I want to share my experience with Best Choice RoofingI contacted them about replacing my parents roof and they immediately put a representative in contact with meHe set up a time that was mutually convenient and came to the house in a timely mannerHe took care of everything from handling the Insurance company on our behalf to protecting the roof with a tarp when it started to rain before the roofing job was finishedHe was very helpful and professionalI have already recommended them to other people

I hired this company to put a new roof on my mothers house. They did not do a good job and I would not recommend this company. I don't have the time to go into all the problems we had with this company. I just want to warn the public, that at least in our case, we had a terrible experience and never recommend this company for any construction job.

I wouldn't hire them to do anything.

I had the front half of my roof replaced by BCR. (My insurance would only pay for the front half.) The whole process, from the first sales call to the final payment, went smoothly. The job was rescheduled due to rain, but even that was handled well. On installation morning, the crew arrived around 7:45 a.m., introduced themselves, and then got to work. They covered the ground and my plants so that there was no trace of them when they left at around noon (besides a beautiful front roof!). I would definitely recommend them and will look to rehire them when I am ready to replace the back half of my roof.

I had a great experience with BCR. I had roofing issues that I could not afford to fix. Brett the rep came and did an inspection and contacted my insurance company . He also met with the adjuster they sent out. everything was paid for and my new roof is beautiful. I would recommend anyone to this company !!

I just recently had a roof installed by BCR, everyone involved was very professional, I couldn't have asked for better service. The salesman who made it all possible was S.Johnson who was a pleasure to work with.

I have had an extremely positive experience with everyone involved with Best Choice Roofing. Starting with Joe Snow, who explained the entire process and returned each and everyone of my phone calls promptly, to Alex, who was the leader of the roofing crew, I have nothing but good things to say about them. For an older, single woman it is a daunting task to have expensive work done and have to trust what is being told to you. Not once did Joe tell me anything that was not true. He explained each step, and was always available. The work on my roof is outstanding. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing and would use them again if it ever becomes necessary.

We are very happy with the new roof that Best Choice Roofing put on for us. They are professional and very easy to work with.

Very efficient and problem solving with my concerns. The roofing crew cleaned the area around the house to a better degree than I had it before the roof replacement. The customer service was wonderful and went exactly as they told my family and I it would. The procedure was completed within a day and was finished before I arrived home. Total overall satisfaction. Mr Estep and BCR also did a wonderful job on my mothers house the month prior!
