I am rejecting this response because:
I do not understand what the message is saying. It states that it "is eligible for a refund," but the it also says I'm outside the return date and if I'm having trouble with the product to contact the manufacturer. So am I going to be able to take them back for a refund on my charge card?

I am not asking for a third party payment but a refund from the company for the $200.00 premium I paid them to keep my computer up and running smoothly. I am rejecting this response because:
This was not a price error, it was the deal of the day.  If stock was depleted that day, I should not have received a confirmation.  After confirmation, if there was no stock, I should not have received an estimated shipping date.  I should not have received a revised shipping date if my order was never to be fulfilled.  To have to wait almost a month for the cancellation is unacceptable.  If it was an immediate error, there should have been an immediate response.  If I was told it was a problem at the time of the error, that would be different.But to be told I will eventually receive an item, and making me wait such an extended period of time to receive the item, that is a poor business practice.By being told this information, as a consumer I am unable to make alternative purchases because I am planning to receive the good and the money paid for the good is accounted for.I missed out on several opportunities while this order was pending, and it is unfortunate if your response is just a finger pointing at the fine print.

the units was on 10/17/2016 and the sales receipt transaction # was – [redacted] 10/17/2016 and the amount charged to the Best Buy credit card was $2,033.94.   Mr. or Ms. [redacted] did not use a $200 Best Buy gift card in making the above purchase on 10/17/2016 as the sales transaction was charged to the Best Buy credit card account.   Mr. and Ms. [redacted] received refunds to the Best Buy credit card on the following receipt transactions and refund amounts:   1477 044 5327 10/20/16 = $734.57 washer 1477 041 6382 11/26/16 = $249.98 BBYP – Geek Squad Protection plans 1477 044 2418 01/10/17 = $13.98 Hoses 1477 044 2419 01/10/17 = $712.35 dryer and dryer accessories 1477 041 5712 11/11/16 = $291.50 = gift card refund from re-rings and lower prices in POS (when store returned items to a gift card in processing the exchange on the items) 1477 044 5327 10/20/16 = $31.56 price difference on dryer   =$2033.94 – total refunded to the Best Buy credit card account   Mr. and Ms. [redacted] have been fully refunded back to the Best Buy credit card for the amount charged and again, no Best Buy gift card was used for payment on the original purchase/sales transaction on 10/17/2016.   The Best Buy credit card account is managed by Citi Bank.
