As you can see from the attached pictures the lid does not fit the tank. The last technician, ***, brought a lid identical to this one only newer. He placed it on the tank and the contour did not line up. *** told me the only option would be to replace the tank since the tank is old and they no longer make a top that will fit it. I paid good money for a refurbished tank that would be inspected and just as good as a new one other than in appearance. There is no evidence that I can see where this was ever marked as inspected. The top does not fit. There is no way to latch the top. This is totally unacceptable. I want what I paid for, which is a tank that is inspected and in working order. If not, you can refund the money I paid for the tank and I will get one elsewhere

The charges applied to the account are set forth in the tank rental agreement The minimum usage charge is for not purchasing any propane in the month period prior to tank pickup The rental fees are due for the years in which the tank was rented Neither fee was affected by the
time period it took to pick the tank up

The pictures provided were to show that the dome does not fit the tank and that it will not latch and you cannot lift it without lifting the entire dome since it does not line up with the hinge. I have never stated that the issue is the appearance. I had planned to paint it but no amount of paint will make up for a dome that does not fit. I spoke with *** when I called to order your service and she suggested I buy a refurbished tank. New or refurbished was not an issue for me since I planned to paint it to match the trim on my house. So, just to be clear, the appearance is not an issue. The fact that the dome does not fit and therefore, does not allow me to lift it to check the gauge by lifting it by the hinge (as opposed to taking the dome off) and that it cannot be latched down, these are the issues. I will consider a new tank as long as the only cost to me is the difference in the price I paid for this tank and a new tank; meaning no extra charge for installation. As you will recall, the original installer said the dome he brought was all he could find and that it was not made for the tank and he would get the correct dome and bring it out and install it. Had he said this non-fitting dome is how it is, then I would not have accepted the tank in the first place

Customer is correct on the second tank issue Golden has an account with another customer by the same name and it is that tank that was picked up in Golden regrets the confusion However, as indicated in original response, Golden has no record of customer requesting tank at issue be picked up in Pursuant to the terms of the tank rental agreement, if a customer requests tank pick up or termination of contract, such request must be in writing and customer acknowledges that no written request was made Customer received a delivery in late That delivery history would appear at odds with customer's claim that pick up was requested in Regardless, the balance due on account is for charges that are due under the rental agreement that customer signed and those same amounts would have been due even if tank had been picked up one year after last delivery

Orders were placed on January 22, to fill customer's tank and deliver gallons to church. Deliveries were made on January 29, 2018. Customer has no pricing agreement in place so applicable price is market price at time order is placed. Propane is a commodity and prices can
fluctuate often

Although removing the unpaid tank rental fee and the tank retrieval fee is the honest and truthful actions to be taken, the non usage fee, the late charges and interest also need to be removedIn April of 2013, there was NO FEE awaiting payment on our accountA business CANNOT come back two years after a customer has left and say charges exist that were not there before(Again, we would not have signed an agreement to buy gallons of propane a year because the house only has one small firplace and uses central heat/airThe fireplace was for entertainment purposes only, not for main heat) We walked into the office with the new home owner in 2013, then left *** Propane knowing we had a $balanceThere was NO agreement brokenThere is no late fees or interest charges on $balance Our account needs to be clear of ALL fees and charges by July 31,

We have no record of any previous pickup requestsPursuant to the tank rental agreement, notices of cancellation and tank pickup requests must be in writing The charges applied to the account are set forth in the tank rental agreement and customer agreed to those charges by signing the
agreement We have previously offered to compromise the balance due but customer has refused that offer so full balance remains due

All of the charges applied to the account when tank was picked up at customer's request are set forth in the tank rental agreement signed by *** *** on or about November 4, As such, none of the charges are "HIDDEN" as claimed in the complaint A credit has been given for
the propane in the tank when picked up and the balance due is for the amount due after that credit was applied

I have attached copies of the credits. I received these in the mail each month but never received a credit to my bill. Took them to the office at Glasgow where they made a copy and I quit receiving them after that but never got credit

I cannot send a copy of my contractDuring my annual "tossing out old bills and receipts", I threw away all old useless paperwork, which included *** Propane (I do this in December every year) because we have not been customer for over a year and a half (at the time) and had a zero balance when we stopped business with themNo reason to keep itI asked for a copy of my contract because I knew they were wrong and was assured it would be sent the following dayI did not receive itI waited days before calling and asking about it, in case it was just taking a long time getting to me I was assured it was sent the very next day after my request for a copy was madeThat phone call took place on July I still have not received anything

We have no record of customer contacting Green River so we are not sure of the basis for customer's claim that the office manager is rude. A tank repossession letter was sent in June because the account was delinquent. That letter prompted payment of the balance due. Customer
could not provide any proof of the claimed online payment and we have no record of the payment being made. Account currently owes for a January delivery and if that balance is not paid within the next days, collection efforts will continue and the tank will be subject to repossession again

Customer received a delivery of gallons LIHEAP funds only paid for of those gallons and customer owes for remaining gallons plus applicable taxes That is what balance on account is for

We are agreeable to replacing the current tank with a new tank of the same size Customer will be contacted when it is ***e to swap out tanks

A correction has been made to the account to reflect the pump out of the gallons in question The account now has a zero balance
