Big Sandy just don't seem to get it - the pictures sent in from their showroom, show how the cushion was higher on one end The cushions on my couch are listed below:- Facing the couch - Left side - the left is x inches on the side toward the middle- The middle one is on one side and on the other side- the right is x inchesI want three cushions that are the same height and NOT lumpy from excess foam rubber I am sure not one of them would want a couch that looks like thisA good quality couch would not have cushions shaped like this It looks worse than when new!I asked to bring in pictures or for someone to come here, when I spoke to the Whitney at the store (service department), she refused They have no respect for the inconvenience they cause when servicemen do not call the morning of to give a three hour time frame - as they say are supposed to (the guy said he would call - he had to have lunch with his boss and forgot to call) He called at 2:and wanted to come at 2:p.m We had physical therapy and he pushed us off until 8:p.mthat night We were already ready for bed The last service call was at 5:in the evening. I think they are just harassing us because we want a couch that looks like a new couch for $ I expect the new cushion that is needed, yet again (it has already been replaced) am waiting on had an ETA of 5/(per Ellen), today is 5/and I have heard nothing! It appears there was a mixup in regards to the parts we received to make the repair on the furnitureWe have received the parts and the customer has agreed to a service appointment on April The mattress has an impression of approximately 1/4", which is well within the manufacturer's guidelines
as acceptable

An exchange was made for Mr*** on May Our team has reached out several times to confirm his satisfaction, but have received no return callsWe assume that this matter is resolved

To further complicate the issue, Big Sandy Superstore held a pending authorization on my credit in the amount of excess of $5,I had to make several phone calls to the bank and the store to get this resolvedThis was a couple weeks AFTER the items had been returnedSo, they indefinitely affected my credit due to their negligenceIn fact, separate employees blatantly lied about this occurrence to me (Maryann and Jacob)So, yes the items were returned, at my insistence without their cooperation on being able to confirm when that would happenThe table was negotiated between myself and the customer service managerIt’s not as if they offered me anythingThe sheer amount of time, phone calls, undue stress and the prevention of securing new appliances because they wouldn’t remove theirs timely enough has been outrageousJacob is the most unprofessional, rude, condescending “professional ” person I’ve ever dealt withThe fact that they have this person in any sort of management role is absurdI did nothing wrong here; I bought and paid for appliances and delivery and installationThey caused this situation and then act like I am being ridiculous in wanting my property not damaged and to be compensated for the issues THEY causedThe affected my house and my credit and frankly, my time at my job dealing with these phone calls

As I understand, from our service team, we are scheduled to go out this week and make the repairs we currently have the parts forThe additional repairs will be scheduled upon our receipt of the necessary parts, which are estimated 7-business days from nowThese repairs are being made, based on
the warranty coverage for the product

they did not call or leave messages they lied to you we just want a exchange and this settled phone # is 336-338- settled asap we had the phone with us all the time so they did not call us thank you

This is the second refrigerator from Big Sandy The first one had a dent in it and the second one did as wellBig Sandy informed us that to get the same refrigerator it would be another 6-weeks, so they offered us a rebate of $ We accepted that Shortly after that Big Sandy came out because of the loud noise from the refrigerator and told us it was from all the glass bottles on the door A few weeks later the same issue and they said the refrigerator was not level and that would take care of the noise The third time with the same loud noise they said it is the compressor Was the compressor damages when the refrigerator got the dent on it Big Sandy changed their reason of the loud noise three different times First glass bottles, second not level, and third time compressor What about the compressor the first time I purchased appliances from Big Sandy and have issues with of them which have been replaced and serviced multiple times For the price I paid for the premium lg appliances, I should not have to accept a replaced compressor on a refrigerator that is less than months old

Our service department contacted *** *** this week and agreed to issue a $1,in-store credit, allowing her to select new products, while keeping the original

Mr*** has been waiting too long for this partWe are contacting the manufacturer, requesting a Return AuthorizationWe are fairly sure that we will be able to get this accomplished, which will allow Mr*** to exchange this product for a new selectionWe will contact Mr*** as soon
as we hear back from the Manufacturer

Ms*** has agreed to allow one of our Supervisory Technicians, Bill B***, come to her home to make the necessary repairsThat appointment is scheduled for February

They have been rude throughout the entire processAnd if you'll notice, they didn't even bother to apologize for their inadequate customer service, nor have they attempted to make it rightThe gave me a $Big Sandy gift card, but honestly....after all the trouble we've had trying to get a simple cushion, why would we bother spending any more money in that store?? and there is NOTHING in that store for $or less. When I tried to order the cushion the first time, I told them my dog chewed a hole in the cushion and that's why I needed to order a new one; I didn't lie or make up some story to try to get a free one, I told them the truth, it was due to our dog, not a malfunction or faulty piece of materialAfter I called the 5th time to try to get an answer as to why it was taking so long and ask for a credit on the shipping b/c it wasn't being shipped to our house, the lady on the phone said, "look, it's not our fault there is a hole, your dog ate a hole in it, you have to pay for the cushion!" (At this point, I didn't even ask for a free cushion). However.....after being lied to for the last months, making trips to the store to pick up a cushion that wasn't there or the wrong color (they told us to our order was ready and to come get it), the LEAST they could do is replace the cushion for free. As it stands, we just want the cushion, we want the matter closed and we will NEVER do business with Big Sandy again. Ironically, our neighbor was complaining this weekend about the poor customer service they are now receiving as they try to resolve an issue with a washer/dryer set that is less than years old and under warranty, as is a friend who tried to order an item online through Big Sandy and they lied to her and told her the price listed on the internet wasn't the correct price and she'd have to pay more for the item she wanted because someone in their store made a mistake. Big Sandy is THE WORST furniture ever. We'd have had better luck and treated more fairly had we gone to ***
