Ben Franklin's Jeff provided an estimate on Monday, and showed-up with a crew on Wednesday of the same week to tackle a pretty major plumbing job in our basement. Replaced all mis-matched water pipes with new ones, installed a Halo water treatment system, new water holding tank and inline filter all in one day. They were professional and courteous and clean.

xxxxx serviced our water heater... efficient/ fast and pleasant to talk with. Nice presentation & had the parts needed on hand. As the service call was for an immediate problem, a time could not be scheduled, however when he arrived [as promised] xxxxx quickly addressed the issue and completed repairs in less than 30 minutes. Enjoyed the 'call' but obviously would hope any future needs are infrequent. I would recommend BF plumbing.

xxxxx from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was outstanding! Great service combined with good value. The entire team that installed our tankless water heater was excellent. They explained everything very thoroughly and were both friendly (particularly xxxxx - shameless plug...) and professional at the same time. The installation process was painless and the plumbing staff arrived on time as well as completing the job within the promised timeframe. We would use this company again without hesitation.

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was once again superb.
The technician, Aaron, arrived on time - reviewed the options available to me with the various pricing in writing before beginning the job. Once the scope of the work was agreed upon, he worked diligently to complete the work in a timely manner. He was very careful not to make a mess and left my bathrooms spotless when the work was completed.
As this was my yearly review, he also advised me of other plumbing areas which I need to consider for future repair/upgrade and gave me prices in writing.
I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

We started out with great difficulty and frustration getting a service person out to the house. Dates were missed and communication was poor. We had no functioning plumbing on 1/2 of the house. Finally we had a service person come even though it wasn't scheduled properly and we weren't informed of the scheduling until we were in the 2nd hour of the scheduled period of his arrival.
When he came we were told the cost for services was around $400 which was about 300+ over what was agreed upon at scheduling. We re-negotiated for $200.

The work was done and all our plumbing was found to be free of obstruction. The serviceman recommended we buy a service plan that was inexpensive but would save us a lot of money both now and for the next year. It cost $6+ per month and added to today's work was a total of $127.00 Quite a change from $400+. He said we are to call him for any problem at anytime. We won't have emergency or service fees. And the list goes on... This way if something should come up we are covered since there was no problem today.

We are satisfied so far. Our plumbing is working as it should.

I am completely satisfied with your technician's recent installation of a kitchen faucet recently. Your technician was very competent and courteous during the time of the installation at my house. I have no complaints..

Having a "flood" on New Years Eve is no fun! Called Becky at BF Plumbing and she told me I did not have to wait until Monday for an affordable price. Carlos came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it without a lot of mess. Further he had me call Joel at Dry Out Pro who came quickly and did not over treat. After a late night water leak, we called Ben Franklin Plumbing-PSL for our emergency repair. From the first phone call through to repair completion, we were treated with great customer service. Our service pro, John D., arrived within the estimated window, quickly diagnosed our issue and explained the repair process. John was knowledgeable, personable and was up-front throughout his time in our home. His repair was minimally invasive and was completed quickly. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided by Ben Franklin Plumbing and their staff. I highly recommended Ben Franklin Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Overall I was pleased with the professionalism of John and Lesli and Mario. Even though their supplier sent wrong product and then when sent it was broken, these three individuals went out of their way to make it right at a very difficult time for me. I was impressed with the level of care and concern. At this point I have no complaints with the diagnosis of my problem and work done. I will use them again as I felt like there was a level of honesty and integrity with John and office staff.

To the head of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Delaware, The men who represented your company in our home during the last 2 weeks have been hard working, courteous, and professional. (How refreshing is that !!!)
First was Vince on Sunday 9/18/16 following an internet search and call to your business for a minor plumbing issue. Vince, explained what would need to be done and handled himself so well concerning our minor issue, that we felt comfortable discussing other plumbing problems we were having with him at that initial consultation. Long story short, we ended up having a complete remodel of our bathroom done as well as the work needed to finish the recent complete remodel of our kitchen. There was no pressure or hard sell. Just an honest evaluation and possible solutions to the problems we were having.
The following week, three men (John and Camron on Thursday and Friday and Jack on Friday) spent time at our home fixing our kitchen sink and refrigerator plumbing problems (everything works perfectly now) and removing the bathtub and tile surround from our bathroom (this, by the way, was a very old, poorly functioning, leaking, ugly monster soaking tub - Not an easy task to say the least) I was not home during most of the work but my retired husband continually commented on their extensive knowledge-base, their politeness, and their hard work ethics.
Unfortunately, upon removing the tub, it was discovered that some of the bathroom subfloor had suffered damage 2nd to the leaking of the tub, so the tile floor had to be removed and replaced. Again, an evaluation was done, the problem was explained and we were given options to solve the problem. This was presented to me by Jack, again all very professional without even a hint of the hard-sell so prevalent in our world today. An alternative plan was made to accommodate our need of a functioning shower over the weekend and workers were scheduled to come in and complete the revised project the following week.
On the following Monday we were pleased to see John again and were introduced to Charley. Both were extremely polite, hard working, and resourceful in the extremely challenging task of removing the tile floor, laying a perfectly level subfloor and then my beautiful new high quality laminate tiles. Every piece is lined up perfectly (a very important thing to me). We observed how hard of a job it was but never heard a complaint. The job just got done and was done well. Most of the nights, they (John and Charley) did not leave until after 7:PM during the 2nd week.
Today, the project ended, (with the help of a new polite, courteous, hard worker named Chris, and we are well pleased (as is not always the case with me - don't get me started on my prior Internet/TV/Phone provider) Anyway, all plumbing issues were addressed, and all holes were patched. Our new bathtub, surround, and shower doors were perfectly installed as well as a new toilet, vanity, countertop sink and accompanying fixtures. Oh, and I can't forget my beautiful new, perfectly laid, floor.
So in closing I would like to make a shout out to the top man at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Delaware - You have chose very well in the men who represented you with our project. More money than we originally intended, but worth every penny. Thank-you and we will be back.
