they are correct, they have adjusted my balance to zero They need to update their review process It took more than weeks for ZOTEC to "review" my account balance with the service provider SimonMed The only thing they needed to review was the balance Carrier pigeons aren't a thing anymore This issue should have been resolved within a few weeks, not a few months It is wonderful they recognize I owe them nothing What is unsatisfactory is the quality of their service

The difference of $8.77 was applied to balance owed for the charge on the date of service 05/05/15 (billed amount $107).  Per the patients insurance company the patient was responsible for $8.77 balance after insurance paid $35.06 with an adjustment of $63.17.

Please send additional information on name of radiology group, acct # etc. so that we can locate account in system. We are billing company and bill for many different groups.

The first call came in at 7;19 pm directly to the payment only line. The IVR/automated system told the caller there was a zero balance as charges were at collection agency. The second call came in at 7:20 pm to billing phone number and the IVFt/automated system told caller the office is closed,Zotec Partners Phone Center operates from 8:00 am-4;00 pm EST.As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actionsI have called and spoken to Diana, explained what services mergi-Trust was billing her for. We have removed account from collections and she states she will pay balance online. If she has any issues paying online she will call me back directly.We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused [redacted]n. We have verified with the collection agency that the debt was not reported to any of the credit bureaus.  We have advised the collection agency to put a 30 day hold on the account as of 1/8/18.  The patient should contact their insurance company in the next 2-4 weeks to get an update on...

status of the appeal.

We have refunded the patient's credit card $201.76 on 3/3/17.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused the patient.
