I had Best Choice Roofing install a roof on my house and garage, Brett, the salesman was very helpful in choosing the right roof for me. He contacted my insurance company after storm damage and helped set up appointment. Antonio, crew chief, was very professional and his staff were efficient and did a good job. No damage done to plants or landscaping (and I have a lot!). Dustin, the production manager was thorough and very personable. The office secretary was helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend their company.

I was reluctant to have my roof done because of a lot of paperwork, noise and the time it took to do a roof, I'm happy to say it was none of the above. They did all paperwork, the job was done in on day and they put every single thing in my yard back as it was cleaned it even better!! My roof is terrific!! Thank you so very much BCR!! Great job!

There was a bad storm that passed through and within days, we noticed a water spot on our ceiling. We heard of Best Choice Roofing (BCR) via word of mouth and must say our experience has been great. Our BCR representative, Matt C[redacted], has stayed on top of our insurance claim from the beginning. He was attentive and patient, answering all of our questions. He worked around our busy work schedules when setting up meetings. Matt was knowledgeable and assisted us in understanding the insurance process, choosing shingle style and color, etc. He outlined a realistic timeline and we are happy to say, our new roof was installed in less than four weeks after signing our estimate. The roofers arrived as scheduled and took care to protect our landscaping during the process. We hope this review helps other homeowners find BCR as a reputable roofing company. You will not be disappointed with customer service, especially if Matt is your representative.

We had a very positive experience with BCR from the initial inspection of the roof through the final inspection the day after the roof was installed. Brandy [redacted] worked with our insurance company and kept us informed. The old roof was removed and the new roof installed over a nine-hour period with supervision on site. Areas around the house were protected and debris removed as work progressed. Two follow-up inspections were made after the roof was installed..

New roof installed on house in storage building. The roofers arrived in a timely manner completed work is sad. They did an impressive job cleaning up and work very hard to get the job done. Their production managers spend a lot of time at our house during the process and kept us well informed.

I was leery of filing a claim on my roof because I just had a claim on some water damage. Sean and Tyler put me at ease and took care of everything. My roof is scheduled to be done in two days, not only very friendly service but the work is being done shortly after my claim came through. The work crew was very friendly and professional. They did a great job very quickly and cleaned up well. Everyone I dealt with was very quick to help and acted very professionally.
