This company has the worst customer service we have ever experiencedWe place a VERY large order on March 3rdBy July 7th we had only received HALF of the order (many of which were broken and destroyed during shipping), and long missed the deadline for an event for which the items were neededWe tried to reach out multiple times to JKM via phone, of which we were consistently referred to emailThe emails answers were never satisfactory, stating hidden terms on their website that prevented them from cancelling our order and refunding the purchaseTheir manager did not care at all about our purchase or situationAt no time were we ever notified that there was any sort of back order; the webpage said they had all items in stockTheir website is completely unclear and misleadingHad we known there would be a delay, we either would not have ordered or would have cancelled immediatelyAfter months of requesting a cancellation and refund, on July 7th they conceded to give is a STORE CREDIT for the amount we lost in purchase, $AT this time the JKM website is INACTIVEWe cannot even use the credit for website purchases! This is a large expenditure for us and it has now been completely wasted

No one would ever do business with this company if they realized how misleading and dishonest their "policies" are When you pay for an order, are then notified the item is not in stock and immediately (same day) cancel because it was for a special event and they won't refund your money??? That's stealing folks What's stopping me from selling pieces of the moon for $1000, then telling people, 'Oh, sorry it's out of stock and we have your money and it's our policy to keep it Too bad for you!' Someone needs to shut them down

I ordered a product on June 28, My credit card was charged $immediatelyI have not received the productI emailed them last month and I am getting the run aroundHow can a company charge for a product it has not shipped?

I ORDERED $WORTH OF RIBBONS FROM THIS COMPANY ON JUNE 22, I WAS CHARGED FOR MY ORDER ON JUNE 22, BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANY RIBBONS I HAVE EMAILED JKM RIBBONS CUSTOMER SERVICE A FEW TIMES AND THEY KEPT TELLING MY ORDER WAS IN PROCESS I AM JUST TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK

Ordered from them a year ago and waited five months for deliveryFinally threatened to go to mi attorney general before the product showed upI stupidly ordered again in frbruary I sent a couple of emails and they always promise this is an unusual slight delayI heard on the first of June that the order would ship within a weekIt's the fifteenth and still nothingI do charity sewing and it is very difficult to keep thinking product will be here when it is so slowThey should tell you up front that the order can take up to six months and they shouldn't charge until they shipThey will not remove me from their email list

Over two years ago, I placed and order with JKM Ribbons and Trims for & I waited for over a year for the order to arrive When it did not, I asked for a refund I was told I could not receive a refund so I place another order leaving out the items that supposedly were holding up the original order Again I waited several months receiving nothing Finally, I threatened to contact the Revdex.com if my money was not refunded On Jan31st, 2015, they agreed to pay me back my money in three monthly installments In FebI still had received nothing so I contacted them again I was told a mistake had been made and they still had a credit on file for me They apologized and said I would receive a payment by the next month I received nothing again I contacted them in March and was told they had a cash flow problem, but I would receive the first installment within the week Nothing again Then I got wrapped up with hip issues - a replacement and forgot abo

I was billed for an order ( on May14th) which I expected within weeksAt the 6th week (June 26th) I inquired as to the status of orderI was informed (June 27th) that "the dark rust color is on back order due to low demand and will be available by the end first week August..." I was never informed of this delay and replied that the "timeframe that you have stated is far past my need date for the materialI would like to request that my credit card be credited with the amount that was charged." On July 5th, I resent my request for a refundTo date, July 12th, I have not received any further communicationsAll communications were made via email as the company/website does not have a customer service phone number

Original order placed Feb I have been in contact with the business via email since the original order date but have never received any of the pieces ordered They always have the same excuse that many items were ordered and they are waiting for manufacturers to produce the ordered items Recently, they have informed me that they would part ship to me but, as it is now several months later, I have yet to receive any part of my order I paid when order was placed

I've yet to receive an order from March each time I'd inquire about my order, they'd apologize and and list excuses why they running behind on production, etclast email they told me I'd be receiving my order over a month span...that was months agoI haven't heard from them sinceI've tried calling, but always get that recording that only tells you to emailand I've kept ALL emails I've sent and their emails with their excuses and date in which they plan to send in my order and that's basically how the emails went--me asking for my order or my money back, them saying they can't give me my money, but will start sending my order
