business days After business days it's still not here Order # ***

I placed an order with JKM May 13, for ribbon, and they billed my CC for $ It was due wks -days to be delivered to meI sent several emails and got different replys--backordered, new shipment dates, etc Feb 25, they said they would apply a 5% increase to my order and send my refund over a 6-mo span This never happened so I had the order cancelled and sent a new order on 6-18-and they were going to use the credit I had on file Since I ordered more, I sent them $via *** ( I trusted this company since I had done business with the for over years Looking back now I see what a mistake that was.) I was billed for an order ( on May14th) which I expected within weeksAt the 6th week (June 26th) I inquired as to the status of orderI was informed (June 27th) that "the dark rust color is on back order due to low demand and will be available by the end first week August..." I was never informed of this delay and replied that the "timeframe that you have stated is far past my need date for the materialI would like to request that my credit card be credited with the amount that was charged." On Dec 16th 2016, I ordered trims from this business with the understanding there were no refunds and read their policies on the manufacturing of the trims for meWhen I placed the order it stated weeks plus days for delivery minimum However, I understood it could take a few months longer potentially to receive my order However, I have been given repeatedly incorrect information on when I could expect my order and it is now a year later and I have not received the products I have paid for First it was January 2017, then March, then Mid May, then Mid September, then the end of September, And now it's February and I still have received nothingI continue to be told it's wait or use a store credit

My very first order was placed in November of Many months passed and when I contacted the business about delivery they just said it takes a while I requested to cancel the order and get a refund I was told they don't do that but they would give me a store credit I placed another order Same problem I was also then told not to choose so many items My last order dated November has one item on it It is today still showing processing Since November I have never received any products yet they have had my money I just want my items or just give me a refund already!! I am tired of waiting

This is, the absolute worst company I've ever had to work withI ordered back in April, I was told I had to wait the weeks to have it ordered, and so I waitedwhen May came and went, I contacted them, and they told me that I wouldn't see anything until June, I immediately asked them to cancel and refund, they begged for another chance to deliver or else they would refund, I gave them the benefit of the doubtand the beginning of June came and went, I contacted them again, they told me they were sorry and would cancel the orderI waited a week and saw no money return, I contacted them AGAIN, they told me they didn't do refunds now, that they would give me a credit, absolutely unacceptable, I told them I wanted a refund, they again tried to say they don't do refunds, but would give me a 'partial refund' starting the end of JULYJuly CAME AND WENT, with NO refund to my accounts and again I contacted them, I went researching and found this page here, I wish I'd of seen it sooner I'd of never ordered in the first placeI told them about their terrible reviews, including that on *** and they tried to make it seem like they are always delivering and mine was just a fluke"JKM has supplied tens of thousands of customers for yearsWe are a non stocking distributor who get products for you based on our manufacturer's product linesWe ship approx85% of our orders on time which is an excellent shipping rate in this businessThe other 15% represents a large number of orders and products due to the extensive number of products we supply (over 100,000, a number of which cannot be found anywhere) and the over 125,customers we have serviced processing tens of thousands of transactionsThis can result in a large number of orders on delay or on back order Most of our customers understand back orders and delays in our business where suppliers keep inventory at a minimum and produce product based on demandIn fact our Revdex.com rating is a B at this time and we do not stock any product but get the product for our customers."
I would love to know who these other 85% of people are that get their order because from what I've discovered, it's 0%So back to my complaint, it's now September and I'm ready to contact a lawyer It may seem like just a mere few hundred dollars lostbut I've had better experience with eBay and lower end sale sites then this oneThe fact that they basically stole my money and made excuses as to why they won't give it back is disgusting I can't believe they are carrying a B- at all, they should have an absolute F and be driven out of my business from lawsuits, similar to the one I see that went on almost two years ago Again I will be sure to be doing extension research before dealing with another small business company againYears and thousands of dollars in fines and lawsuits later and they clearly haven't changed their practices at all They are still taking orders, with NOTHING to show for product and then making excuses as to why they won't return the money I have once again demanded they refund me immediately in full, if they do not comply I will be reporting them to my bank because I'm done with their excuses and I have zero tolerance for their excuses anymoreBuyer beware, do NOT deal with this company unless you plan to throw away money

JKM Products is such a disappointment I have been going back and forth with them for over a year now on product that I ordered Everytime I given another date of when I will receive the product and a long explanation They are not able to reach by phone They originally gave me a credit and I used it plus additional payment Then started to long process of not receiving my product Now all I want it to get a refund The last email I received from them was that they could not fill my order I think this is a fake company!

I placed an order on April 1st(Order ***) The website states it ships orders within week I did send a folle-mail about a week later asking if there were going to be any issues delivering on time as I needed the trim for a specific projectThey stated it would be shipped the first week of May By May 10th I contacted them as I did not receive any correspondence at all regarding any delays I was told that they were having trouble with a couple of items I asked if they could ship what they could and send the rest later They said that nothing would be ready until early JuneSo I requested to cancel my order and asked for a full refund They said they would cancel my order but and give me store credit I do not want store credit So again I said if they can ship by June 8th they can send it
(By this time I had already re-purchased everything I needed.)
They came back ad said they can ship by the 3rd week of June So again I said if they can ship by the 3rd

I ordered and paid for my order on February 23, Despite the company's many promises that they would ship the product, they still have not shipped it to me nor have they returned my moneyThe order is * ***I paid $for the product plus $for shipping
