sometimes cancellations and changes are not possible. Our warehouse did ship the order to the address entered the customer entered while placing the order online. I apologize we were not able to change the shipping address before this left our warehouse. Normally there would not be anything possible to do other than the customer trying to obtain the package from the incorrect location; however as a courtesy I did go ahead and credit the customer back for the order in the amount of $46.93. To whom it may concern: This is in regards to complaint # [redacted]. Since we never received the photos showing the incorrect item, I have sent the customer a prepaid UPS label. The customer must package the boots, print the label, place the label on the outside of the box, and take it to a UPS location to ship. Once I see it has been returned, I will reship the boots.
