Paragraph of the tank rental agreement clearly sets forth that annual rent of $is due Rental agreement was signed in so years of rent is actually due but we have only charged for five years Balance due needs to be paid
Order was placed on January 20, 2018. Prior to being able to make a delivery, customer switched propane suppliers
The 5th year of rent has been removed as customer left employment in Customer has been give credit for propane remaining in tank when picked up Despite being an employee, customer was still subject to purchasing agreed upon minimum amount of propane and has been charged the fee
set forth in the rental agreement for not meeting that amount Account currently has a credit of $and a refund check will be sent to local plant and customer will be notified to come in to pick check up and sign an acknowledgement of receipt
Customer reported a leak in and, as customer acknowledges, Midway responded and fixed leak Credits for loss of gas are not given due to the inability to determine exactly when a leak occurred and how much propane may have been lost This policy is stated in the tank rental
agreement Midway has no other record of Customer reporting another leak The tank was picked up in due to customer not meeting agreed upon usage requirements The balance due on account is for charges which were contained in the tank rental agreement and which were assessed after tank was picked up Customer has been sent monthly statements to the address listed on the tank rental agreement Midway has also attempted to call customer about balance due but was not able to leave a message Customer owes balance and it needs to be paid

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I provided exact documentation of what I paid and what was left on the receiptThese numbers do not match and I need credited for the amount of money I over paid(I overpaid because the woman on the phone told me to pay the amount)I also feel I need some kind of compensation since I had to go days without propaneI had to use electric heaters which raised my electric bill a sightWouldn’t have had to do that if I would have received the propane I paid for in time.

As acknowledged in complaint, the tank was picked up at customer's request Once tank was picked up, the charges set forth in tank rental agreement that customers signed on or about June 18, were assessed to the account A credit was then given for the propane remaining in the tank
As a result, the account currently has a $credit Pursuant to the terms of the tank rental agreement, cash refunds are not provided and this credit can be applied to future purchases
We regret the delay in responding to this complaint The balance due on the account stems from tank pickup charges which are set forth in the tank rental agreement However, because the initial balance was so small, it did not trigger the automatic sending of a statement We have
removed the charges from the account due to a statement not having been sent out and it now has a zero balance
Per Mr*** - the company showed up today and pumped the tank out and claim I will not be billed for

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I paid the bill as requested I still feel that I don't owe the money Speciffically I don't feel that I should have to pay a monthly interest since I have not gotten a monthly bill from them If I owed the original amount is one thing and I don't see where we are going to get pass that but interest on a charge when not billed but one time in over a year is something else. Refund any and all money, in this case $5.25, that was paid as the result of finance charges from the time the original bill This charge should not be applied since no further bills past the original $late fee have been sent out.

I do not and never had two Accounts with themThis is why they don't know what is going on, the lady that I spoke to at the Fairview, Al office in when I told them to come and get the tank said that they would get it when they had time ( like I said before I called several time's ) She kept complaining that she needed some more help that she could not keep up with all of the paperwork and stuff by herself, This is the same thing that the lady told me when I went over to the office last month that she needed more help to keep up with everything, it took her about hour to find my file which only had the contract in itShe told me that she has only been their about years and was trying to keep up with all the paperwork and couldn't hardly do it by herselfShe could not find anything in the computer except a letter to get the tank in or I believe is what she saidI am only willing to pay the tank pickup fee of $to bring a resolve to this matter, it is not the customers fault or responsibly for their incompetents in their employees or in the company to follow up on a customers request to come and get a tank picked up in a timely mannerFrom to is seven years they had to pick this tank up, and now they are trying to charge me $for years of tank rent and $for year minimum annual consumtion, I don't think that this is right on their part at all

Customer acknowledges that she has been advised the dome currently on the tank is the only type that will fit it Customer also acknowledges that she knew the appearance of a refurbished tank would not be the same as a new tank and customer's complaints have only been about the appearance of the dome The tank is in good working order Customer paid for a refurbished tank and was provided with a refurbished tank If customer wishes to purchase a new tank, we will be happy to replace the refurbished tank with a new one but the cost of a new tank is higher than a refurbished tank and customer will need to pay the increased cost
Customer is incorrect, the rental agreement says nothing about the rental amount being for the first year only All adjustments due account have been made and no further adjustments will be made Balance due needs to be paid to avoid further collection action
