I placed an order in the middle of February, After being told many, many times that my order would be shipped I have cancelled my order as of AUGUST This company was unable to get an order to me in monthsThey did manage to charge my card back in February, thoughAvoid this company at all costs

I ordered a product on June 28, My credit card was charged $immediatelyI have not received the productI emailed them last month and I am getting the run aroundHow can a company charge for a product it has not shipped?

I placed an order on April 1st(Order ***) The website states it ships orders within week I did send a folle-mail about a week later asking if there were going to be any issues delivering on time as I needed the trim for a specific projectThey stated it would be shipped the first week of May By May 10th I contacted them as I did not receive any correspondence at all regarding any delays I was told that they were having trouble with a couple of items I asked if they could ship what they could and send the rest later They said that nothing would be ready until early JuneSo I requested to cancel my order and asked for a full refund They said they would cancel my order but and give me store credit I do not want store credit So again I said if they can ship by June 8th they can send it
(By this time I had already re-purchased everything I needed.)
They came back ad said they can ship by the 3rd week of June So again I said if they can ship by the 3rd

JKM Products is such a disappointment I have been going back and forth with them for over a year now on product that I ordered Everytime I given another date of when I will receive the product and a long explanation They are not able to reach by phone They originally gave me a credit and I used it plus additional payment Then started to long process of not receiving my product Now all I want it to get a refund The last email I received from them was that they could not fill my order I think this is a fake company!

I placed an order with this company on 12/15/ When I didn't receive my product in a few weeks I emailed them as only vendors are supposed to leave messages and was told they had a supply issue and that my product would be shipped out the end of the month This was in January I got nothing! I again wrote to them in March and was told that my order would ship the end of the month I am wondering which month because I still do not have my order and it is the middle of April I have called them No one EVER answers the phone! I have left messages, even though I am not a vendor All I ever get is that my order is shipping the end of the month

On February 19th, I placed an order for 1" polypropylene belting in different colors different colors at yards each, and one color at yards, for a total of yards I have had several email communications with the company They immediately charged my credit card account for a total of $(S&H $15.69) but I STILL have not received my order When I asked them March 24, to cancel my order because of the long delay, they would only issue a store credit for future purchases On April 24th, I asked them to fill the order with ANY 1" polypropylene that would equal yards, and they replied the usual--they are a non-stocking vendor and they cannot change the order, that they would ship all available items the first week in June Besides the delay in the product shipment, I am paying interest on a purchase that I have yet to receive If the manufacturers have discontinued the production of my order, essentially cancelling the purchase, I should be able

I am in a dispute with JKM Ribbon & Trims in New JerseyI ordered some trim for $in Feb of and still have not received itI have only been able to communicate with them by email and that has not gone wellThey will not give me a phone number to speak with someone and they will not call me, saying that email is the best way to communicateI found a phone number for them on your website but it is not in serviceThey have a no-refund policy but I feel that after almost a year that policy should be bent and my money refundedI have bought the trim else where and no longer need itI have logged all emails from them, if needed

Three and 1/years ago I ordered from JKM RibbonI had a horrid experience and still feel quite upset about how uncaring, unhelpful, and flat out dishonest they areAfter over emails with reply's like only another month till we ship or other excuses I received a "partial order" last monthWhen I ordered the bolts of trim they had ten yards each on them making the price fairThey decided they would substitute items with yard rolls and that I would be happy to get anything and I'm notI have received the other items I orderedThey've had my money for months and offer no refunds of any kind everI doubt I will ever see the rest of my orderI read they're response to the Revdex.com about all the hundreds of complaints and I believe they will say anything to make themselves look betterI have made contact with dozens of other people who complained and I am one of the only ones who received any part of my order so them saying they ship 90% of items on time is a gross exaggeration of their business practicesThey are dishonest and abusiveThey will take your money and don't really care if you ever get your merchandiseI have never dealt with a worse supplier in my years of owning stores and I can only suggest you go anywhere else for your Ribbons and Trim

I understand how difficult it is to run a business, as I run one myselfI placed an order mid June for some fringe that was shown as "in stock"I waited and waited, and never received the item and also never received anything from the company letting me know that my shipment was delayed b/c of "low request" for my itemAbout months later, I emailed them to let them know that I had still not received my item (end of August)They responded a week later and said "still low request for your item" and "this isn't uncommon"Should ship the beginning on OctoberWell it's mid October and I still haven't received the items I orderedI have had to refund nearly $in orders to customers who purchased products based on the assumption that my products from JKM would come in on time

I purchased and paid $for a product they ultimately could not provide then told me they would refund my moneyI have contacted them several times and they have told me they will send me a refundThe last communication was on March 2ndNow they are ignoring my emails inquiring about my refund
