I don't usually leave reviews or give feedback on business but Best Choice deserves thisFrom day one my sales person was able to identify damage, call my insurance, and set up insurance adjusterThey met with adjuster and got my roof for me for no out of pocket except half of my deductibleLeatesha and Nicholas delt with me and they are amazingI even had both of their cell phone numbers just in case I need anythingI love this company and was super pleased with the price and the work

I would like to thank Best choice roofing for their quick response to our needs Three days after being on contract to sell our home the March Hail storm in Texas hit We had to have the whole roof replaced and siding on our home repaired We were under time constraints and due to so many other being effected everyone in the roofing business was backlogged Best choice roofing went above and beyond When the home inspector for the insurance company informed me that we had holes in the roof that would leak water causing damage in the next rain storm I spoke to their sales manager who had someone patch and cover the holes before we had even signed a contract to make sure our home would be safe They walked me through the process of having a whole roof replacementThey worked with my budget and always available to answers questions The staff in the office was personal and politeThey emailed everything to me the same day They competed the siding on the home even though it was not a "large" project timely Overall, in a time when I was highly stressed in selling the home they made this step to get everything fixed timely and well done Regarding cleanness: I honestly did not know they had even been there There was not even one nail I could find Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or any storm damage to their home

Too many complaints to listMain problem is the billing and customer serviceSales rep randomly stopped by the house, against my better judgement I allowed him to waste the remaining day quoting my roofAfter telling us that they would most likely be able to get it done without any pocket money or very little we agreeNext thing you know is they're saying out of pocketFinally we agree on on monthly paymentsAfter months we got behind a couple weeks due to health issues and missing workAll of a sudden they say we couldn't continue the payment plan (more months) that it had to be paid in full or they would add the other back onDuring this they added for materials that the sales rep said would be removed then late feeI understand that the payment was late but now all is paid in full and I received a bill from collections and a threat of a lien on my propertyI think it's amazing how they were so eager to get the insurance money and cashed it immediately but took over a month to get to the roof which we weren't very pleased with in areasAlso, if you want to have your work done by people who have no idea what English is then use themThe way this company does business is ridiculous and very deceitfulI would strongly suggest staying far from themI'LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Excellent customer service from the salesperson The sappointment was scheduled quickly and they showed up promptly The workers were professional and the job was completed in a timely manner They even painted the boots and pipes to match the roof, which was above and beyond the contract, but made a real difference in the look of the house They even stopped by after the job was completed an additional time to make sure we were satisfied with the overall job

I knew I had storm damage and when I met Mike M*** who was across the street installing a new roof he examined my roof and met with my insurance representative
My insurance representative assured me I needed a new roof and to proceed with negotiations with Mr M***, storm damage expert with Best Choice Roofing I was told what to expect and true enough everything happened just like I was told I did not have any anxious moments during the roofing process I am an eighty-seven year old widow and am very cautious about letting anyone in my home The roofers seemed to know that and were very considerate through the whole process I hardly knew anyone was here...my yard was treated with respect...my son would drop by to see if I was all right and he was impressed with their courtesy and consideration Everything was handled in a businesslike manner and when they were through I went over my yard with a fine tooth comb and it was just like MrM*** had told me to expect...there were no nails nor trash to be found I would recommend them to anyone and have to my son
