*** *** we feel that we are not willing to accept their offer on a product that is only months old, considering this issue with the bleeding into the leather started almost immediately.the only action we are willing to accept is to return the chairs for a full refund

Revdex.com:Once again, the information provided by Bernie & Phyl's is not completely accurate And, I was forced to contact the Revdex.com after a senior executive at Bernie & Phyl's told me they would not be honoring their written promise Based on all of the time and effort for months and months I have had to invest in the entire situation the original offer from Bernie & Phyl's did not seem sufficient And, as I have communicated to Bernie & Phyl's, ***.com doesn't have many choices in my area, beyond pizza and doughnuts (which are not appealing to us) If their apology to their customer was sincere they would provide a gift card that is of value to their customer At least they are now willing to honor their original written promise To finally close this entire situation, I will accept the $in gift certificates to ***.com.Thank you for your help Please do not close the case #*** until I have confirmed receipt of the $in gift certificates
