Use this company at your own risk. Our 3 day job took them 3 months to complete, full of excuses, very disorganized, materials were not delivered or only a partial delivery, no shows, on calls, the only reason they finished when they did was because the were afraid we were going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, according to the salesman "Ryan". You can use them but do so at your own risk. We will never recommend or use them again. Good Luck.

Best Choice Roofing replaced our roof at the end of February. The roofers did not protect my plants or house, materials were thrown on the house, and debris were thrown all around the yard. They were called back to clean up and some of their trash was put in our trash cans. One person returned to clean. I was read a clause about the plants, and it stated that reasonable care would be given, and reasonable care was not used. After checking, the work was over priced for our area.
I was not pleased with their services or the price.

I live far out and beat choice came to me and helped me get a new roof. They handle all of the work from setting up claim and adjustment to production and clean up. Super happy and impressed.

Since 2010 we have fully renovated two homes, both projects included new roofs so we are not strangers to roofing projects. The late evening hail storm on April 12, 2016 in San Antonio had softball sized hail at our residence that broke out all five of our skylights, caused significant damage to our almost new roof, plus caused water damage inside our home. We were given Ryan F[redacted]'s name and number from a neighbor that had just finished a roof replacement nearby and was very pleased.

Ryan arrived by 9:00 am the very next morning and put up blue tarps on my roof plus at least a half dozen neighbors. Every part of the process was made very clear and very easy for us over the following weeks. The cost estimation and insurance claim process, scheduling for the installation, the actual installation itself was amazing and the follow ups afterwards were all above our expectations.

I hope that I don't need another roof anytime soon but if I do I'll certainly call BCR first and recommend them to my neighbors.

I had a very positive experience with BCR. I had hail and wind damage and basically needed a whole new roof. BCR did the inspection, filled the claims and paperwork with my insurance, and made everything easy. My insurance company sent out an adjuster who met with BCR, my claim was approved that day and the roof went on a month or two later. Everyone I communicated with at BCR, from the initial inspector to the office staff to the roofers, was very professional and helpful. They obviously have a rather large but clear well-organized operation, and I was impressed with how they handled communication and paperwork at every stage. Also, my yard was cleaner after they finished installing my roof than before they started - was very impressed by that. Great job BCR!

Really impressed with best choice Roofing great communication with the scheduling. I went to work and came home to a finished roof. I couldn't tell the roofers had been there everything was super clean and my roof was looking great.

I called Best Choice Roofing in Bowling Green, KY to give me an estimate. That same day, they sent a representative named Jared to my house. He looked at my roof, and explained in great detail what was wrong with my roof and what they could do to help me. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the quick response, because my roof was leaking.

Best Choice Roofing in Lexington, KY just finished putting a roof on our house. The roof was damaged during a high wind event. The crew that did our roof was efficient and careful to protect our property. The roof looks great and we are satisfied with the work. The workmanship is excellent. Thomas the original sale person was awesome. He helped me make a informed decision and handled all my insurance representatives questions. The workers showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. There was good communication from the company and there representatives vIA telephone updates and an actual in person Vista while the job was in progress and after it was completed. They made a seemingly complicated process seemlessly easy.

The roofers did a great job! They answered customers questions and were very polite. They cleaned up the area well and left it spotless.

Best Choice Roofing was quick to come inspect and get a hold of the insurance company to file a claim. They also began the work fairly quickly. They did it all in one day, but did not complete what was on the contract. When I called and asked about it they said the contract stated differently. Hold onto your contract and get what you want in writing! I proved it indeed had it stated in the contract and then they apologized. They put on chrome drip edge and vents and didn't paint them to match the house. Very tacky! They wanted to then spray paint them which would have been a mess. It took a lot of back and forth and a few more weeks to finally get it done right! The roof now looks nice, but a little shady on the customer service. It just felt like they were trying to get out of something we agreed on that they messed up on.

Our new roof looks great! The roof was completed in a timely manner and the staff is very helpful and professional.
