We have no record of the patient communicating with the billing office to update office will worker's comp information.  We have now received information and have submitted claim.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the patient.

A refund is being sent on 07/20/16 and a manager has called [redacted] with the update.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was given this exact information each of the last four times that the company made this error. Clearly, their processes are not being changed in a satisfactory manner to prevent these issues. I appreciate the Revdex.com investigation and am in no way unhappy with Revdex.com, but this is the same lame excuse that the company continues to use and their actual performance does not improve.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me.  The response from Zotec Partners is just standard operating procedure for these types of companies. All public relations and no attempt will ever be made by the company to improve the time it takes for them to issue refunds when the patient has paid more of the bill then required.  However, they will proceed aggressively to collect money that is due.  I suggest they try practicing the same policy for both types of customers.  People who owe money should be expected to pay timely and people who have a refund due should receive it in a timely manner.  Over 10 weeks waiting for a refund is not timely at all.

The balance of $198.68 was adjusted on 5/26/16.  There is a zero balance on the patient's account.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the patient.

Zotec did overnight a refund check, but it was made in the wrong amount.  The amount that I overpaid them was $80.25, and they sent a check for $71.48.  I would like an additional check sent for the remaining $8.77 that they owe me.  While it's not a large amount, I don't see any reason that they shouldn't have to reimburse me for the full amount I paid them.  I called Zotec in the morning yesterday and made them aware of the situation.  The manager stated that she would talk to the refund department and get back to me.  I would like this handled in a timely manner.
